But with the HCG diet now I am down 12 pounds and I'm in my 3rd week. Aris has been so supportive and available for questions and made it easier for me to stay motivated. I would highly recommend seeing him for a consultation.

My results/experiences in a nutshell: -Lost a total of 25 pounds of fat and no loss of muscle -Lost between 0.5 to 1 pound per day -Hardest during first 7-10 days -Overall, I had more energy throughout the day and slept better at night -Aris @ Glendale Body Studio were very helpful and knowledgeable. He always made himself available to answer questions. I couldn't have asked for a better coach. On a final note, Aris recommends that you weigh yourself each morning on a home scale. After completing this diet, I couldn't agree with him more. There was no bigger motivator and sense of accomplishment than seeing the pounds melt off each day. I would recommend to anyone who is committed to losing weight to give this a go, you will not be disappointed.

Prior to the surgery I had several health issues - knee pain, breathing issues and had a hard time moving around. Now with the weight off I'm feeling much better. No more pain in my knee and I'm more active now! In fact, I am even shopping for a new wardrobe. A new take on life! I decided to go with the Lap-Band procedure because a quick recovery time was very important to me because I was working two jobs. My recovery was really quick and simple, and I was able to return back to work within a week. A lot of people are noticing my changes, especially in my face because now the neckline and the jawline are more defined. I am ecstatic with the results so far and am looking forward to losing more weight in the upcoming months! So far my experience with Dr. Davtyan and his team have been fantastic. Everything's been great! Everybody has been communicative and very easy to work with. He's the best doctor!

I have been a patient of Lindora a few years ago and I stopped going there. I was feeling a little…read moreskeptical and hesitant. Lindora is mostly a weight management program that also helps you with any other illnesses that you may encounter, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and overeating. To me, maintaining my weight is very important along with losing weight. Especially being diabetic. I went in sometime last week on a Tuesday morning and was helped by one of their nurses, and another female employee. Both very friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and kind. They took my vitals, blood work that I have already had from UCLA, and made me stand on their scale. From last time that I have seen them, I have lost 50 lbs. That was few years ago. Lindora is a metabolic health and wellness clinic focussed on improving energy, confidence, and weight loss under personal supervision. They also sell vitamins/minerals and if you want, you can sign up for their diet program and purchase food from them. That will eventually happen later. You also need to keep a journal and count your points by what you eat/drink. Their facility along with gender neutral restroom was super clean. I am very pleased with the care and attention that I got from this facility and looking forward to seeing them again very soon. You have to have a positive mindset, be consistent, and try not to easily be influenced by other people who are trying to get you down. They accept most major credit cards and don't know about their parking situation. Plenty of parking in front of their building. Thank you all....

I got a…read morefew things done- botox, filler, and laser hair removal For Botox, I got some units in my forehead and around my eyes as a preventative measure for wrinkles. While I don't have deep wrinkles, I've noticed it really has helped to brighten my face and makes me look more awake and less tired. For my chin, we added some filler to elongate my face and make my face less round. I feel like it's a subtle change, but I've gotten so many compliments on how it just makes my face look more dainty. (Most people think I just lost weight in my face, but when I tell them I got chin filler, that's when they say how good it looks.) For laser hair removal, I was a bit apprehensive to get it since I have dark hairs and a lighter skin tone. I was afraid that I may get dark marks from the laser machine, as I had once experienced before. However, they listened to my concerns and reassured me that they would go on a low setting to prevent that. I didn't get any dark tracks afterwards, and I now only trust them to do the laser on my face. As far as professionalism goes, their staff is great at that. Dr. Jeng, Adrienne, and Sherry were great at listening to what I wanted at my initial consult and made me feel comfortable by addressing my concerns. For example, with the chin filler, I wasn't really sure how it would look and was a little curious if if would fit my face. They recommended to inject only half of my syringe first to see if I would be happy with the outcome. 2 weeks later, I came back to inject the rest and was happy they gave me that option. Some other places may not give you that option, so I can tell they really want their clients to have a positive experience.

Discovered this place through ClassPass…read more I LOVED the idea of a 1/2 hr workout. You do your entire workout within the cabin. What I didn't like was the noise. Sometimes I couldn't hear the instructor. Another thing that I didn't like was that sometimes while exercising within the cabin, my foot would graze the inside of the cabin while doing a certain leg exercise so I felt like I wasn't getting the full leg extension as I would if I wasn't within the cabin. I still sweated, but maybe not as much. I still felt as if I was getting some cardio because some of the repetitions would be a little difficult. I took the intermediate class, and I definitely found that to be more challenging especially since I've taken Pilates multiple times before. I've done the ozone therapy once. I don't know how much good it did for me, but I was definitely relaxed during and after the treatment. The studio looks nice and clean. The restroom is cute and clean. Several large lockers to place your things into for free. They have a nutritionist if you want to try out their diet plan. A little expensive. Well worth it if you actually lose the weight within the designated weeks. This includes the use of the cabins if you purchase one of their plans. Very small parking area, but there's free street parking.
