White male associate working checkout named Alex was extremely rude and short. I had asked him why prices at one location differs from one store to another and before I could finish my sentence, he cut me off and stated "we don't price match other locations, and other stores aren't supposed to," which is fine but the tone and attitude he displayed was off putting. He made it seem like I was trying to steal an item or something. Overall just a horrible experience with a rude associate. read more

I haven't been to Target in quite some time but decided to go in to look around. I was surprised to see throughout the store that shelves were set up haphazardly and not well stocked. There were associates with carts blocking walkways trying to stock shelves on a Saturday morning. The store used to wow you when you first came in. It's still bright and trendy, but the feel was off. The store used to be filled with people, but there were not that many people there and it was close to noon. Where there used to be a lot of brands to choose from, there were only a few. I guess we can thank online shopping for that. So before I left, I went to the restroom and that was where I knew something had changed. This was a store that in the past sparkled clean. The restroom had been mopped with dirty water and you could see dirty mop marks dried. Then to top it off, a roach crawled across the floor. It doesn't appear that they take pride as much in keeping the place feeling fresh and looking sparkling clean. I was sad to see it. Maybe it was just an off day, but the way the bathroom looked, it was not just the floor that was dirty. It didn't look as if the restroom had been properly cleaned in a while. read more

Seriously great store, love the layout and how beautiful and up to date the fitting room area is. We were helped by Justin and he was so nice and so helpful, he really seemed like someone who enjoys helping customers not because it's his job but because he wants to genuinely help you have a great shopping experience and get what you need. I want to give a big shout-out to Josh for going above and beyond in helping me get a working electric scooter. The first one just didn't work and I was ready to walk out the door and go to Walmart when Josh saw me and said he would find a working scooter ASAP. And he was true to his word. ......... $395 later, Josh suddenly appeared to help load all the amazing, colorful, unique items I found for my grandkids at this newly remodeled Target. Josh then loaded and loaded and loaded everything into my handicap van! I didn't have to lift a finger......WOW....I hope this fine man, with the amazing smile, can get some kind of reward. Decided to print some quick photos on my way out. Chose the instant print option, but it took nearly an hour for the workers to figure out how to print the photos and then told me they were out of the required paper! Hire some competent workers and don't waste a customers time on something that should've been noticed immediately. Will never return to this target. read more

I would like to be clear that the staff at this target are absolutely exceptional I have no issues with the people working in the actual target, that being said my issue is the target itself. If you are not an average height, average build, basic male, you cannot find anything that will fit you at target! They have no tall size is nothing above what is actually a xl. They've recently done some remodeling, which looks really nice n clean clean. Was out looking for some specific shorts that they showed to carry. Didn't look hard enough if they only have them available online. Needless to say, the shorts I was looking for weren't in the store. Was also looking for a cooling sports towel that they didn't carry...was just looking while I was there. Just feel these brick n mortar stores are slowly dying. Their groceries are pretty handy to take a gander at while you're there, plus they've got beer....so that's a plus. Don't remember seeing a bunch of cashiers, but the self checkout line was all kinds of long!! read more

I love this Target! Love love love it! So I have to admit this is my first ever Super Target. Where I used to live, there were only regular Target and Target Greatland, but never a Super Target. I think I was in a the Dark Ages! Anyway, I am sure you know all about Targets because they are everywhere. What makes a Super Target Super is that it also has a full grocery market attached. Yep, you can do all of your weekly shopping run in one location. SWEET! This Target is also very well kept. The aisles are always clear and organized. There are always staff walking around and willing help when asked. The shelves always seem well stocked as well. I have always been able to find what I want, in the option I want. There is also a little cafe with fun treats, as well as Pizza Hut options. I do love those breadsticks....YUM! And for you coffee addicts, there is a Starbucks inside as well. Yep, this Target has everything! All in all, this is a great Target! It's got everything I need on my weekly shopping run, so it makes my life easier. What more can a girl ask for? read more

