Good Target location. Like the one in Rancho Santa Margarita (Where I usually go). They have good products, a good amount of variety and of course, you can also do your groceries here! Cashiers are quick and friendly! Haven't had a bad experience here. They also have a Starbucks inside!

Target associates came to my rescue today and turned a bad situation around to a happy ending. I came to Target Foothill Ranch today to pick up a specific Black Friday item which I did not find on the shelf. So I went to an associate for help. Sal checked their inventory and determined they have it on hand so she sent another associate to the back to get it for me. Thanks to her assistance I get to cross off an item off my Christmas shopping list and saved $30. I thank you for your services today.

Don't go near this section with small kids unless you want to hear employees bicker and cuss in front of customers.

2 minutes ago I was in the men's department with my 7 and 8 year old son. We were close to the storage room and a young man with long curly hair wearing a white sore thumb shirt walked back there and was reprimanded for not wearing a red shirt and he said very loudly no (the s word) now I'm going to be late. Not cool at all to use this language as an employee around customers, bylet alone kids not ok at all. If this is the professionalism I can expect here I'm going to go to be RSM or jeronimo target.

However, I strongly do not recommend using their referred delivery service, 123 Moving. 123 Moving was recommended by the RH Outlet store since they don't offer delivery for large furniture purchases. I contacted 123 Moving by text to arrange a home delivery just a few miles from the store. From the start, their quoted price was on the high side, but I was open to discussing it.Unfortunately, the owner's attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasn't even trying to lowball the service, yet he responded with a "take it or leave it" tone. When I offered a fair and reasonable price, he said they could deliver but only curbside -- meaning I'd have to carry the furniture inside myself. After that, he simply stopped replying altogether. This kind of customer service deserves zero stars. A professional owner could have handled this so much better -- even a simple "let me see what I can do" would have shown respect and effort. In the end, I went with another delivery company also referred by RH Outlet, and they were excellent -- great communication, fair pricing, and reliable service.Thumbs down for 123 Moving.

We had a pretty laundry list of things we wanted and also very specific dimensions we could have as our living room is not very big. She spent so much time with us helping us pick out the perfect couch! It is so cozy and comfortable!! My only issue (as many others) were the delivery guys. We had a text the night before saying we would receive the delivery between 3-6 pm. We received a text 5 minutes before arrival saying they were on their way. The guys came in and were very unfriendly. Barely said anything to us at all. We have an area run where the couch sits and my husband explained exactly how we wanted the couch set up. Well as soon as the guy put the couch down the carpet moved askew. He fixed it once and continued in a hurry with the other guy to get everything set up. The "lead" took a few pictures and then had my husband sign off and they were out the door like a tornado. After they left we noticed the carpet was completely moved forward and bunched up against our end table. We had to completely disassemble the entire couch, move the rug back into place, and reassemble everything. We paid for "white glove" delivery service which is a total joke. I called and spoke with a manager at the store who ended up giving us 5% off our purchase since he couldn't refund the delivery fee. He also said that the delivery people are allocated 10 minutes per delivery !!! That is just insane. Overall we really love our couches so far and they seem really comfortable. Our sales associate Jennifer was excellent and so was DJ who helped her with the check out process. I just wish the delivery experience lived up to our initial experience.

