I will think of something creative to do with this wooden ring!

As a person who visits thrift shops regularly (you never know what special treasure you might find) I appreciate that this Goodwill is consistently well organized and always full of "stuff". I head for the furniture section as I am on the hunt for interesting pieces to paint. Since the furniture is located in back of the store I must pass through aisles full of all kinds of tempting items hard to pass up. Today I purchased a good supply of mason jars and a large wicker basket and two spoons all for less than $5.00!

    A big store.

Good stuff, but overpriced and staff appallingly rude. Not something i appreciate in a over-pretentious GOODWILL of all places

Too much new and in packaged items. Clothes were tired and too old. 2 stars are for the furniture section.

Why buy it new when you can pay just as much for a old, worn-out one? The prices they charge are RIDICULOUS

I shop at Value Village somewhat frequently and I would just like to comment that the return policy…read morethey have in place for not offering dressing rooms and listing their second hand items at the rate they do, seems very unreasonable to me. The only "return" option is actually a strict exchange (no credit issued) that needs to either meet or exceed the amount of original purchase within 14 days. Lets say I buy 4 pairs of pants that I cannot try on in store, at $12.99 a piece and none of them fit, thats $52 worth of thrift store merchandise that I need to purchase, in order to return the used pants that i had no option to try on before buying. This policy also leads to people trying on clothes in the aisle because of course they would.. and ultimately this creates an unprofessional environment and personally I feel disrespected as a customer. I hope Value Village considers restoring the dignity of their customers by either offering a dressing room or changing their return policy in the future. Thanks.

So until they realize that and ESA animal is just as important as a service dog, this review will stay here and I will not support any store that will not let am ESA support animal inside their store...I had an emotional breakdown inside there after they told me I had to take my animals out of there. This is highly unacceptable and truly wrong. ALL SUPPORT DOGS ARE EQUAL! SOME ARE EVEN MORE IMPORTANT THAN OTHERS!! SHAME ON YOU VALUE VILLAGE!! CHANGE YOUR STATUS AND BE FOR THE PEOPLE!!

What shocked me was her attitude: the moment I tried to pick up an item to look at it, she immediately snapped "NO!" at me. She literally forbids customers from touching anything, rejecting every single inquiry with a rude "No." It creates an incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. To top it all off, the prices in this disorganized hoard are completely detached from reality. Paying premium prices to be treated with absolute hostility in a messy, empty store is ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money here. Avoid this place at all costs! UPDATE The response from the owner, Chelsea, is an absolute fabrication. Her claim that I was "going through her personal belongings behind the counter" is completely ridiculous and utterly false. The items in question were sitting directly ON TOP of the main sales counter, thrown into a disorganized pile in plain view of anyone entering the shop. If these were truly your "personal, not-for-sale belongings," why on earth were they left piled up on a public retail counter? This is a desperate, made-up excuse to cover up your hostile and completely unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, you did not "politely explain" anything. You repeatedly snapped a single word at me: "NO!" - treating me like a dog that had wandered into your yard rather than a human being and a customer. It is pathetic that instead of taking accountability for your terrible customer service, you choose to invent outright lies to gaslight people. This owner is not just incredibly rude; she is completely dishonest. Avoid this place her behavior is absolutely unhinged.
