There are three reasons of why I love shopping at H&M. 1) They have pretty well made clothing that can be disposable because their prices are reasonable especially if they are having a sale. 2) Their XS size is actually an XS size. I wear size 0 petite so finding clothing that fits without alterations is a struggle. 3) Their stores are more organized unlike their counterparts Forever 21 and Zara, so I want to spend more time browsing. This H&M location continued to uphold my three criteria to continue shopping here. On our recent winter shopping trip here I bought a bunch of sweaters that are so comfy, and nothing was more than $12. This location has something for everyone, including a huge well stocked men's section, which was nice to drop the hubby off in while I shopped as well as a kids/baby secton. They also have the best selection of coordinated gloves/scarfs/hats in the same colors and designs. I remember shopping at H&M over ten years ago and while during that time they were geared more towards the college and post college group, their line has matured out. Cute clothes, not made very well, but nice for a couple times you wear the garment. Their current staff (yes I'm aware we are in a pandemic) is awful!!! Needed pants for tomorrow went in 30 minutes prior to closing and their dressing room was closed.... Tyler at the front counter said they had already cleaned them so they closed!!! WTH!!! Dude I worked in retail for years!!! Never was that an option! Moving on to the counter, I have 6 pairs of shiny black pants sliding all over place trying to decide what might fit since their dressing is closed and the pants slid totally the counter towards me!!! Both "men" not sure their pronouns as I didn't ask... helped keep them on the counter so I pick up one placed it on the counter it slid on their side.... They called me aggressive!!! This is the best H&M store my kid and I have been to: everything was neatly organized, the clothes were all on the correct racks, there were no clothes strewn on the floors or left behind in the dressing rooms, the store was neat. We've not really been to a neat H&M before. We both tried on 30+ items. The funny thing about H&M clothes is, they fit fine, but they're not cut to be practical, or attractive, on most bodies. Perhaps if you're a 20-year old, slim, 6-foot tall model, then most of the clothes would work for you. But for the vast majority of us, this is not meant to be. I'm in my early 50s and slim but short; my kid is in her teens and slim but short. All the clothes we tried on fit but none worked. It was is if there was one issue, one thing wrong with every item. The front of the shirt was amazing but the back was too revealing. The color and cut of the tank top was perfect but the piece was too deconstructed and the hem looked unfinished and messy. The t-shirt was the ideal color but it was too clingy, or too low-cut, or... something. There was always something. Despite all this, this is a terrific H&M store. It's well laid out, organized, neat and clean, with a large selection of clothing at phenomenal price points. Lots of basics (t-shirts, tank tops, in black, tan and white and other solid colors), lots of accessories (especially shoes/sneakers. For a steal, too), lots of open cashiers at the check-out line. This is a fun store and even though I didn't find anything that worked for me, it was fun trying! read more

Their clothes look really cute on the models, but I've gone through their store several times and never found any clothes I would actually wear on a day-to-day basis. It's either overly fitted, shows too much, lots of shimmer, or in a bizarre pattern that would suit a 13 year-old...not someone in their 20's. The clothes seem very well priced, but I've never found something in here that I would buy. read more

It may take two trips before I find something that fits and that I like, but it's reasonably priced and they're good about getting new inventory in to refresh their stock. There's almost always something new when I go in. While their clothes are "cheap", I have never had an issue with what I bought - although you'll want to keep an eye on their sheer tops and blouses made of light fabric, because I've heard that the threads come undone very quickly. I love the Men's zip up goodies, and they have a good selection of women's tights going on. They also have really cute lingerie, but if your band size is above a 36 or your cup is D or up, you're out of luck! read more

This isn't a review of the H&M brand, but rather this particular store. It's pretty large, with a women's, men's, and baby's section. They have great sales and the store is really well organized. Even the sale racks are in neat condition and everything is priced, so there's no surprises. The staff has always been really friendly, giving me space and time to shop but helpful and accommodating when needed. The dressing rooms are spacious and clean. They have an entrance from the mall and from the parking lot. It's just a fun shopping experience. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. The ambiance is non-offensive (sometimes I go running from a store because of music or lighting). Overall, a gem of the mall! read more

It is a discount clothing store. The prices are good, the fashion not bad, and the color palate doesn't make me vomit. There is a lot of tan black and white but it all looks and fits well. Well it fits my wife well I should say. read more

I was expecting this to be a clothing store strictly for teenagers and young adults. I went at the urging of my granddaughter. We both found wonderful clothing at very reasonable prices. One week before a wedding my wife needed a nice formal blouse for a wedding we re going to go to. Couldnt find anything in Canada so we went to the good ol USA . Tried most of the usual stores Macys JCPenneys etc.Tried a dress shop but too fancy didnt need a gown.Then walking through the mall we came across H&m. I thought it was a music store. Lots of clothes ,fairly busy and there was a nice dressey blouse on a rack with many sizes. Found the one that fit & another one as a back up. Price was good too only $34 each & not even on sale. H & m saved the day. We didnt want to spend too much for a wedding & definitely not for a one time use garment. These blouses were nice ,classy & versatile. Perfect! read more
