We went to Target/CVS today to have an RX filled. Upon speaking with the RX tech I was told the pharmacist was going to lunch and my Rx would not be ready for 40 minutes at 2 pm. After wandering for 40 minutes through out Target I went back to pick up the rx and was told that the pharmacist actually just left for lunch and it would be another 40 minutes. I said forget it and left. Never again will I go to CVS/Target for a RX, this store is too cheap to hire a second pharmacist. read more

This Target has gone downhill. It's so sad! It's a mess all the time... most isles and shelves are cluttered with empty spots. The shoe area is a mess with piles of random shoes all over the ground so it's hard to find anything. It doesn't have as much of the seasonal items as other Targets have. This Target used to be great so I'm not sure what changed. It's worth driving an extra 10-15 minutes to go to the Target in a Rocklin. Rude. Unbelievably rude. I got locked out off my car after purchasing a toy at this target. I asked an associate for help they not only refused but yelled at me for asking an another shopper for help they would even give at least the address or phone number to give fire dispatchers so they could help get my service dog and I assistance. Recently moved all my prescriptions to the CVS inside Target and couldn't be more pleased. Yes it's less convenient than my previous stand alone CVS but the friendly staff and pharmacist make up for the inconvenience. Recently my husbands dr made an error and sent his rx to Auburn Massachusetts...with the help of pharmacy staff, the error was caught and corrected and I had his prescription in about an hour. Idiots work here! The store set out their Target exclusive Pops in the toy dept today, Sunday 6/5/16 and my daughter was excited about buying them. However, when we got to the register to pay for them she was told they refused to sell them to her. She was told, she would have to come back tomorrow to buy them that they are scheduled to be released then Not today. We are traveling through town and will not be here tomorrow. Moreover, my daughter's friend in San Jose posted on her facebook page that she already purchased the same exclusive Pops (Batman & Joker) yesterday. And now those Pops in S.J. are already sold out. We just don't understand why Auburn Target has a different release date and why they are not honoring selling a product that was on their shelves for market. Beware this location is extremely racist !! I had a pick up order that was not yet ready and due to the fact it's 11pm and I had my 6 year old an was in a rush to get back home I decided to go inside and get it myself. When I walked in I looked around but couldn't find the item so I went to the service counter for assistance. The young women at the front was terribly rude and started going off about it only being 1 person working pickup cool that's fine this is why I'm asking for assistance to find the item myself. She then told me she didn't know where it was and I needed to find it myself ! They all left me standing in the front for 30 mins until the young man Jordan returned from his busy job of collecting orders. Jordan quickly assisted me with finding my item which he found on a store device all within 30 secs and grabbed the last one from the back. Employees at this location need to take note of how Jordan treats customers. Even my 6 year old asked why nobody would help us and all walked away. I'll never come back to this location again and would encourage anyone of color to stay away because we are not wanted ! read more

I love shopping at Target. I personally hated their pharmacy, which became even worse when CVS bought it. I simply changed pharmacies and I am a happy clam. Customer Service has always been well and I definitely like the 5% discount you get using the Target Debit Card. read more

We ventured to Target yesterday from Grass Valley since we haven't been since February. I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness of the store. There were no wipes to clean the carts, no one disinfecting them or the checkout belt. There were almost no customers wearing masks! I do appreciate the staff wearing their masks, but am disappointed at the fact that there are no signs that I could see requesting people to wear masks. I find this disrespectful to the employees and their safety. With things opening up and COVID 19 cases starting to spike in Placer county, I would expect a big company like Target to take every precaution necessary to protect their staff and customers. read more

I love coming here whenever I get the time plus it is up the street from my job this is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere they also have a Starbucks located inside this establishment which comes in handy if you haven't had your coffee I always like to check my target all before I get here that way I can know what exactly I need plus you get extra savings on certain items on the target circle app plus I love getting my extra savings on my target red debit card I always find much more than I need at this location the employees are very friendly and very helpful to help you find exactly what you are looking for this location has a very large electronics area and a very large toy aisle and the shelf's are always nice and fully stocked with all of the items you need I highly recommend this establishment for everyone looking for a great price and great items they have something here for everyone I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more great deals and more great customer services read more

I like to come come here because it's close to my house, but if I have more time I will drive down to the one off of Sierra College. I've come here for years to get DVD's on Tuesdays when they come out. Most of the employees are always kind and willing to help you find things. Target is a good chain and they carry a good variety of things. I try not to come on the weekends because it can get pretty busy. read more

