A very nice new store owned by TJX. It has very similar items that are already found at Homegoods or Marshalls. However maybe just more concentrated departments. The had a lot of lamps/ lighting/ furniture for instance. Most of the stuff really is not my style (except the Iron clad pots and pans) so not sure if I will shop here all that much. Other than that, I hope that they do well.

From the start, (actually back in September) Kelley was attentive to the design and products, I was looking for the remodel project. I loved that she gave me choices but not too many that it would overwhelm me, at a price point that fit my project budget. Her knowledge base of many different product lines such as American Standard, Bosch, Kohler, etc.... was impressive. I would love to say, that my experience with my contractor has been as amazing as the one with Kelley. However, it has not been and I've encountered many issues that I had no idea how to handle. Each time, I reached out to Kelley and she gave me direction and contacts to help me resolve the situation. I realize, she absolutely didn't have to help me and received no monetary benefit which is a testament to her work ethics and going far above and beyond the call of duty. I absolutely, will use Kelley again in my master bathroom remodel. I have sung her praises to my friends when discussing the excellent customer service I have received from her. She is an outstanding employee who understands the meaning of exceptional customer service.

Great showroom and after an hour the only thing we got was some shitty catalogs.

We were super excited to find Legrand light switches we had never seen before. Legrand makes a variety of "touch" (pressure like an iPhone screen) and motion activated where you wave your hand by to turn on and off switches (as well as many others). These particular switches are a game changer for those with physical disabilities who have difficulty turning switches on/off, something my wife has trouble doing. We were even able to get one that has a dimmer control for our recessed ceiling. The sales person was attentive and helped walk us through price quotes and determining our fan size. The ceiling fan looks great (it isn't ugly like most ceiling fans I've seen!) and works great. The only issue we had was a way off underestimated shipping time when we ordered and the date kept changing when they said would receive the switches, making us delay our electrician and project a bit. Obviously with the CoVid pandemic this was understandable to some extent, but we felt communication could have been better to track and update the delivery date for us. When I brought this up with management they apologized and offered a discount, which I appreciated. I recommend Fogg lighting for quality products-we will be going back for exterior lights in the future rather than buying some at big box stores that will not last.

This consignment shop is, without a doubt, a hidden gem. The furniture and home decor is not…read moreremotely what you'd expect as used. Everything looks brand new and is reasonably priced. There are so many beautiful, high-quality pieces (writing desks, curio cabinets, a really cool grandfather clock) I wanted to take home, but I had to restrain myself and stick with my mission...a new couch. We found a gorgeous, oversized, squishy, comfy loveseat with 4 oversized, squishy, comfy pillows and this thing has some weight to it. A nice, solid piece of furniture. I also gave in and grabbed an absolutely gorgeous set of desk lamps that look like flowers. There were a couple of other couches I really liked and each came with a matching chair but this loveseat was just way more than I was even expecting to find. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop.

So they mark it like 130 and then tell you anything over 20 dollars is 75 percent off. I don't know if they do this for tax purposes or not, but it's a complete sh$& show at the register. It adds up like you went to target! The nice lady who writes it all down and uses a calculator is sweet, but I was having palpitations from the heat and it was a very slow process. Can we just please put the prices on items at their cost and not this BS "sale" that you've had for years now. Great shop, lots of stuff! But I don't be back. Place is a fire hazard as well. Hate to do this to a small business, but when I feel slighted by one I'm not going to sugar coat my experience.
