It's all about the $1 book bins right in front. My son is 16 months and loves getting new books from time to time. Score 5 new ones for $5 instead of $25 or more at a bookstore. Awesome! We were just there over the weekend and my cheer laundry detergent rang up $2 more than what the tag said. After the remodel, which all the stores are doing. The aisles are just too small. It's so cramped cause they squished everything together to get the grocery items in. You can barely get your cart to maneuver the clothing section. You have to literally lift your cart to get the wheels around certain corners. it's super frustrating! But you can't beat the clearance sections. Plus it's super clean at this location. Hint: if you lose your receipt, it's ok! If it's within the 30 days they can look it up by swiping the card you used. HAPPY SHOPPING! read more

I have been going to this Target branch for many years. It is always very organized and orderly, and I can always count on this branch having the products I want in stock. Pros: 1) This specific Target's pharmacy is great! The pharmacists are all very nice, and the assistants are quick, efficient, and always willing to explain your prescriptions if needed. They even will be willing to show you where certain over-the-counter products are located in the aisles next to the pharmacy. If I could rate just the pharmacy, I'd give them 5 stars. 2) In general, I've had very pleasant experiences with the staff at this Target branch. When I approach an employee to inquire about locating a product, many of them are willing to take me to the location, and I always appreciate it when they ask if I have any other questions. Cons: 1) To be fair, this "con" only applies mainly during the summer, when there are more high-school employees. As mentioned earlier, many of the employees are great and polite, but I have had a few run-ins with some high-school employees with less-than-stellar attitudes. For example, one time I approached a group of employees who were just talking with each other, and asked where a certain was located. One employee looked at me as if I had interrupted their "important conversation", and gave me a little bit of an attitude. read more

I'm giving one associate, Maria, five stars , for going out of her way to help me find what I was looking for last Thursday, February 7th, 2019, between hours 3-4pm. Maria stopped whatever she was doing to help me find socks and the right pair of shoes for my son's upcoming winter ball. She had even made suggestions, scoured the shoe department, and checked the inventory. Another associate, "Ejenia"(sp????) was also pretty helpful. I really appreciate all their help. Target in San Ramon California is the closet Target to my house. I do not shop at other stores like Target. I have recently caught Target several times charging me more for each item. I have started scanning ever item thru the cartwheel app. When you scan it save it to your list. That way you can get prices as the cashier scans your item. Yesterday I bought 13 items and every item was more than the scan on my cartwheel were. Very disappointing since I am a Target lover. I talked to the manger he gave me a 15 dollar gift card which was very nice of him but I'm sure I've been charged more than that. read more

I bet you thought every Target was setup the exact same way, with all the products in the same location. Try finding what you're looking for with the quickness here its not happening. Toilet paper and paper towels were towards the back of the store, not to the right near the bathroom and kitchen supplies. Asking an employee where the toilet paper is located is not my cup of tea. read more

The technicians are all nice enough and one in particular is very nice and helpful, however the pharmacist I dealt with today was so incredibly rude and almost made me cry. She was so unhelpful and talked at me instead of to me, and made me feel like an inconvenience because she had to do her job. I stopped here to pick up a couple of decent bowls, which I found perfect ones for like $1.79. The store layout is the same as anywhere else I've been to before and the check out lady was friendly and polite. Target was clean, organized and crowded. The customer service is terrible. The restrooms stink and are dirty. One time, when I was buying a shaver and the sign said it was $3, but when I was paying for it, the computer said it was $8. I then told her that the sign there said the shaver was $3 but she just said "You want it or not?" with a serious attitude. None of the cashiers ever say "thank you for shopping" or something like that. They just say "here you go", and that is very unpolite. read more

Found this store very helpful, when looking for a functional, practical product. Step up from Walmart, and better customer service, as far as, getting in and out quickly. Except for the women's clothes, department I've probably purchased, something. Not great, but not a horrible hot dog, if you're looking for something for a snack, Parking is super easy and someone wrote that there is only one entrance and exit, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Nice too, that it's conveniently, located by several other stores. Burlington Coat factory, etc. I got scared off of using a credit card, debit card in Targets, after they were hacked, so I don't do any business, with them if I don't have cash. This has reduced my business with them, but overall, I'm okay with their products and service. read more

I wanted to send a high five to the hard working Target employee Colin who gets all the carts from the parking lot. Rain or shine, this young man is very cheerful, and polite to customers. The other employee who gets the carts is the opposite in attitude and manner: if he is pushing the carts, you don't want to be in his way. Colin, on the other hand, will wait for you to get through the door before he proceeds. I appreciate the employee who makes the effort to be friendly and helpful. If you ask Colin a question, he will try to help. I cannot say the same for all the Target employees: some are helpful, and some can't be bothered. read more

My most favorite store is this target store in Amador plaza road, Dublin , CA. I do most of my monthly shopping here. The quality is better maintained. Some of the grocery product is overpriced than other store but they are of good quality. Apparels are very good and of fabulous designs. I did not have any problem returning any product here. The customer service is very good and very friendly. Though there is always a big queue in the billing it is quick always. There is lots of billing line so you don't have to wait a lot. They have done the interior designing before holiday season in a very nice way. Clean big space , lots of stock.. .we just love shopping here. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Today my mom asked me to see where they have the best price on a lodge 12" cast iron pan. I found that target had it for the lowest price and they even conveniently let you know what isle the item is on at the store that is located closest to you. When we got to target the price was higher then advertised on their website. So I then went back on the target website from my phone and found out they price match, it says they match the price of the item in store if it's higher than the price advertised on their website and vice versa. When we went to checkout the two cashiers at the register (don't know why there were two cashiers at one register) said they didn't think they were price matching because of Black Friday, which I might ad was 5 days ago, so one of the cashiers left to go ask a manager. He walks back with not just one person but one female manager two male managers and a SECURITY GUARD!!!! The blonde female manager then loudly said that we are not price matching right now. And while everyone in the checkout area is staring because these target "TEAM MEMBERS" are making a huge scene. I try to politely say the website doesn't say anything about a blackout on price matching. She cuts me off and says come back next week. And one of the men says buy it online. But the thing is I'm already here. They all then walk off. And I say to the cashier I don't think it's right to PUBLICLY SHAME someone for asking for a price match policy that is on your website. And she said "Yes that was very uncomfortable, I'm sorry" and the other cashier says (also why are there still two cashiers at one cash register) "I just asked the one manager, I didn't ask all of them to come over" seriously a security guard and three managers and the employees at a store making a scene like that to embarrass my mom and I. I would rather never shop at target again then have to deal with that. Also having my mom repost this so we can give two one star reviews. I love this target and the location, but the bathrooms are just awful. I've seen nicer bathrooms in dive bars. The doors don't lock, there's always toilet paper and seat covers on the ground, most stalls are missing hooks to hang purses and belongings, and some of the toilets have lids....in a public bathroom?
