Just super shocked this is how the business is now run - to not support women- not sure if I just got the wrong person/ but when I asked to speak to a manager it took 3 weeks for me to call back to remind them I was waiting to talk with her .. just feels like a red flag as I have been to NY/ Austin/ all over LA / OC and never have felt bothered like this

She also always lets me know when her availability is and when to book in advance for busier seasons. My tan isn't orange at all, no smell, and she always makes sure I'm dry before I leave so I don't feel like I'm dripping. Also, no stickiness afterward.