I only buy two things at SuperTargets: My everyday polo shirts and my iPhones. Target's "Ultimate Polos" are the closest things I've found that match the fit & feel I like about wearing genuine RL Polos, so when Target has them on sale, I stock up. This is not being cheap, it's being frugal. Super Targets always seem to have a larger inventory available. And they also have a dedicated mobile phone aisle, which they call "kiosks," that are staffed by someone who knows their stuff. You can buy a new iPhone pretty much anywhere these days, but SuperTarget provides two bonuses they never advertise: They'll transfer the data & media from your old phone to your new one without charge, and they'll buy your old phone on the spot if you want to sell. You'll get a Target card to use within the store, or you can apply it immediately to the cost of your new phone. They gave me $85 for my iPhone 4, which I used against the $200 price of a new 5s. I felt I was getting a really good discount. And finally, I have no idea how important it is to you to have the latest & greatest gadget available; I rarely make phone calls these days, I pretty much just text, take pictures, and play music. I'm pretty sure my phone conversational skills have gone the way of my handwriting, which is now pretty bad. Oh c'mon, when was the last time you actually sat down to write a letter or postcard by hand? The point is, did I really need the latest and greatest iPhone available? No, not really. But SuperTarget made me an offer I couldn't quite refuse, and just for pulling that off, I'm officially a fan. read more

Whatever happened to Customer Service? I totally agree with Veronika T. They do have good prices, but they're customer service is non-existent. This is the second bad experience I've had with Target customer service. The first one was bad enough that I swore off Target for a long time, but a friend convinced me to try it again. Tonight reminded me of why I dislike it so much. Earlier today, we purchased Breyer's Ice Cream at another local Target (*not* a Super Target -- this is important) for $3.29 a container. Tonight, we had to pick up one more thing that the first Target hadn't had, so we stopped in at this Super Target. While shopping there, I noticed that they had the *same exact* ice cream there, same flavors and everything (and I haven't found these flavors anywhere but Target) for $2.29. I had the receipt, and I brought the containers of the ice cream from there just to show them the price difference and asked for a price adjustment. They refused, because they told me that Target and Super Target aren't the same, and often have different prices on the same items. While they have a policy to match competitor's prices on the exact same items, in print ads, they had lots of loopholes for matching their own prices. And I really didn't want to have to bring back the ice cream, since it is already 90 degrees here during the day. When I asked for the store manager, someone tried to present herself as such. It was obvious that she was just the "manager in charge," because of both her age (or at least her perceived age) and the fact that she was working on a Saturday evening. When I told her I wanted to speak to the M-F Store Manager, she told me he was on vacation. The best she could do was give me the phone number for national customer service. She told me if I called them and let them know, and if enough other people complained, then they'd maybe consider changing the policy. Not that I had a lot of hope of that happening, but I did decide to call, just because I wanted to feel like I'd followed through. Well -- surprise, surprise, the national customer service line is closed on weekends. You would think that any store that deals with the public would realize that an unhappy customer can cost them a lot more in potential revenue by the bad word of mouth than the few dollars they might have "lost" because of giving me the price difference. But they've gotten so big that they just don't seem to care. read more

Their signage is bad here when you try to pull in. You cannot really tell where on earth it is until you actually pull up to the front of the store but otherwise the employees were amazing and the store itself is very clean and organized. You will practically find anything and everything you need at a Target here. This one is the best of the best! I guess that is why it is called SuperTarget? This is my absolute favorite store. I used to live farther South and would deliberately drive out of my way just to visit this store. The selection and layout of everything is great. The 5 stars are for the folks who run the Starbucks inside this Target. I don't normally frequent Starbucks. Mainly because I have everything at home to make a coffee drink. But sometimes my busy schedule doesn't allow me the time. They are always so sweet, so patient, and always brighten my day. I wish I could tip them. But from what I understand, since it's located in Target and part of the store they can't accept tips. With all the holiday bustle and "ba humbugs" during this season in retail, they still manage to stay so kind to everyone who walks up to their counter. I'd say that constitutes being allowed tips. I really hope Target rethinks that. Being located in one of America's top retailer means they have to deal with so much more than just coffee. These girls are awesome. And deserve more. read more

Target has come a very long way in the last half decade. It looks like they actually realize being an apples to apples competitor of Wal Mart is a silly idea, so they are paying more attention to their merchandise selection a lot more. As a result, a person can actually find a reason to go to Target! I actually like their music and game selection. The staff is also reasonably helpful and the store is clean. They'll never knock out Wal Mart, but it looks like Target is carving out a niche for itself, which is good for everyone. read more

I grew up in the Minneapolis area, so I'm a Target fan. This one does not disappoint. Seemingly miles of fashionable-ish, reasonably priced STUFF. Groceries, too. Not many Targets offer groceries. This particular Target also has great service. For the last four years, I've volunteered for a holiday project where we buy gifts, food and phone cards for 75 families. Every year, three of us have spent an entire Sunday at Target buying all the toys for the kids. The staff is always super helpful, accommodates us by setting aside space for us to leave full carts, closes off a couple of lanes so we can check out our ten carts piled high with stuff, and provides a gaggle of red-shirted employees to help us load it all into our cars. Whenever we need a stock check ("I need 44 of these CD players!"), it is easy to find somebody and they are quick to let us know if they have what we need and go get it if they do. Did I just write an entire giant paragraph about a Target? Wow. I can babble on about anything. Bottom line: if you like Target, this one is a good one. read more

