I was told I was receiving a 50% discount, yet I still paid around $1,800. My treatment was limited to my lower abdomen and sides. In my experience, I had considerable inflammation and swelling afterward that lasted quite a while. Once the swelling finally began to subside, it initially gave me the impression that my body looked slimmer. However, after several more months passed and everything completely settled, I personally could not see a meaningful improvement from the treatment. I'm also someone who is already very healthy and pretty fit with some stubborn fat in the mid area, so I went into this expecting the noticeable contouring that had been described to me. Unfortunately, several months later, I feel I spent a substantial amount of money without seeing the results I was led to expect. They are certainly very good at presenting and selling the treatment, and Ana was very pleasant to deal with. But based strictly on my own experience and results, I cannot recommend it. I wish the expectations had been presented much more realistically before I spent the money.

I called yesterday just to ask whether they could send a prescription for a compounded cream to a pharmacy in New York. I never confirmed or scheduled an appointment, yet I'm now getting nonstop text messages reminding me about an "upcoming appointment" and warning that I'll be charged a $50 no-show fee if I don't attend. I've tried calling multiple times to straighten it out, but no one answers the phone. If you're going to threaten patients with fees, at least have someone available to answer the phone and fix your own scheduling errors. Very frustrating experience. I wouldn't want to go to a business like this nor would I encourage others to do so. I can already tell they will try to overcharge their customers.

What I especially appreciate about this clinic is that they never push unnecessary treatments. They focus on safety and only recommend what is actually appropriate and needed for my skin. I also get my skincare treatments from Elle, and she is amazing! She works on my shoulders, neck, and back with traditional Korean facial massage techniques, while also helping define my facial contours. Say less let's do it." Chloe was wonderful and responded the same day by text and personally called me to answer all of my questions. I had a lot after doing my homework, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. She sent me extremely clear instructions on parking and entrance and all these small things just make the entire experience more enjoyable and less brain-power to use which is always so appreciated. Joanne, who is Allergan-trained, originally from Korea, and has more than 10 years of CoolSculpting experience, was phenomenal during my consult. She assessed my body and contours with a real artist's eye and helped determine the best treatment plan for me without ever making it feel like a larger package was needed versus a smaller one. On treatment day, (exciting!) Joanne Keylsye and Tiffany made everything easy and super comfortable. They explained what to do before, during, and after treatment to get the best results and took great care of me throughout (wrapped like a baby in blankets and support pillows half the time haha!). On top of everything...their pricing was also at LEAST 30% better than several other clinics I researched, and yet their combined experience and training was high quality and top tier from ladies who have done over thousands of sessions of this and know how to do it properly. When I said I wasn't ready to make a decision, she responded, "It seems you're not ready," in a dismissive tone and continued trying to pressure me into purchasing a package. I politely explained that I would review the numbers on my own and could schedule an appointment later if I decided to move forward. She clearly didn't like that response and abruptly hung up on me. I called back because I thought we had been disconnected. Instead, the person who answered pretended she hadn't just spoken with me and hung up a second time. I got a call back asked to speak with the representative I had originally spoken to, but they refused to identify her. I also asked for a corporate customer service number or an HR contact so I could report the incident, and they refused to provide either. That level of accountability--or lack thereof--is extremely concerning. They said HR is only internal for customers. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was shocking. No potential customer should be treated this way simply because they want time to make an informed financial decision. This experience made it feel like the priority was making a sale rather than helping a customer. Very shameful conduct from a company that expects people to trust them with their business. A NAD treatment is a 2-4 hour session so I was hesitant to have a stranger just camp out in my home for such a long period of time. BUT this is where this company shines. The got a call from the customer service moderator and I was able to be paired with a female technician. Treatment/Experience: My technician, Tricia, is a fantastic human being. She explained the process of getting an NAD treatment, what to expect during the treatment, and overall answered any questions that popped in my head. She has a gentle touch so I did not feel a thing when she started the IV. The most important thing for me is that she is a great conversationalist. This made the 2 hour session fly by quickly. Tricia has done the NAD treatment herself so she shared her personal experiences with the treatment as well. Overall, I am definitely ordering more packages from Reset IV.