He was outstanding--knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us choose the right mattress. He was so exceptional that we made a special trip back to the store specifically to ensure he received credit for the sale. We could have easily purchased online, but his professionalism deserved recognition. Unfortunately, that is where the positive portion of this review ends. Everything that followed--delivery, communication, and post‑purchase support--was shockingly poor. We were initially given an all‑day delivery window of 8am-5pm, which essentially trapped us at home for the entire day. Considering our delivery was scheduled only a few days after purchase, it seems reasonable that Living Spaces could narrow the window to something more respectful of customers' time. Instead, the communication became a frustrating cascade of shifting promises. We received a text stating our delivery would be between 2-5pm. Then another text adjusting it to 2:30pm. Then several more texts, each pushing the time later and later. To make matters worse, we received a stern warning that we would be charged a fee if we were not home--despite the delays being entirely on Living Spaces' end. The truck finally arrived at 4:57pm, three minutes before the end of the full-day window. When the delivery team arrived, things went downhill even further. It had been raining, and the walkway was wet. Neither delivery person wore protective shoe covers, nor did they bring any. Had we not anticipated this and purchased shoe covers ourselves, they would have tracked wet, dirty footprints across our carpet. This is basic professionalism and should not fall on the customer. The lead delivery person, approached without so much as a greeting. His demeanor was curt and dismissive from the start. Upon seeing our old mattress and box spring unbagged, he immediately questioned us in a tone that felt more like scolding than informing. We explained that we were given a bag but were never told it was our responsibility to bag the items ourselves. His annoyance was obvious. Then came the most absurd moment of the entire experience: he pointed to a tiny piece of lint on the box spring and insisted it was a "bed bug." This was not only incorrect--it was irresponsible. We inspected it with a magnifying glass and confirmed it was simply lint. Our old mattress showed zero signs of bed bugs. The accusation felt retaliatory, as though he was irritated about having to do additional work and wanted to guilt us for not bagging the items. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Both delivery workers appeared exhausted and disengaged, mentioning they had already delivered 14 mattresses that day. They rushed through the setup, briefly tested the motorized base, and declared they were done. No explanation, no demonstration, no basic guidance on how to use the product we just purchased. While we don't expect a full tutorial, a minimal level of courtesy and customer service should not be too much to ask. We were relieved when they finally left. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. I purchased a 10‑year extended warranty for the adjustable base. However, when I received my receipt, it incorrectly listed the warranty as 5 years. When I contacted Living Spaces to correct this, they refused to provide an updated receipt reflecting what I actually paid for. Instead, I was told I would receive a generic pamphlet from the warranty company and that I should go online, print out various pieces of information, and essentially "Frankenstein" together my own proof of purchase. This is absolutely unacceptable. A major retailer should be able to provide a simple, accurate receipt--especially when it involves a paid warranty. The management representative flat-out refused to issue a corrected document. There are NUMEROUS other complaints on Yelp regarding this store and their dishonorable practices when it comes to warranties. The contrast between the excellent in‑store service and the disastrous delivery and post‑purchase support is staggering. Living Spaces needs to understand that the customer experience does not end at the sales floor. Delivery teams represent your brand just as much as your salespeople do, and inaccurate documentation is not a minor issue--it's a breach of trust. Until Living Spaces invests in better training, clearer communication, and basic accountability, I cannot recommend this company. The salesperson set a high bar, but everything that followed fell far below even the most modest expectations.

My…read morehusband and I came in like a whirlwind, we just bought a condo and were at Lamps Plus looking for a ceiling fan nextdoor and thought maybe Jeromes also had them--turns out they don't, but they do have really nice couches. Hunter greeted us mid (mild) ceiling fan argument as we walked in and was very nice about letting us just wander around even though they didn't have what we were specifically looking for. We checked out the patio furniture but then my husband really liked a couch he saw on the way out. Hunter came back over to check on us and gave us some info on it and showed us some other options in a similar style we might like. This lead to my husband finding his dream couch. We left to go home and measure to make sure it would fit, then called Hunter back up to place the order a few hours later. It was so easy, we scheduled the day to deliver it (needed time to re home our old couch) and it just arrived today. Looks amazing, feels comfy, I know we're going to have this one for a long time. Really appreciate the experience and Hunter being very helpful without pressuring us (while dealing with our shenanigans while arguing over whether or not we should get a couch at the moment). Definitely the best big impulse buy we've made! Edit: Also shout out to the delivery crew and process. I was sent text beforehand letting me know the delivery window the next day and if I had any instructions for the driver. We live in a complex that's kind of a pain to get in so I was able to give the driver (I think his name was Jose) directions on how to get in and meet him up front. He and his partner got to work immediately and had the couch together in like five minutes. It was crazy quick.

We're doing a complete redo on our home office as well as kicking out our old kitchen table and…read morechairs. Frankly, when walking into this store I wanted to buy half of the items I saw...and still might! After a lot of hemming and hawing we picked out a new table, chairs and bookcase. They were set to be delivered in about a week, but after a few days at home doing some head scratching and more measuring we decided to axe the table and go with another we initially thought wouldn't fit. We worked with Santos who was very patient and helpful in changing our order (at no cost...there IS a 14 day return policy). Items were delivered and installed today in about 45 minutes. Just need the chairs to get here in a couple weeks and we're good to go. That is, until I go back and plunk down some green for that living room chair I spent a lot of time in whilst the wife worked with Santos. Maybe I'm just a sucker for Scandinavian furniture but I really love this store.

Well when it arrived in Seattle (NOT irvine), I called and they said it was in the US, so I asked if I could come and pay for it after the items arrived in Irvine. Apparently they can't do that...? So I asked what happens if there's any issues, shouldn't we be able to see it first before paying the remaining balance? Turns out we can't for whatever reason. So far it's not so great, but we'll move on. We show up to pay for the remaining balance, get all the paperwork squared away and.... they give us a postit to contact someone on gmail set up delivery. BRO LIKE WHAT?! We literally bought over $10k worth of furniture and you want us to set up delivery ourselves, after forcing us to come and pay for things we can't even see ahead of time? Good thing furniture isn't bought frequently cause I aint ever coming back here, let alone recommending this place to anyone. What's the point of employees and a showroom if you just make the customer do everything themselves anyway... sheesh.
