It kind of gives me the thought of if Pier 1 Imports and Crate and Barrel decided to elope, and this was the shop that popped-out. It gives the "Summer at the Hamptons" vibe for me. But nonetheless, it's a nice store. Smells really nice currently (October) with their fall collection of pumpkin spice scent bags and Christmas decor throughout their store. I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

I stumbled onto the kaiyo website from a targeted ad on my social media and after scrolling a bit, I started comparing their prices for pre-owned pieces to new ones from the same companies. The three items I purchased came in at about 50-90% off new retail prices! And they plant a tree for every purchase Delivery was set for 3 weeks from my purchase date and I chose white glove service to have them deliver to my desired room, assemble and remove all packaging. I was notified by email the week of delivery with contact information in case I needed to reschedule or add a designated person for the delivery inspection and signature. I also got a text the morning of delivery and the delivery men called me from the front door. All the pieces were wrapped very well and only one piece had some damage not shown in the photos. The gentlemen making the delivery were fabulous and the pieces meticulously cleaned. Highly recommend kaiyo and I'm eagerly awaiting buying my next piece of furniture from them!

She left to go attend another thing in the middle of scanning my return items, and then complained-asked why I'm returning something I didn't even open. I am not required to tell the employee my reason for return as long as it still has the tag in unused, original condition, which is what I did. I was being EXTRA NICE and told her reason for my returns, but hey you know what? Next time, I'm not answering her when she clearly ignored and up and left me in the middle of ME talking. I was left feeling so embarrassed and enraged. Like how dare she do that to a customer?! I even tried to make small conversation because her vibe was so hostile and micro aggressive, but nope, cold as ice. She super guilt tripped me on purpose and was extremely unfriendly and rude. Does not like to engage in any conversation except to guilt trip me AND to complain about my returns. And then it got WORSE. I also had purchases to make after my return, and she literally parked me and tended to another customer who wasn't even in line and just CUT. This employee didn't even apologize or ask if it's okay if she tends to TWO other things while "helping" me. She should not have done that. I love this location for the items but I almost don't want to go back because of her. I think this location would benefit from training employees properly on how to treat customers at least neutrally if not well. At least this specific employee has no basics or even bare minimum quality for customer service. I came back and it was my turn, and I almost wanted to tell the customer behind me to go ahead because I did NOT want to interact with this specific employee. Thanks because i would never have known about Chic Revelations right across the street. Love the idea to open others like myself that never knew the shops existed and helps us locals to shop small & within our city. I've been following GLAH on instagram for quite some time. Along with always seeing the shop whenever i pass thru old Main Street Yorba Linda in my car or on foot during the special events they have on Main street. It's absolutely a really cute shop with a lot of home decor including unique wall, furnitures, accents, candles, you name it all. They have majority along with pretty cool unique pieces. Met the owner Janet and she's a doll. Really nice lady along with Kendall. Both were really great answering my questions and really enthusiastic about helping mee regards to any home decor design questions I have. Great customer service and inviting. I went with my daughter along w a friend of a daughter i was watching So i wasn't able to stay for too long. Since trying to focus with the girls were a bit hard. Will definitely be back along with recommending this shop to those looking for home decor, design or even a gift for someone. They can help with in home consultation, concierge to full designing.
