I found my go-to threading place! Yay! Tara's business is wonderful in all areas. Tara is very helpful, friendly, accommodating, sweet, and caring. Some highlights from my experience with her/her business: -Beautiful and clean inside with a nice zen/relaxing vibe. Fun painted walls (only thing is the chair poked the back of my head so we had to adjust the head rest up, no big deal) -Loved the calming music playing in the background -She gave me some advice after asking what I wanted with my brows and she sculpted them masterfully. The best job I have ever had on my brows. -She was very quick in the painful areas which helped get it over with quicker. -Tara was almost motherly in ensuring my comfort. -Aloe vera treatment/massage on brows was amazing and lovely! -Great conversation. I enjoyed getting to know her and her business and I immediately felt like I had a new friend after my appointment. Today I went in for the first time after my mom told me about her visit and how satisfied she was. I was lucky enough to to get my eyebrows done by Tara and she did an absolutely amazing job. I am so happy with how she cleaned up and shaped my eyebrows! I am extremely picky with my eyebrows, so walking in I was a bit nervous, but she did great! She also has a very welcoming and warm personality and made me feel comfortable right away. I will definitely be back here and I recommend everyone else to try it out! read more

This place is tucked inside of a small little strip mall area. When you walk in, it's quiet, serene, and clean. They were playing relaxing spa music. When I walked in there was one person getting brows done and then another employee walked out and asked if she could help me. I sat down and she promptly got to work on my thick, unruly eyebrows. She was very gentle, and even though I was getting hairs ripped out of my face; because of the music and her calm demeanor and technique, I'd almost forgotten what was happening to me. She dabbed at my tears that were rolling down the side of my face - no I wasn't actually crying *its an involuntary reaction * She made sure to ask if she was just cleaning the brows up thankfully, because I hate thin brows on myself - that's why I did away with waxing and hopped on the threading train; where they appreciate and specialize in thick brows. She shaped them, cleaned them up, and then asked if she could trim them, to which I said yes. Then she moved onto my blonde mustache, which hurt by virtue of the location, not her technique. More tears ensued, she dabbed them away, and then she asked me if she could put some aloe vera on my very red brows and upper lip. She then massaged my brows, temples, and upper lip area for a few lovely minutes, and then voila! We were done! I was charged $12 for brows and upper lip. What a deal! I'll definitely be coming back! And they have a punch card, even better! read more

She listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. She did my eyebrows and my upper lip. She was careful to try to make sure that it didn't hurt too bad. I only have one giant eyebrow that spans across the lower part of my forehead. Tara's cuts it into two normal looking eyebrows; making me look like a normal human man. There's hardly ever a wait, the ladies are fast and don't over do it. There's a nice little face massage at the end that always makes me fall asleep in the chair. One of the absolute most relaxing times to get my eyebrows done. The music was calm and soothing like a spa. The girl who did them for was very light handed so I was a little skeptical but she did a great job and took her time. The temple / eyebrow massage you get as they put the aloe vera on felt like a mini facial. They should seriously consider doing facials because it was that amazing. I hate to have to write this but after my experience there today with a newer lady I'm devastated with how my eyebrows turned out. Today when I got there with my daughter 15mins before closing time I knew we both wanted to go with Tara since I'm not familiar with the newer lady. But I could tell that Tara was ready to close since she kept looking at the clock so I thought fine I'll just let the other woman do my eyebrows for this one time. WOW what a huge mistake. I should have known since last time I saw girls lined up waiting for Tara for over 30mins just to avoid the other woman. Now I know why. She MESSED up my eyebrows so bad. They're extremely thin and not only that but she left a huge patch where my arch is. They're beyond repair. I'll just have to wait for them to grow in which will take about a month. I have no idea how I'm going to walk around like this. I'm sad that I'll have to find a new spot. I am new to threading. I use to get my eyebrows waxed all the time , and my skin always had a reaction to the wax because I have very sensitive skin. I never heard of threading until I moved to California. Came to Tara's and they have EXCELLENT service!
