This is one of the best Marshalls around, so if I am out in the 'burbs I will make some sort of excuse about "needing" something to make browsing seem like a necessity. Decent shoe selection - not huge, but very well organized/stocked - and they had exactly what I was looking for (unlike the huge DSW next door which did not!). The two GREAT things about this location is how clean/organized it is, as well as there being several of each size for the items that are dispayed on the end racks. Obviously the adorable sweater will sell quickly, but when it is prominently displayed and the last one available is the one on the display/mannequin, prepare for the reality of it not being the size you are looking for. This hasn't been the case when I have been here, and even with it being the week before Christmas, they had a lot of each item yesterday. read more

Very bad shopping experience and rude employees. They must have a huge shoplifting problem because there are a lot of really weird employees wandering around the store. They pretend to be dusting with their little wands but they quickly move from dept to dept and follow you around without doing any dusting. My wife and I were followed by a very weird male across the entire store. I started following him and he wandered off very quickly - creepy. The woman at the dressing rooms was very rude to us and several others. I will not return to this store. If you want to feel like a criminal and deal with rude and very strange employees then this is your place. read more

Today, Sunday, 3/24/2024, my 11 year-old twins shopped inside the Marshall's located at 1 Worcester Rd, Shoppers Mall in Natick, MA around 5:45 pm. I was waiting in the parking lot by the front door. There was a staff member/cashier, Billy, who was very kind, courteous, friendly, respectful and accommodating to them. They said, despite their young age, Billy made them feel valued as a customer. So much so that they wanted me to take the time to acknowledge Billy. Hopefully, Billy's boss will acknowledge the caliber of employee that Marshall's has! Thank you Billy! read more

Was racially profiled today at this Marshall's location by a cashier. Called corporate and spoke to store manager regarding the issue. Store manager claims clerk didn't mean any harm' however harm was already done. I felt like the store manager was making excuses for clerk saying she has been working there a long time and that she never had any problems with her. So, if I never punched someone in the nose before and one day decide to do so, does that make it ok? I have been going to the Framingham Mall for decades and never had a problem until today. Furthermore, a guy in the corporate office named Seth who took my initial complaint to forward it to the assistant director at Corporate was very rude and argumentative on the phone when recording the details of what transpired. Marshall is a great place to stop and browse. You never know what kind of find you will come across. Many times I've walked in and out without getting anything. This time I scored a great rolling Sharper Image backpack for $40 which is much cheaper than the bags I had been looking at. They also have a large shoe section which has fed my habit. read more

This Marshalls store is amazing. It's by far, the largest Marshalls I've been to yet. Some of the others in Westwood and Newton are almost as large, but this is the hugest store by far. While it still doesn't surpass the awesomeness that the Medfield location has with treasures every which way, it's still one of my favorite stores around. It was nice to be greeted by the store manager today, at the store entrance, as well as the staff at checkout, who moved the (surprisingly) long line through quickly. For the store, as aforementioned, it's huge and has a great selection of everything. It seemed busy; however, not over crowded, and still had room to move around without tripping over other people (or stuff!). Even though there are so many options of places to find clothing, stuff for your shoe, and footwear in the Golden Triangle, Marshalls is always dependable for finding some of the lowest prices and "gems" (as I always say). This location didn't disappoint and I walked out of here with around $100 in merchandise. This will definitely be a place I will go back to. Incredible. 5 stars. Located in Shoppers World near Bob's, John Harvard's, as well as AC Moore, on Route 9 in Framingham. Definitely a place to stop by. read more

This particular Marshalls store is excellent. They always have the most exciting items, well-organized and beautifully presented. The parking lot is always packed, but it's worth checking out for the great prices. The shoes are hit-or-miss for my taste, but if you like designer pumps or the trendiest sandals, this is the place for you. I am not ashamed to admit I shop the "Cube" section, which is more for teens, but you get better quality items for cheaper than Forever 21. I am not ok with paying $20 for a thin t-shirt that will be tossed away at the end of the summer after constant use, and you can find layering pieces like that at Marshalls for $4.99-$7.99 usually. Definitely worth a look once a week if you're nearby. Items change all the time. read more

Marshalls is a great chain, with great bargains on clothes, shoes, bags and household items. The Marshalls in Framingham is one of the best. The store is located close to the corporate headquarters and management frequently stop by (they like to shop too)! So the store is always well stocked, clean and organized. One of my favorite marshalls. I went in recently and I think they have done some renovations. The greeter at the front was very nice to us. Nice touch. Great selection of clothes. Was in heaven in the home section. They had so many nice things, I wanted to buy it all! Definitely love going here after I usually don't find what I'm looking for at Nordstrom rack next door. read more

I can always find something I need and a lot of stuff I don't need but want at virtually any Marshall's. What I am not used to seeing is a very CLEAN Marshall's! It looks organized and things get picked up around here, unlike the ones I used to frequent in So. Cal. Plus there are a ton of high end name brand items in all departments. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I called the store to see if I could return an item without my receipt and have them look up the transaction with the card I used. The person on the phone told me yes. I wanted to make sure before I drove 45 minutes there so I called again. Same answer. I made the drive in rush hour and the manager told me it was company policy and that the person who answered the phone must "be doing something different." I wish I got the managers name because she was beyond rude and unwilling to work with me. Short dyed light brown hair, boston accent. I was too flustered to stay a minute longer. Buyer beware is right! They will sell you USED footwear at NEW store prices if you are not careful. I saw a pair of boots today in Marshalls in Austell, GA. I spoke to Courney the Mgr and showed them to her. A couple of customers told me they were cute but they did not look new. I would have bought them if they were priced accordingly. I showed her where they were worn on the heel, sides, and they were permanently creased acrossed the front the way footwear gets when its been worn and she told me the best she could do was $5.00 off of a pair of boots that were priced at 69.99. I showed her other NEW BOOTS with that same BRAND NAME that were the same price and she said they were "saleable" and wrote that on a ticket that she then put on the boots. I was insulted. Even the check out girl said they looked worn. When I want to buy USED merchandise I go to a THRIFT or USED or consignment store. When I want to buy NEW I used to go to Marshalls but since this is the first day of a new year 2014 I think I need to find a new store. Happy New Years Marshalls!!! I only dropped on average a few grand in your store every year. You don't need me. read more
