I thought I'd be fine with the lifetime warranty on their sofas. It turns out that there is a lifetime warranty on parts but you still pay for the service. The negative, is that the prices mimic Boston. Specifically the seaport area. I mean say that they are very expensive. We recently moved from Chicago, and the prices here are as high as they are in downtown Chicago. I've attached some photos showing the store and items that are priced too high. I love that it's american-made, but that shouldn't mean a 20 to 40% premium over other options.

You can walk any of the higher end stores and everything looks perfect without a crease in a couch or a stain on a rug. How?!?! They have people that come in to maintain the products on a regular basis which none of us would have the luxury of doing once a purchase was in our home. Today we came in to look for a power recliner for my mother. Two ladies were working at the time and one of them greeted us. Her name was Christine Farris. Her interest level in working with us was marginal at best. Yet a couple came in she said she had a 4:00pm appointment with and we were an after thought. She was kissing their behinds looking to win their sale; apparently she thought their money was better than ours. At the end of the day we ordered a custom, leather recliner and they left without a decision to be made. Can't judge a book by its cover. All in all the quality of the furniture in here is superior to the other big box shops such as Bobs, Bernie & Phil's or Jordan's. Also feel that since it is a smaller company you have less red tape to deal with if you need to make a claim on it using an extended warranty. I hope to not find out.
