This may very well be the most organized and spaciously laid out Target I've been to. Now, I don't live anywhere near this location, so I can only speak as a one time visiting guest... but I was impressed! The interior is laid out more like a department store than the Targets near me-- fitting, since this Target's apart of a mall complex. My friend and I both found plenty of items we were shopping for, like sunglasses, planters and potting soil, video games and extra controllers for the Nintendo Switch, a specific DVD, and a standing tower fan. Random, yes. All available and easily found, also yes. The guy working the electronic section helped out with the video games and he was really nice and helpful. I bought sunglasses and realized after I bought them that they were broken... the customer service rep was super helpful and swapped them out for me with no problem at all. So I give this Target five stars and hope that some of the ones near me get this sort of spacious, super helpful vibe! :)

Swimsuits. This was one of the cleaner areas of clothing.

I don't shop at Target but ran in today. It was shocking. The clothing area was a total mess. Only four dressing rooms with long lines. The other dressing room was blocked off with carts full of stuff. People were stepping on the clothes all over the floor. Some shelves were almost bare. I've never seen anything like it and felt gross just looking at clothes. I'll never go back.

This Target is so bad, I can't get out fast enough and go weeks between going. And I'm a stay at home mom of two so I'm the prime Target demographic! Ever since we moved to Bellingham last December this store has been going through a redesign. But the last few months have been truly awful. They are in a constant manic restocking of literally every aisle...at all times. I just left, 11am on a Tuesday...I couldn't even push my cart down aisles. I had to lift the thing up and over carts full of overstock. There were large areas that weren't even reachable, making those products un-buyable. If they're driving me, the stay at home mom out alone escaping my kids, out of the store they must be losing so much money. Surely this intrusive restocking can be done overnight? I thought it was a one-off but it's been two or three times now, weeks apart ***this Target is STILL terrible. The aisles are full of pallets and employees yet the shelves are still inexplicably empty. I asked if this is still remodeling and the cashier said no it's due to the new truck schedule. Management really needs to sort this out. It's not an atmosphere that invites shopping. November 2019: nope. Still just a warehouse that calls itself a target. Added more photos from today's trip. Entire aisles inaccessible to shoppers because of boxes upon boxes of stock that should be in the back. Also...why is the dollar section also so sad? I see other targets with beautiful dollar sections and meanwhile it's mid November and ours still has Halloween things.

When you run out of formula in Canada and need some ASAP, you go to the closest Target. This location is about 25 miles from the border. Big parking lot. Looks like the just remodeled. Clean and organized. Was in and out pretty quick.

They didn't have absolutely "everything" that I wanted here, but there is nothing that comes close to Target in Canada.

I walked around a bit that went back to her and ask her if there was anyone that could help me. She was very unpleasant and seemed a bit irritated. She said it would be a minute so I continued looking around. Another couple came into the store and when I looked over I noticed her talking to them and helping them instead of telling them to wait a minute she was going to help somebody else. I waited a few more minutes. That is very unprofessional when one customer is waiting and they help newer customers. I just walked out and decided to do my shopping in Bellingham where I live.

The staff I interacted with treated me like I was a celebrity or a millionaire or something, and went as far as to carry a mattress down to the sales floor for me to try instead of having me struggle to climb the stairs (I'm older and have trouble walking) to try it -is that going the extra mile or WHAT?! Clearly they care about their customers! Also, I appreciate that there was a ZERO high-pressure sales tactic to entice me into buying something I couldn't afford; I was shown a beautiful piece, but when I said it was above my budget, the response was "Oh, okay, well what about this one?" instead of trying to convince me that it would only be a slightly higher monthly payment and all that sales jazz. The delivery was the next day (!!!wow!!!) right on time, the delivery crew was super friendly, and carried the mattress in with care; there wasn't so much as a speck of dust on the wrapper. Definitely an outstanding experience! Should mention... I only bought the mattress; I have a box spring already that doesn't match the mattress color, so I covered it for the picture because I don't want anyone thinking that Wilson's sold me a mismatched set!!!

I am replacing my initial review of five stars with this…read more I purchased a leather and steel love seat in Sept 2021. The price was $2100 which was a major purchase for me. The sales person was very kind and helpful during our interaction. We had some questions that he couldn't answer. He attempted to talk with the owner in another room and was given little and uninterested attention. Later as we were discussing the item and purchase, the owner happened to pass through the showroom and the sales person again attempted to ask him a question and he was given a flippant rather rude answer. It gave me the feeling of disrespect of the sales person as well as us, the customer. We purchased the item anyway, though we seriously considered walking. Now, 2+ years later, we have discovered a failure in the cushion hook and loop attachment system. The cushion is held in place by a strip of hook and loop (Velcro) along the front edge. The hook strip is sewn onto the couch. There is no loop strip. Instead hook strip grabs the fabric on the bottom side of the cushion. That fabric has kind of a fuzzy surface. When we remove the cushion, the hooks tear a little bit of the fabric away until I found that the fabric now has a hole in it. If it was a true hook and loop, the fabric would not have been subjected to this tearing. Of course this only happens when the cushions are removed for cleaning underneath. Admittedly, I haven't clean under the cushions more than six times in the last two years. That is not very many removals of the cushions that would warrant a "normal wear and tear" defense. The owner's earlier conduct was repeated when I called him about the failure. Disinterest and disregard. He answered "When we separate the cushion from the body of the chair, we place our hand right next to the Velcro and release it with a sliding motion, rather that just pulling up on the cushion. That lessans the tension on the connection point. I don't know what else to say. No one has every pointed this out." The couch didn't come with an Owner and Operation Manual. I didn't know that there was a procedure for removing the cushions. I am extremely disappointed in the owners attitude toward customer service and the quality of the company products. Although the over quality of the piece is good, I would not recommend doing business with this company.
