Wow. I just left town a few months and came back to see the big difference in Target today. Store is super clean and organized, larger aisles, very bright and airy, especially, in food and pantry sections, very fresh fruits and vegetables. They even have people standing in front to greet customers. To speed up service, they have employees assisting customers to the available checkout counters... And the thing that I like the most is they have added the Self-checkout counters. Kudos Target. Please add a few more. Just so you know, using Target cc will give you an instant 5% off. It's 2021, post covid. If you haven't mastered all the ways Target has its ishh together to make your life easier, then it's time that you do. Here are the steps. 1. Download their app. 2. Make sure you're signed up for target circle offers. 3. Get their debit card - 5% off every order & it's attached to your checking. 4. Use their app, target circle offers (coupons) and order for pick up or drive up. I order drive up all the time and this particular target is fast. Worst customer service ever. Drive up orders always take forever to come out or are missing items. The drive up employees are sometimes rude and never look at where you want your items placed on the app. They always hand me my bags through the driver's window when I stated on the app I want my items on the passenger's side. They need to hire employees that actually want to do their job or at least put on a fake smile for the time being. read more

Went there twice in a week. Wanted something from food court, no one was there. I waited for 10 mins but no one came to ask if help was needed. Second time back, went to food court again. And again no one was there. Got there 5:10pm Saw the sign said will be in at 5:15pm so waited and waited. No one there til 5:25pm Then some manager showed up to starbuck to get water and saw me standing so he told the girls at starbuck to check in radio when will the person be back and left. The girls from starbuck idk if they did what the manager told them to but never update me with anything. Then 5:35pm, a guy came back. But they were out of the food i wanted. No sign whatsoever. Waste of my time. And this is not the first time they run out of stuffs. They dont stock up? Other Targets never have this issue. So disappointed read more

Sometimes the simple things in life can truly make you believe again. I can't tell you how long it's been since I've been blown away by customer service. Mike, the cashier with glasses, provided the most professional and personable service. For the short time it took him to ring us up, he was so charming and attentive. Never pushy with that red card. Never felt anxiously rushed by our long list of purchses. He is the absolute best. Another five stars for offering makeup brands that cater specifically to women of color. Unable to reach this location. No one from any department answers the phone except for pharmacy and optical. When I call I have to listen to this lonnnggg message about Xbox in English and then in Spanish. I was verbally assaulted by an older male because he thought I was taking too long to self-check out. looks like this place is silencing reviews now. so i'll omit what i think got it removed and focus on the facts that won't be grounds for removal. Aisles are a mess. bathrooms are never cleaned properly. went in to shop the other day and got 1 of the 5 things i went in for because the stock was not there. not only did i work at this location for 4 years. i've been shopping at since way before i worked there. and it has slowly but surely gone down hill. my last review, while strongly worded, was honest, and was removed. scroll down a bit and that review about getting helped in the beauty department but didn't get his name? yeah that was me. i'm not just a "disgruntled" ex-employee. read more

We stopped by last night for a coffee table. They didn't have it up front so we asked for help. The target employee was able to help find one for us in the back. However, the box was too big for the car we brought. The Target employee let us know it wasn't a problem. They would put it on hold for us and we could pick it up the next day. Just go to the pick-up section upfront and give them my name. So we just came back with a car big enough to fit the coffee table. Unfortunately, the coffee table was taken off hold and sold. So either the employee that helped us the day before gave us wrong information or the employees today disregarded the hold and sold the coffee table. Whatever the case might be this has been an inconvenience. I am reminded that everything should always be in writing. read more