Two stars because the store is always clean and organized. -3 stars due to poor employee attitude all across the board. I've been to this location numerous times and the employees attitude leave much to be desired! Today I was a target for their very unhappy cashier whom was withdrawing from pain meds. I didn't get her name, but she's slightly larger, wears black glasses and had long brown hair back in a ponytail. Me, hi, how are you? Cashier, i'm good thank you. Me, can I please get two bags? One for the eggs cereal and cake mix and one for the two small milks? Cashier forgets about the bag for the milk. Me, can I please get a bag for the two small milk's? Cashier, oh I didn't realize you needed a bag for milk! Me, yeah, today I do.. Cashier seighs and rolls her eyes. Cashier start breathing funny and shaking. Me, are you OK??? Cashier, I'm having surgery in two days and they took me off of my pain medication and I don't feel good I guess I have to take an extra day off work. The cashier I had today was terrible and extremely unhelpful and was outright disrespectful and did nothing to help me but embarrass me. I tried to use my EBT card and I told her I had $70 on it so she can put in $70 and not the total amount, she said oh I can't talk to the computer and tell it that. Okay so I tried to use my EBT card and it did not work 6 times so I started to get anxiety because she wasn't helping me and instead just laughing saying oh maybe there's no money on there. So I asked for a manager and she said there's no manager here. I ended up giving her cash and said can I split the rest on my debit and credit cards and she said again oh i can't tell the computer that, I even said what about the split payment button on her computer screen and she said no i can't talk to the computer haha. It took about 5 to 10 minutes just to put it all on my debit card which is what I didn't want to do or shouldn't have done. Through the whole time she told customers behind me oh sorry hahaha. After my payment went through she took a long time to hand me the receipt and then called me a kiddo, which i am a grown adult. I am never coming back to this target. I do not care if I have to drive to Rocklin for the Wal Mart there. I feel disrespected, embarrassed, and just frustrated that she was so unwilling to help. This review is for the pharmacy only. Every time I take my prescription pain medication (oxy) to get filled, they can't fill it that day, and I have to wait 2 days for them to order it in, and then make a second trip to pick it up. EVERY TIME. It doesn't seem to matter about the quantity of the pills, I have to always make a second trip. If there is a difference in a regular drug I take monthly, and my Dr wrote it different clearly by mistake, they don't bother to call and ask about an abrupt change, they just fill it, and I spend all kinds of time going back and forth between them and my Dr trying to get it returned to my usual monthly amount/dose. Hey, I didn't go to drug school to learn this stuff, but I do know customer service, and they clearly don't know customer service. The cashiers in the pharmacy are no better. Bad. Period. 9-25-2015 10:30 am Again today, I visited the pharmacy. I recently had surgery to my hand, and my Dr prescribed me a medication that requires one pill to be split in half, and I asked if they had a pill splitter. Well, they won't give you a free one, but you can buy one for $4.50. I asked the pharmacist "Mary" about not being able to split my own because of my hand, and Mary asks if I have someone who can do it for me. I said yes, but how would that work if I didn't. Mary abruptly says she's she's too busy to talk to me, that I'm not the only customer in the store, and that I'm bothering her. I apologized for wasting her time. She snapped back that "my manager was Rachel, and if you want to call her later, You could talk to her." Well, Mary, no I don't want to call and talk to her. You need to check that attitude at the front door before you come in. I realize the customer is not always right, but you should at least pretend to be concerned about an issue a customer asks about. I went to this Target to buy a new phone, and plan. The very nice, yet poorly trained, individual in electronics, told me the plan had unlimited data. I purchased the phone and plan. Later, after I ran out of data, I called the carrier who said "nope, that's not right". So I went back to the same Target, and the same guy. I asked him again what the deal with that plan was, same answer. I asked to speak to his manager. He got some young woman on the walkie talky, and after some debate, she reluctantly agreed to come speak to a lowly customer. She angrily listened to my polite report on what the situation was; while snarling and staring at me in disgust. She then disappeared never to return. Then a hairy young man, with a filthy shirt, appeared. He had me recount the whole thing again to him. After he made the obligatory head nods, and said the customary "ah-has", and "I see" He said that it "wasn't his problem", because the people who sell them are an outside agency. When I pointed out it was actually a Target Employee that sold it to me, and gave me the wrong information, he basically called me a liar, and refused to even ask the employee, who was at this point standing 20 ft away. I asked, Hairy Dirtyshirt, why he even bothered to come over in the first place, if he couldn't/wouldn't help me, and he had no answer for that, and no apologies. So I called the Target Corporate Office, who did the right thing, and gave me the refund. I then returned the phone at Target Napa, were they conduct themselves with class, and can actually admit when a mistake has been made. Don't waste your time at this Target, and if you do, don't expect courteous and professional service. read more

