    Never A.

Store is insanely overpriced & the quality of items is severely lacking. Prepare to pay $20+ for stained/ripped/outdated jeans and knick-knacks for 2-3x current retail prices. Collectibles are being sold for more than they can be found at literal antique stores & online retailers. You'll also have to prepare to dodge the employees putting out items, as they will plow through the aisles with their racks of items with no regard to the people around them. They will cut in front of you to place items without saying excuse me and force you to shop around them instead of allowing you to pass through the aisle and get out of their way. Not to mention a lot of the items being sold here are actual trash ie: half empty shampoo bottles, used make up products, empty pickle jars being sold for $5, Dollar Store toys being sold for $3-5, etc. Lately they've also been shutting down the entire jewelry aisle in order to rearrange it at random times/intervals, which is annoying when that's one of the only things you like to look at. I used to like this store a lot because it used to be affordable, but in the last 6-12 months something has definitely changed for the worse.

First time in Washington State from Canada.. (Interior BC) Wow im impressed. This location is super clean, Has tons of selection, and is decently priced. Can't say the same for our locations (Messy, Rude staff, Smells like pee/musty) but this is one of the best Value Villages i've been to and would definitely be back soon. Plus, Staff is super helpful and kindhearted with great service.

It's sickening. This is a SCAM company and I'm sure the founders are rolling in their graves. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of ONE employee who works there named John and he is a great customer service representative. Give that man a raise!

Visited this Goodwill location a few months ago…read more In short: the prices have gone up enough that it's almost not worth stopping by anymore. I'm sure rents have gone up and Goodwill is feeling the pinch like a lot of businesses/not for profits these days but when your closest competition is Value Village and your prices match or exceed VV's, that's a red flag to me. Our most recent visit was definitely our most disappointing one. I found a number of interesting looking games, two of which had multiple price stickers. These two were both card games and when I brought these to the attention of an employee I was told that the higher of the marked prices were the most recent. Each of those card games was priced at $10, which to me was ludicrous. On the other hand, large boxed games like Monopoly were less than that. Clothing was also more expensive than I'm used to in this shop and so I found very little of interest. The selection and quality varies widely as you might expect, so you never know what you're going to find. Plenty of parking out front and the staff were friendly enough.

They have their pick of inventory brought to their door at no cost, they may or may not sell the goods, and if so, keep 60% of what they sell it for. When you bring stuff in, you can opt for either the return of unsold items or they will donate such unsold stuff to a charity reseller, likely picked up at no cost to Labels. As I said, a great business model. Our interactions with staff have been friendly enough, as long as one can stand having some of their treasures rejected for resale. If you choose the "donate" route, there is no accountability, which leaves me wondering. When you bring stuff in, they are pretty picky, which is good for all. It is not a junk shop. The downside/upside is that they sell things at generally reasonable prices. Great if you're buying, not so great if you're selling. But hey, it's perhaps a better way to clean your cupboards and closets and make a few bucks than the hassle of holding a garage sale. My main gripe is that my wife usually spends more when we drop stuff off than she takes in from the sale of things. Oh well.....