Most of the time I can get in and out quickly. Whenever I require customer service is when I see how bad target is at it. First off their website says the item I want is in stock. I go to the aisle it tells me it's in and it's not there. So I spend about 5 minutes trying to locate an associate. Finally I find one and he doesn't offer to check the back when he just came from the back checking something for another customer. Then another associate rudely comes up and says what can I help you with. She rudely answers we don't have it after I stated its not at the aisle and there is no tag but it still says in stock maybe it's in the back. She then begins to just start talking to the other employee about who knows what. It was then where I decided I've had enough of this and all target stores. I am not upset they didn't have it. I'm upset they did not want to check the back nor explain why they didn't want to check the back. Dude I get better customer service at the rollback store. I absolutely LOVE target. I grew up going to this target, but it just never felt right to me. I recently just got an emotional support dog (with license and everything), and I stopped by target to get some stuff, and I was immediately unwelcomed. I understand if emotional support dogs aren't allowed at specific locations, but the way that I was shewed away was extremely hurtful and insulting. Long story short, I was told that I wasn't welcome there and that Walmart is across the street. I'm extremely upset. I am furious. I like target but when employees kind of have an attitude of touching anything kind of turns you off. I brought my own bags and the cashier said he can't touch those because of covid, this is Oct 2021 and I respectfully said ok, no problem, but then steps away from me to hand me my receipt and with just holding it with two fingers and stretches out his arm as to not to touch me, I said wow Covid can't not be spread on surfaces and he's touching everything else, but good to treat another human and have such fear... I gave a two star rating because their was one employee who went beyond what the new normal employee would do. I entered the store this evening and noticed no one vacuums the carpet nor do they mop their floors. Their inventory remains low in stock as does their carts inside the store. Eighty percent of there shopping carts were in the parking lot. Christmas is around the corner and I do not believe Target can handle the rush. I will be shopping at another Target in the OC....it's cleaner. read more

I rarely review retail stores unless I've had an extremely positive or negative experience but I feel compelled to leave a review just because this target is run really well. It's always clean, not too much out of place or thrown around, they manage their lines really well, and staff is usually quite friendly. I do have to say, I'm not fond of the upgrades they have made in the past several years, it went from a comfortable shopping experience to an almost slightly intimidating experience. Make up and hair isles almost make you feel like your in Ulta or Sephora, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it just feels over the top for target. Other than that, I am just impressed with how smoothly this store runs. You usually don't wait in line very long and I love the self check out lines! read more

This was going to be a negative review but the young lady who helped me changed my mind. I was in line for order pick up and when I got there, the associate was helping someone else. Cool, no problem, I didn't mind waiting. Well as soon as she was done helping that person, instead of helping me, she walked away and promptly started texting on her phone. There was another associate helping a customer with a return so the girl who walked away could have helped me instead of going to text on her phone. After the other associate was done helping the customer with the return, she helped me and was very nice about it. So thank you, I appreciate your pleasant attitude and great customer service. read more

I came here to use the restroom and with visit I am very satisfied. Yes, the restroom is clean and they have hand soap. Shopping in any Target needs to be made happy. That's right! Came here today at 8:00 pm. The place is severely under staffed. I needed razors which they locked up. I used the tablet that they have to request a team member. After waiting for several minutes, the message says oops..no team member available. We hit the call button 4 times and the same message. Horrible customer service for this location. read more

TARGET - you can never wrong with Target. My weakness, especially the ones with STARBUCKS inside the store. It is little confusing to find even though Google Maps takes you right to the location because there are so many trees in the Chino Spectrum parking lot. There is ample amount of parking space available near the store. I am a fan of their less than $5 items they have it displayed as soon as you enter the store. That area might get little cluttered especially during holiday time but the deals are amazing. I got couple cocktail recipe books for less than 10$ and bunch of candles for $3 only. One just needs to have patience to find these little deals. Also surprisingly enough they have some pretty good sweaters as well, I have purchased few sweaters/cardigans from Target with good quality material and very reasonable price. The way all the aisles are marked and numbered is pretty easy to locate and makes its convenient for the customers. The cashier was pretty friendly and had a bubbly personality. She explained to me about the Target card and didn't push hard on it when I refused the offer. P.S. They charge 10 cent for a target bag now so please make sure to bring a bag from home with you. read more

I shop at this target a lot. People here are great. The reason I'm giving two star is because this store has a lot of false price tags. I just bought a couple of Christmas plants and the tag on says $5.99 each, but when I got hom looked at the receipt they charged $6.99 each. I also bought several yogurt for my son, the price tag on the fridge says 89cent each, but they charge me $1 for each. I don't like being ripped off like this.