This review is solely based on my experience at the electronics/cell phone department and my dealings with Mike Abbott. The hubby and I needed to switch cell phone companies. We knew what company we wanted and we knew what phones we wanted. We spent over 4 hours at other stores getting the run around. I Will also review those stores on Yelp. Anyhow, as an absolute last resort, we decided to see if Target had what we needed. When we got to the department, we were promptly greeted by Mike. Mike is a guy in this 60's and so helpful! We explained to him the nightmare of an evening that we had. He was empathic and just a really great guy. We noticed that the pricing was better than the AT&T corporate stores and they had the phones in stock. Mike then told us that the phones came with Target gift cards. With the gift cards we ended up making money on the deal! Mike stayed with us and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. I could go on and on about the great service from Mike. He even called me and my husband today to make sure that everything was ok and to see if we had any questions. I would recommend going to Target and seeing Mike if you are in the market for a new cell phone and you want to be treated well. Mike deserves accolades from Target corporate for sure! read more

We were having an issue finding a size of a particular jacket my daughter was 100% wanting for a special concert, the initial store associates gave me phone numbers of other stores that may have had some available and offered no help when I said my phone had 1% left. I still called and no... the stores they said did not have the item. Thank goodness Hailey came along. Not only did she find the jacket on her work device(that was supposedly broken said the initial associates) but she ordered it to be delivered at my house expedited so we'd have it before the show and got the cost for all shipping removed (thanks to a store supervisor, sorry I didn't get your name). This review is specifically for Sara who works in the Starbucks. My daughter and I frequent this Starbucks and have been helped by Sara many times. Each time she is smiling, upbeat and extremely sweet, no matter how many people are in line. She's a great employee and should definitely get recognition for excellent customer service! As an aside, I must say I think it stinks that we can't tip the employees who work in Target Starbucks. Their job is indeed different from the other Target employees in the sense that they are actually making me something custom right then and there, it's much more personalized. They are doing the exact same job as Starbucks employees, yet not getting equally compensated. It also makes me feel awkward as a customer. Safeway employees working in store located Starbucks are now allowed to accept tips. Come on Target! And please put the online survey information/access on Starbucks receipts and not just merchandise checkout receipts so that we can give these employees recognition, too. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is my second time coming because of items I looked for before hand on the app said they were available. Well both times I came and asked for help they looked at my stupid. Then had 3 different employees together tell me oh we will get someone to come help you after explaining I've already searched TWICE on two separate trips like if there were there I would have found them. I'm sorry you guys are just lazy to go actually check in the back. Maybe stop huddling around and actually help a customer instead of sending them to another person when there was 3 employees that could have helped. I don't care if it's your department or not if a customer came upset and said that this is there second time coming because the first time no one said they had them but the app said they did, I would have just helped her myself with my other 3 coworkers right in front of her instead of making her wait when it's targets mistake or target app mistake. Returns, exchanges, helping me find a necklace to match a specific dress, school supplies, etc. This is also were we get our soda stream refills cartridges. If I could put zero stars I would. I've never had any problems with this target before, so I almost regret leaving a bad review. I was in the candy section, buying candy for my niece, and I accidentally ran into one of the employees. She looked at the candy in my hands, huffed, and then said, "watch where you're going you fat b**ch". When I turned around to leave, she grabbed my arm and said, "You don't think you have to apologize?" I told her that I was sorry, and she just glared at me, slapped me across the face and left. I've had some good shopping experiences here. On my most recent trip I wasn't able to find more than 2 things on my list, the staff was helpful when asked questions, but didn't go out of their way to see if I needed help. When I was checking out the line was about 5-6 people long and the cashier seemed to be having issues with the register. About 3 minutes after waiting in that line a new register opened and those of us waiting were helped very quickly. read more
