I checked in at the kiosk as usual and then I sat down thinking nothing unusual, but after 20 minutes of seeing people come in after me and leaving while I was sitting there waiting, I went up to the same lady I spoke to when I arrived, and after I asked why I wasn't being seen, the lady just asked me my name and said I was next. So I finally got seen at 11:04am, and I'm in a bad mood. Luckily I had Sarah, and she was super nice and understanding after I told her I was sitting in the lobby for over 20 minutes. After the quick procedure, I checked out with the lady at the front desk and I asked her what happened to cause me to wait so long and she said "sorry about that" and that I wasn't checked in. Really? Why does this place even have a kiosk? This was my second time here. My first time was a lot better, with friendlier staff and a much more efficient experience. This second visit was weird. Painfully long wait and not very friendly front staff, like they were just herding people in and out like sheep.

Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.
