    Garbage company garbage products, I'd rather give a 0 rate if I could. Their installers found a product defect when installing the bed. The foot stand of the bed could not be inserted and fixed, but they used a very low-level method and used a few screws to make up for it. I didn't find this stupid problem until I moved two years later, but they thought it was out of warranty and refused to return or exchange it. I advise everyone to never buy anything from such a conscienceless company. They promised to get back to me with a solution, but nothing happened. It's terrible.

    Mirror arrived cracked

    We purchased a floor-length mirror at the Dublin store, but it was not in stock so had to be delivered. It was a week late with no notification from the store until we called to ask where it was. The mirror was cracked when it was delivered (see picture). We called to inform them. They said someone would come out to look at it for refund purposes. A week went by - nobody came and nobody called. We called and emailed customer service a week ago requesting a refund and that the damaged mirror be picked up. They promised to follow up. No follow-up, no refund yet. Needless to say, we will never buy anything again from this joke of a business. The complete absence of customer service and follow-up is appalling. I wish I could put zero stars down

    Francisco was our helper. He was amazing very easy and pleasant to work with. We never felt rushed had the answers we needed even Interacted with the kids and was very nice. Made our experience very easy. 10/10 for Francisco.

Distracting /interfered with our decision-making process. -Mattresses are "always" on sale. No set price. Sales team earns commissions. -The negotiation stages: They will give you a price that's lower than the sales price on the mattress label. May throw in a free delivery & set up. So...you feel like you are getting a good deal. -Reduced the price on Aireloom pillow from $299 to $99 - was part of the "deal". Pillow in store was smaller and softer. Pillow delivered was king size, very heavy and stiff. -Mattress delivered was MUCH firmer than the model tested in the store. New mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. -Must wait 30 days from date of purchase before you can make a "onetime" exchange. There is return/ replacement fees. -Difficult to have confidence in what you are buying. Maybe mattresses in the store are softer due to a lot of use? -Experience was like going to a 1980's used car dealership. Sales want to offer deals and close quickly. Not a good experience.

From the moment we walked in, Devi was so so welcoming, patient, and actually listened to what we needed. We told her we were on a budget, sleep preferences, and talked about what firmness we wanted. We knew we wanted the Lux Estate but after laying on the soft, it was just a tad too soft for us so Devi explained she could order us the medium and it would be perfect. What really stood out was that there was zero pressure. We were given plenty of time to lay on the mattress, compare feel of pillows, and ask a million questions. Devi was very knowledgeable about materials, warranties, return policies, pillows, everything and she answered every question honestly, which made us feel so comfortable. We ended up choosing the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate medium in a king and got two free pillows, and we could not be happier! If you're shopping for a mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Devi at Mancini's Sleepworld in Livermore. I worked in sales so I know from experience that it's rare to get that combination of knowledge, patience, and kindness these days, and Devi absolutely deserve recognition for it. Thank you Devi !:)

I shopped around making price comparisons and testing the mattress out before coming into Mancini's. This was not a purchase to be taken lightly. Altogether the costs for mattress, mattress protector, and delivery were a substantial investment. I looked at just about every mattress and tried them out in the store. Thinking to myself there has to be another option that's less expensive. After all was said and done I decided on the Temurpedic. However, I still wasn't sold on the idea. Baily, the sales representative, wasn't pushy. He explained to me that he had back surgery and slept on this mattress every night. I was prepared to pay cash. Baily then offered me 48 months of financing at zero interest. It didn't stop there. Baily told me if I purchased the mattress protector my warranty would be doubled from ten years to twenty years. The cherry on top were the two Tempurpedic Adapt pillows I received as a gift with purchase. I purchased the mattress and kept my money in the bank where it's drawing interest without having to pay interest. The deal made sense to me. My needs didn't end there. I was moving and wouldn't need the mattress for another two weeks. Baily gave me his cell phone number in case I needed further assistance. Well, I did. The delivery day needed to be changed, no problem, Baily took care of it. The bank's credit disclosure statement terms arrived in the mail and stated 28.99 percent. Again, I called Baily. Baily patiently explained to me that in the event the mattress wasn't paid in the promotional time period the 28.99% would become effective, and not to worry. The next call was the warranty I felt it wasn't clearly stated on my receipt. Baily once again explained the warranty and pointed out information on the back of my receipt which coincided with the extended warranty provided. My mattress arrived, and I LOVE IT! I made the right choice at the right store with the right sales person, Baily. In the future all of my mattress purchases will be at Mancini's San Ramon with Baily. Thank you for a good nights sleep!

Brad and Alexis made this overwhelming process as smooth as any bed buying process could be. We are so so so grateful to have had them help us. Brad helped us initially and really took his time explaining all the different bed types and options. He didn't put pressure on us to make a decision and was patient with us. He had an answer for all of our questions and explained everything we needed to know really well. Both Brad and Alexis helped us get our financing in order. They even called us to give us UNEXPECTED AND AWESOME news that they had a better promotion that we qualified for and that our sales price would be less than we expected. They helped us pick perfect sheets to purchase with some of the money we saved. They set up our delivery and kept us informed every step of the way. We stopped in a few times to look at their pillow selection and ended up buying two pillows with the rewards we incurred on our sleep iq app (which Alexis hammered into our brains to take advantage of). We have had a few issues with our bed and bedding and each time, these two have taken care of every need or problem we have had that same day. They never batted an eye and helped us find what solution would work best for us. We now just stop by the store just to say hi because we love these two so much for helping us find a bed and bedding that was comfortable. Most of all though, we stop by to see them just to say hi because they are such nice people. I would recommend these two to anyone looking for a bed.

    Came here about 3 weeks ago with my fiancé to purchase a new bed as we just signed a lease for a…read morenew place. Spoke with the manager Colin at this location who helped us out. We bought a bed frame from Living Spaces and showed Colin what it looked like. He advised us exactly what to get with the bed so that it will work with the frame we purchased from Living Spaces. We didn't hesitate, we purchased what was told to us. Fast forward to 2 weeks after. Friday June 5th was our delivery date. The Sleep Number delivery truck comes to our new place, the driver takes one look at our bed frame, and immediately tells us what we purchased will not work with our bed frame. How can this be when the manager of Sleep Number advised us on what to purchase exactly AFTER showing him the bed frame we bought? Now we have no bed and what we actually need is going to take another week for delivery. The deliver driver even told us that this happens often. Great, an extra week of sleeping on the couch. The worst part of this is, I called the store the same day. Andrew picked up and told me Colin isn't in. No worries, I told him to have Colin give me a call the next day when he is in. Next day comes, no call. Sunday comes and I had to call in again to get a hold of Colin, which I did. Spoke to him about the frustrations of this entire experience and he told me that he's sorry but his team (and other managers) in the area wasn't aware of the bed not being able to work with our specific bed frame. So what? You don't know how your own product works and you're just trying to make the sale? So ridiculous. After explaining my frustration with him and the longer wait time for what we actually need I even get a "yeah whatever". Nice, the manager that's supposed to be representing Sleep Number really knows customer service. End of the day, you go back to companies by the customer support you receive. Not the product. And this is the last time I'm ever going to purchase any Sleep Number products from this location. If you're thinking of buying a new bed, don't go here. If the manager doesn't know what's supposed to work with your bed frame, how can you trust anybody else will know. And Sleep Number, get a new manager in here ASAP.