Update: I've edited this review since there is always only 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. I go here regularly for groceries and always have to expect waiting like 30 minutes to checkout. Longer if it's around a holiday Typical Target, but this one gets 5 stars for all the vegan, vegetarian & healthier food choices available. I don't see the same brands and same types of food at the other Targets nearby (for example Dairy Free , Vegan Ben & Jerry's flavors are on here, but not at the Target by 1431) read more

Cashier: waits til you process the card at the higher amount before stating she can charge the smaller amount as she was told it was in the dollar bin... Security guy at dressingroom chatting with a worker: cleans glasses on a ladies lingerie... Don't know whats scary that he wiped his germs on it or that who ever tried it on last may have some kind of infection, nasty body fluid, worse... Bad body odor! Yuck!!! I love this super target its my favorite in Austin and Cedar Park area. It's got a Starbucks and food court. The food court has Pizza Hut pizza. The checkout people are always nice but especially one guy I like to go to because he's really personable. read more

I'm a Target fan. It's a no-brainer for those who know me. I've visited the brand-spankin' new Targets, to the retro ones. I'm amazed by how nice some of the old joints can be. This particular location was great, but parking is a B. It can be inconvenient, but just a sign of how popular this one is. I'm obsessed with target. Love them. This is one of the better stores too. I do however feel that a couple areas are lacking. The jewelry area for example... It really fails to keep up with the rest of the store. Just in selection and price. I do love target though! Will come back! You do have to remember that the clothes here , while usually cute and fashionable, are one step up in quality from Walmart. You get what you pay for. I usually buy toddler and kids clothes here rather than my own.. Since they grow out of theirs in a season anyway. No need for it to last forever. :) read more

Good selections, good prices, and the reminders of how a shopping experience should be. Clean, uncluttered aisles, and the ability to enjoy a simple time with the family in the store. My personal preference? I like to pull out my $2.00 and get the popcorn Icee special at the cafe. It is something that my young daughter and I enjoy every time we go there. Memories forever. It is not like the hustle, bustle, and inconsideration of other "Super" stores (their products or personnel)... it is a great place to enjoy the day or night and get what you need without the headaches. read more

This target has the frozen pizzas that we like, red baron brick oven style and diggiorno garlic bread crust. It also has a Starbucks which is nice. It has a good selection of grocery items that aren't at our other grocery stores. There is a pizza Hut express inside as well. read more

Target reminds me of my former home Minneapolis since Target has its headquarters there. Though I rejoice about moving to Austin, I do enjoy reminders of Minneapolis. A good reliable general purpose store. Of all Target locations in Austin I have visited, I consider this the nicest. How do they stock so much stuff from a full pantry section to clothes to office supplies to everything else? Clif Bars! Fries in the dining area! Sometimes you can find great clearance deals. Our cashier Justin not only got me discounts from the target app but rang them up on his own phone personally. this particular target customer service is terrible. don't consider calling customer service to check if they have a particular item. they make you wait on the phone for several minutes and hang up on you 4x because they don't want to make an effort in searching for an item. if i can give them zero stars i would. in addition, several of their clothing & shoe aisle are in disarray and unorganized. you can go to better target store such the one by the arboretum. don't shop here. read more

Target claims to have a 14 day Price Match policy so that if you buy an item there and find it for less within that 14 days, they will refund the difference. Well, this store (Lakeline Mall) doesn't know about the policy and won't honor it even after it is pointed out to them in the first paragraph on their wall. Here's the facts. I bought a pre-paid cell phone on 1/3/18 and then 2 days later found it for $20 cheaper at Walmart. I went back on 1/11 to this Target to try to get them to honor their price match and they refused. Sad! Not only was the customer service person rude, she was very adamant (read rude) about that not being their policy. I then pointed it out to her on their wall and she radioed a manager who said it could be done. She then tried to get it done but couldn't figure out how to accomplish the task on the cash register so she rudely gave my receipt back and told me they couldn't do the price match. End result was that I had to return the phone. I'm sure that processing the return will cost them more than $20 and on top of that, it is likely that I will avoid buying items like this from them in the future. And I doubt that I'd ever trust their 'price match' or return policies. They obviously do not believe in honoring their own policies. So, I drove down to the Walmart that's literally right down the street and saved the $20. At least Target processed the return with no questions. read more
