I am pretty upset with the store right now. I ordered a lot of furniture. I was promised my…read moreliving room set tomorrow, I'm getting one piece, the other maybe in another month. This delivery was scheduled a month ago! I ordered a new bedroom set for my son - bed took over a month, the night stand is in and the dresser well might be in by Sept 30. I ordered a new TV stand - nice one - that will not be in until the end of the month - maybe - I haven't been contacted for delivery. I know this is Covid time. The staff and the store are so well maintained, clean and have the safety concerns we all do. I could have bought this all on tax free weekend here in MA, saved hundreds of dollars and still had it around the same time. I didn't buy a special made item with the need to create an entire living room set! I bought "Off the rack". I'm very disappointed. We spent well over $5000 on furniture. I've spent thousands at Bobs in the past - all my furniture and this is just terrible.

Let me start this off with, I just spent AN HOUR OF MY LIFE on the phone with them before I started…read moreto write this post. I was hung up on, transferred about five times because my daughter's rail snapped WHEN SHE WAS SLEEPING. We've spend over a month back and forth with the insurance company only to get a $70 "credit" for a bed that was over $2,100!!! Then they tried to recharge us sales tax, stating sending another clearly defective item again. Save your time and aggravation and shop somewhere else, anywhere is better than here. I hope that within another month my autistic daughter won't be sleeping on the floor because of this awful company.

This is a discount / liquidation type store, so you know going in it is going to be hit or miss…read moredepending on what buys they have made recently. I liked the liquidation items best, and got some affordable name brand bath and body items at a great price. Specifically, I was happy to find Mrs. Meyers hand soap (seasonal scents, but fine with me) and Method body wash. There were also several bins of Claire's items, which are perfect for my niece. They do have a bunch of cheap items that feel poorly made, but if you know your brands and prices there are deals to be found. Also, they have a restroom that could have been cleaner but wasn't awful, though there are no paper towels.

This was my very first time visiting an Ollie's, and the new Nashua location is large . I walked in…read morewith high expectations, and frankly, they weren't entirely met. This store has a ton of merchandise, but the main takeaway is this: You must hunt for the deal. For a designer shopper like me, about 90% of the items were a 'no go' in terms of quality or discount. You'll find a lot of items priced identically to what you'd see on Amazon or at standard discount stores, ie electric blankets ... unfortunately I couldn't go through the whole entire store because my husband was hungry and is not really a shopper so he was getting quite aggravated , However, the store does deliver on its promise if you dedicate the time. My big win was a Henkel knife worth approximately $27 that I snagged for just $6.99. That is the kind of deal I expected. Don't Bother: Skip the food , candy , etc.. aisle. If you love nice things and enjoy a challenging hunt for a deep discount, this is your spot, but leave the hungry husband at home!"

I put off writing this review for a while because I was actually waiting for ALL of my furniture to…read morebe delivered. That's because the couch set we wanted (which is f**king lovely, btw) was on backorder for 6 weeks. Still, it was totally worth the wait! This triple level furniture store is jam packed with just about everything one needs to decorate their house with the finest upholstery, bedding, tables, chairs, etc that money can buy. And before you ask, yes....they have elevators. The funny thing is when we walked in, initially looking for a new living room couch set, we ended up also finding arguably the best kitchen dining set we've ever seen. At least, for us. All in all, we ended up spending like 4 grand, but it was worth it. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. They didn't have us pay for everything all at once either, since each set had to be delivered on separate occasions. Basically, we just paid for the stuff as it was being delivered. Actually though, the prices seem fair enough. If you have old furniture for them to take away, they charge an additional fee for that based on the number of pieces that need to go. There is, however, one admonition about this that still irks the shit out of me.. It seems that either, a.) The management isn't telling their movers that old furniture needs to be extracted from the home prior to the delivery taking place. Or, b.) The movers are really lazy and apparently don't want to take ANYONE'S old stuff. So, they enter in with the mentality of, "No, we're not taking that"...until you point out to them that they are literally being PAID to remove the old furniture. After a bit of back-n-forth, they'll eventually (reluctantly?) do it. Just be firm, keep all your receipts, and it should go just fine. None of this is really a deal breaker for me, but it's just annoying. I mean, is it THAT foreign of a concept that customers will want their old furniture removed? Because I'm fairly certain that upgrading furniture is a pretty common thing amongst consumers. I....I just don't understand why any mover would take issue with this, so long as they are being monetarily compensated. I had two separate deliveries, as mentioned. And BOTH times, with two different moving teams, they initially went in with the belief that they were not removing any old furniture. It's just weird and I'm not quite sure if it's a breakdown in communication with their bosses, or just sheer laziness. One guy even grunted as he was moving a small piece of the couch, which....wasn't all that heavy. Despite all that nonsense, what matters most is the furniture itself and the store's selection. Both are on point. I highly recommend this place as a go-to for your furniture needs, along with the aforementioned caveats to all present and future customers. Bernie & Phyl's receives 4 fully reclining couch sets complete with USB chargers and LED lights out of 5.

The technician came to my house this morning and said they don't cover wear and tear, and wearing cotton close on the couch will cause wear and pilling. This is the craziest thing I heard I'm I to sit naked on the couch to prevent this! I called the store and there was no manager to speak to. They suggest that I call again and speak to their customer service department as their GENERAL MANAGER can not help me. I will say I will never shop here again . I do not recommend anyone to shop there. MY set is 8 weeks old and looks like I have had it for 10 years! Stay away from them once they get your money you are in on your own !
