When the delivery arrived, one was powered and the other was manual I purchased two powered units. The two delivery guys were very nice and said they would return to the store for the correct recliner. I called the store to make sure they had another powered unit and spoke to the owner, the son of the old owner. He assured me he had it and he would go to the warehouse. When the new unit arrived, I suspected it was the floor model so I called the store. The owner assured me it was not. It was set up and again I called the store to ask if it was the floor model. This time I got a different store from one of the old owner and again he assured me it was not the floor model. I told him if I come down to the store the floor model is still there and he said yes. An hour later I got a call from the young owner now admitting it was the floor model and do I want to return the recliners, never and apology. I said no but I wanted something off, he agreed to $200 for the chair and $50 for lying. I went back to the store and saw the floor model was missing confronted the owner on why he lied about it and he got in my face yelling and cursing with ever excuses in the book, never an apology. The old owner his father had to come over and tell him to calm down. The young own then went to the office and i could still hear him cursing and yelling about the issue. Stay away from this place. I will never return. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Am 68 years old and never was treated like that by any business owner.

She was really up front about everything including delivery times, functionality and how long a certain mattress would last. I thought this would take me hours long to narrow it down to the few I liked but I told her what I wanted and she went directly to a mattress & after trying a bunch- the first one she showed me was the one I liked the best out of all of them. So she definitely knows what she is doing, not only extremely helpful but also extremely knowledgeable! I can't wait to speak with Anastasia again and purchase my mattress from her! Of course a lot of the stuff is wood, like fences, cool light posts and mail box poles, huge and elaborate play sets for kids, nice sheds, gazebos and pavilions, tables, chairs and stools and my favorite, little wooden bridges. I've always wanted a bridge in my back yard, just wish I had a stream or river to put it over. Walpole also has some very cool and creative gates, arbors, cupolas and lattice thingies. If you actually make it inside the store you will see gigantic and very impressive looking bird houses. These aren't just little boxes nailed to a pole but a seemingly endless variety of shapes and sizes for everything from humming birds to pterodactyls. Lots of bird baths so the avians in the houses can stay clean and cool spheres, thermometers, wind chimes, garden critters and great looking weather vanes. Even high quality basketball hoops and backboards. All kinds of things that you probably never thought of but once you see will desperately desire. Some of the stuff you can take home in your pocket, other things you need a huge truck to move. I love going here just to look around, I seem to find new things every time. Sure, a lot of the stuff is basically useless and unnecessary and this isn't Wal-Mart, the prices aren't cheap. But if you are looking for a bird house that probably has more room than most people's homes, an baroque and ornate moon gate, a fat little Hotai Buddha, a lighthouse weathervane or a cool but totally useless and frivolous little bridge, this is the place.

(Lynyrd Skynyrd) After we had our hardwood floors and steps sanded and refinished, we decided to pretty up those steps with a carpet runner, which explains why we visited Galaxy Discount Carpet Store today. That decision ended up being a FIVE STAR experience. Their two floor showroom is just incredible! Sample boards, rolls stacked on the floor in rows, area rugs hanging from the ceiling, gorgeous stuff everywhere. We met with Charlie and explained to him what we were looking for. He said that staircase runners can either be pre-manufactured in big rolls, or custom cut from carpeting meant for rooms. We knew we wanted a runner in some shade of gray to complement our wall color, and decided on a carpet runner to be cut from a big grayish roll and then finished with black binding along the edges, to complement the black stair rail and contrast with the white stair risers. It was installed 72 hours later, and that was pretty amazing in it's own right. Communication with Galaxy was great. Charlie was a dream to work with, the installers called us the day before install to confirm the date and time window, and the van with two workers arrived as scheduled mid-afternoon and did a neat professional job on the install. Charlie's price was $140 less than one we had from a flooring company out in our neck of the woods, and the carpet quality was better at Galaxy. Everything went well, and the stairs look great!

I started off in their garden center where I needed a couple of things for my roses- such as trellis and what not. They had decent prices for white vinyl trellis' online, which you can't find anywhere at that price. However, when I came into the store- I realized it wasn't white vinyl- it was wood painted white- which explained- the really low price. Their website is not that user friendly to be honest. Just saying- it may be easier to come in & take a look. The store itself is quite large and several people asked if I needed help- which was very nice to see. They had a huge variety of items in here and appeared to have a lot in stock. Of course I needed about 15 random things & the only thing I was unable to purchase because it wasn't in stock- would be the reflective #s for my mailbox! I needed 2230 and there was no number 3 in any size in stock unfortunately. Otherwise- they had everything else that i needed- including plants, garden trellis, flowers, ant killer, bird feed, hummingbird feed, spray paint, driveway markers and windex! Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of items in stock & I really enjoyed their indoor patio area- where they show you patio's set up, grills, bbqs, outdoor kitchens, etc. I would definitely come back - especially for their flowers! They were beautiful and all appeared to be in really good shape!
