Really? Why does this place even have a kiosk? This was my second time here. My first time was a lot better, with friendlier staff and a much more efficient experience. This second visit was weird. Painfully long wait and not very friendly front staff, like they were just herding people in and out like sheep.

I decided to try again and saw Jackie. The difference in a couple months was really great! She listened to my concerns about harsh treatments and how I didn't have luck with tretinoin in the past. My skin concerns of course were not solved overnight but I was happy to have someone who was able to guide me every step of the way. She listened to all my concerns and is an absolute pleasure to see. I've only seen Jackie so I can't speak for the other doctors. All the nurses I've dealt with have been helpful and professional. I will say I've never had the issues others have had in their reviews. Front desk is like any other medical front desk. Kind of cold but they get my appointments scheduled and send documents quickly. The wait times can be long so I like scheduling end of day. Parking is also not easy during the day but clears up later.
