Just super shocked this is how the business is now run - to not support women- not sure if I just got the wrong person/ but when I asked to speak to a manager it took 3 weeks for me to call back to remind them I was waiting to talk with her .. just feels like a red flag as I have been to NY/ Austin/ all over LA / OC and never have felt bothered like this

She also always lets me know when her availability is and when to book in advance for busier seasons. My tan isn't orange at all, no smell, and she always makes sure I'm dry before I leave so I don't feel like I'm dripping. Also, no stickiness afterward. I purchase a tanning package and was told they don't expire. The new ownership decided to change this policy and not notify customers. I asked for proof of an email or text stating the policy change but they could not provide me with one ...fishy. If I had a new business I would not discard someone's pre purchased package. Clearly this business won't last. Please don't book or support them! You can report the incident to your local consumer protection or fraud reporting agency if this also has happened to you. they will investigated it.

I never received an email receipt from them and trying to prove that is a nightmare. Basically paid for services I never received because it expired, when I was told in person by their tech that packages don't expire. I didn't even want money back, I just wanted to get the services I paid for. But they will just pocket the money for services you never received. They also will not provide you the receipt from their system. They tell you to find it and let them know even though you never received a receipt to begin with. Basically worst customer service. The only reason I went before was because they have decent tans and my friend used to work there so I went to support. No longer the case.
