The small outdoor patio space is filled with garden decor and plants, while inside features home decor, more plants and a beautiful array of jewelry. I tried to return the jacket 2 days later for store credit after deciding it wasn't quite right for this person, but I couldn't find the receipt. Jacket was in the pink Skye bag with original tags still attached. I was told that without the bar code on the receipt the item could not be returned or exchanged because they have to have the receipt code to look it up in their system. I do not believe that there is no way around this in their POS. I believe they have a completely inflexible return policy with no room for human error. I was told to find the receipt or there is nothing they could do for me. Over $50 down the drain. What's sad is that I'm a local shopper and I like a lot of what they carry in the store. I wasn't looking for a refund and I would have been more than happy to buy other items at the store. Yes, I should have kept my receipt. I intended to, and somehow it disappeared during my Christmas shopping errands. Yesterday was trash day so I can't even dig through and see if I accidentally threw it away. I understand the policy as a small business of no refunds. I don't understand the rigid stance that without a receipt you can't even exchange for other items in the store. The store would not lose any money by honoring store credit.

I explained that I had recently purchased the truck and the salesperson told me if I could find the receipt or provide the previous owner's phone number the battery would be replaced at no charge. Excited at the prospect of saving a couple of hundred dollars, I returned home and spent 20 minutes or so searching for the receipt and taking pics of the original owner's phone number. I couldn't find the receipt but, armed with a phone number and email from the previous owner I returned to the store. A different sales person then informed me that the warranty wasn't transferrable and I was out of luck. The original sales person was still working the counter and I asked why that person said I could provide a receipt or phone number to get a free replacement. "I don't know, warranties aren't transferable". I honestly expected to pay for a new battery anyway, but the mixed messages cost me a bit of time and frustration- I have other things I need to do. I would have just bought a battery in the first place had I known... piss poor experience and piss poor customer service.
