Even if you're not in the market for furniture, the home decor and knickknacks are worth checking out. Butter trays, manual juicers, cutting boards, charcuterie boards, serving utensils, tablecloths, and art prints are just some of the items they have. The shop keeper was at the register, maybe doing some paperwork. She was occupied and very quiet. Her store was very cute and I spent a lot of time looking at the earrings. I was trying to see if there was something I couldn't live without. I believe they were sterling silver and all around $18 each. There were bars of soap for men and women, earrings, candles... the kitchen towels with the clever sayings had me cracking up. I had to get one! After looking around the shop, I got to say hello and speak with the shop keeper. She was very sweet and pleasant. I liked that I was able to do a mobile payment. It made checking out fast & easy! On the weekends or during Downtown events, parking can be nearly impossible, but there is a small parking lot around the corner. I could easily spend the day out here going inside of every shop and picking at least one place to eat. There is plenty of popular eateries to choose from... that will leave you making the difficult decision of trying to pick where to eat!

Another local bed store sells the same brand we were looking for but was on the high side. Then we called the Sleep Shop. They had the brand we wanted AND at right price. We concluded the purchase of our cabinet bed all by phone. We paid by credit card and were told by Devon we'd get a receipt from one of the delivery guys. Which we did. Personable SERVICE ended then! On the day of delivery (mid morning) we decided to call The Sleep Shop to see if we could get a time frame for delivery since we were not given one. I also asked if the cabinet bed needed to be put together or would it be fully assembled before delivery? Devon not only didn't know these bits of necessary information but conveyed to me in a 'very annoyed' tone of voice that he either didn't care or was too busy to check. The two delivery guys did call us 1/2 hour ahead of arrival..BUT had to be reminded by my husband to please 'mask up' but otherwise they were very nice. The Cabinet bed is perfectly beautiful! But we would not recommend The Sleep Shop because of 'after service' attitude. Sometimes it's better to pay more for BETTER service! (3 stars for the Cabinet bed NOT the service)

Absolutely disgusting way to treat disabled customers!!! After the manager picked up the phone and put it back on hold repeatedly, he hung up on me. I went in there with my mom and made it clear that we are just looking and trying to walk ourselves around. We were still led to mid price ranged couches, got stopped and spoken to about the couches, and then the salesman added himself to the group and walked around with us despite me saying "we'll find you if we need to." I saw this going on with other customers, and I see it in other reviews. Selection wise, I had done online shopping and seen some of the exact same couches on Amazon for hundreds of dollars cheaper. I'd question how the store is still in business if they didn't up mark what they sell like crazy. I am a salesman myself and do quite well. I assure whatever management may read this, your approach sucks and needs to be changed. You're creeping out potential customers, I'd have been fine with a price difference if I could have gotten the couch same day and didn't deal with a creepy sales approach, I just wanted to get out of there. I'm giving two stars because the place looked pretty cool and was clean. To others who read this, check Facebook Marketplace for free furniture.
