Yelp only allows so many words per review, but there were some details that I forgot to mention in my previous review:
--Parking here does suck. Really sucks. I know, most of us are lazy, myself included, and would much rather park right out in front of the clinic so we don't have to deal with the parking structure. If there isn't any parking out in front (if you want to definitley secure a spot, come between 6-8am and 5-6pm). Don't park in the lots specifically for the small businesses surrounding the clinic. Business owners WILL TOW YOUR CAR AT YOUR EXPENSE! There is a parking structure just a little bit down from the clinic, you can't miss it. Tell the ticket attendant that you're going to Lindora and they'll let you right through. Take the elevator or the escalator up and just walk your way to the clinic. No big deal. If you're driving on the opposite side of the street and see a parking spot that you don't want to pass up, make that left hand turn at your own risk. Glendale PD loves to hang out at this very place to issue you left hand turners a ticket because it is an illegal left hand/U turn. Just sayin'.
--The best times to come to ensure that you are in and out would be between 6-8:30am. I go at this time every day because it's before people make their way to work, and most of us want to weigh in before we eat anything. Sometimes there is a longer wait and I've heard several people complain. Make sure you have time to visit and that you are not in a rush. They take people according to who is there first, there are only three weigh in rooms, so be patient!
--First things first, when you come in, sign in, take a keto stick if you are in weight loss, go to the bathroom, wait for a room, once you're called, one of the nurses will come in to check your keto stick and weigh you. They are there to answer any questions and to help you with whatever you need. After all of that, they will give you your B12 shot or your booster shot, whichever one you want or need. Buy any products that you want there after. It's really that simple.
--Friday's are typically more busy in the mornings and in general because most of the people that are on maintenance check in on Friday's. Just keep that in mind. Make sure you give yourself more time for that day if you're going in.
--Wafers generally sell out very, very fast. So does the fruit punch fiber, maple and brown sugar oatmeal, and other chocolate products. Don't get your feelings hurt if they don't have your wafers. I'm one of those people right now. No stinkin' wafers for three days now! Come on guys!
--Seriously, these ladies that work at this clinic are the best. Suzy, Jasmine, Tiffany, Tammy, Erin....All seriously awesome. They are awesome to you, so if something is bothering you, you can still be awesome back. I hate seeing angry people give attitude because they aren't losing weight (because they aren't exercising or they aren't following the diet verbatim) or they feel that they are waiting too long to be seen by the nurse. Get a grip, get over it, and realize that you're there for your health, not to get your panties in a bunch.
--If anyone has any questions regarding the diet, either give this clinic a call (they are seriously so happy to answer any and all questions, even if you aren't a patient yet), or send me a message. I love helping people out as best as I can. read more
