Shopping in this store has become an infuriating experience. Always long lines to check out, rude employees, almost every time I am in the store I see an attitude and rude behavior from some employee. This morning I went to the fitting room, there was nobody there, when i came outside I was approached by this arrogant woman asking me if I left merchandise in the booth. I said yes, she gave me a look and an irritated tone of voice. I asked her whether everything was ok and tried to explain that I did not know I had to put stuff back on the rack ( not sure what her job is) and she continued to have this irritated face and a rude tone, turned her back to me in the most dismissive attitude while I ( the paying customer) was trying to be nice and courteous and was talking to her back. I wanted to remind this jerk that she goes home with a paycheck due to me and other people entering the store but I guess there are little chances to make people like this understand professionalism as long as their management tolerates such behavior. Put the items I wanted to purchase back in the cart and left the store without buying anything, amongst which there was a $300 chair and probably $150 worth of clothes and underware. Your rude employee cost you $450 today, Target and a future customer, as I doubt I will come back again. I have neighbors who shared stories of how they were mistreated in this store, and look at the reviews here. You are the only target in the area and probably that is why you give a damn nothing on how your customers are treated as long as your profit stays satisfactory, but things might change and more shopping options might appear for the people living in the area, while your image will remain of a crappy store with rude employee. This is the third time I have issues with rude employees at Target. You are not some high end, ultra popular store to afford being rude with your customers. Some manners classes should be added in the job training for your workers as they obviously behave and treat customers like in a third world country and are clueless about what common sense and politeness is. For more than one time I had employees pushing my cart away aggressively, stepping in front of me with no apology, few weeks ago I got a "i don't know" snapping answer from a young employee while she passed by dismissing my question?!? There were people around with their mouth open in surprise. I understand hanging clothes on hangers does not require too much class and inteligence or a college degree but if common sense doesn't oblige you to be nice and curteous, maybe the threat of losing your job should?!? Maybe fliping burgers would make the fitting room employee happier? Of course she was not wearing any tag name. read more
