Basically paid for services I never received because it expired, when I was told in person by their tech that packages don't expire. I didn't even want money back, I just wanted to get the services I paid for. But they will just pocket the money for services you never received. They also will not provide you the receipt from their system. They tell you to find it and let them know even though you never received a receipt to begin with. Basically worst customer service. The only reason I went before was because they have decent tans and my friend used to work there so I went to support. No longer the case.
