Poor service. I fulfilled my annual year obligation I signed up for and hadn't used the last few months of my membership (my choice) only to find another charge after my year contract was up. Nobody bothered to tell me they keep charging you monthly unless you provide them with written notice to cancel. Funny how they will relentlessly call you and leave messages trying to upsell you on their products and specials but nobody will advise you of this clause in their contracts that no one tells you. Im a long time customer of lindora I believe in there products and was very happy . but something happened where I couldn't pay my bill and kept continue to bill me even when I didn't come in to get weighed. I explained to that manager in riverside that it was to expensive and couldn't afford and asked them to drop the plan down to something that I can afford. Well I wasn't able to come in for several mos and I totally forgot about it. Well I received a call later that I owed lin dora 1000 ???how do I owe you 1000 when I didn't even come in to the clinic to get weighed for almost 3mos but they kept on billing me. I tried to resolve and they basicallynsaid well sorry maybe we can take off a partial.of the amount owed . I refuse to pay for services that.I never used and can't believe they said I owed 1000. I'm surprised with this place and always gave lots of referrals to all my friends. I will no longer use lindora and nor will they ever get my referrals . so save your money people I spend a lot of money with these people and they didn't wanna work with me. So not only did you loose a customer you just.lost.all the referrals that I used to give out . if you want to keep your good paying customers then you should have only billed.me for the tie that i was coming in and not billing me for when I wasn't there . how do you bill someone for additional 5/mos when they didn't even come in???lots of other diets out there that I will.try . they are to over priced and I never paid them the 1000 that they asked for . read more

Lindora is a rip off, they get you sign their membership contract and you are bound to pay every month and you can not cancel your membership under no circumstance. Once you buy program they make you spend more and more money on different supplies. They hook you to appetite suppressants and that stuff is not good for you. If I could rate this place below a zero I would. I have been an on and off client here and I'm disgusted with the way the people here conduct business! They tricked me into a contract and after told me that single programs are still available. The woman that signs ppl up thinks she is selling a car! She will misinform or not fully give you all the info just to sign you up. Their attitude is a " take it or leave it" approach and above all they are always right. I'm a 41 year old female, 5'5", 152 lbs. I started Lindora in June with the hopes of going from 152 lbs down to 125 lbs in 6 weeks. Eight days into the program I was hospitalized due to ovarian issues that were completely unrelated to the diet. Suzi at the Glendale location quickly and graciously paused my program until I could return again. Back in June I managed to lose 3 lbs during those first few days. I was thrilled. Those 3 little pounds were very encouraging. They were my doing! I just started the program again yesterday and tonight's the end of day 2 and yes, I am hungry (not starving). I am cranky. I went with Lindora because last year my 64 year old mom tried them out for the first time and I attended the initial meet and greet (sales) meeting with her for support. My mom started a week before Thanksgiving, went through Christmas and New Year's while on the diet (cheated just a little) and lost 18 lbs in 6 weeks. Second reason was because I would be able to eat real food from the grocery store, not pre-made, pre-packed food. The exception is the 1st 4 days of the diet and one-day each week when I have to eat their food (protein days). They are packs of food that I mix with water and eat - sweet, savory, crunchy, creamy, liquidy, etc. Third is because going in to their office 5 days a week for a weigh-in and to get a vitamin B shot keeps me accountable and hopefully less willing to cheat. And lastly because I get to eat every 2 hours! The word diet screams "food deprivation" to me but knowing my next little meal is always coming up keeps my mind from straying. read more

Horrible place, they don't care about their customers, only ur credit card payments. Because of 2020 pandemic I couldn't go to their clinic, but they kept charging my cc coz I signed d contract, which was suppose to stop after 12months of payments. But they kept charging my cc even though I signed off d cancellation agreement. But their manager keeps twisting her word, she kept saying this will be ur last payment, then charge my cc again. Horrible horrible customer service, no business ethics at all!!! The shots are total BS, they hurt and u don't know exactly what's in it, I asked they won't answer. Once they get ur credit card number, then it's Zero customer service. I should have read all d reviews before I went there. I do NOT recommend at all, too expansive and a headache to deal with for a keto diet.... their contract is a trap! Be aware. It works, you gotta follow directions. Amazing group of people. There is always smile on their face. I actually like going here every morning; they make my day. Their follow ups are amazing. I love Lindora. If you will stick to the rules you will lose 30lbs in 10 weeks program... My only problem they are always busy and short staff most especially every Friday. I don't understand all the bad reviews for this Lindora clinic. My experience has been nothing but positive. I have never been pushed to buy products or pushed to do things I'm not comfortable with. Sometimes the girls have called me on days where there were major sales just to let me know they're having sales incase I want to stock up on their products but have never been pushy about it. Let me put it clearly, you do not need to buy their products, you can just follow the booklet they give you and use the food list which all consist of real foods. Their products have been very helpful for me personally, because I like to have different food options and their products have lots of variety. So if you're ever getting bored of the foods you are eating you can change it up and try their products to keep it exciting. Also you do not need to be hooked onto their appetite suppressants, when I met with the nurse practitioner she told me that it is OPTIONAL to take the suppressants and some people choose to take them and some don't. I did not take any appetite suppressants on their diet and I did not feel hungry or deprived and lost lots of weight! The girls working in this office have been nothing but sweet and nice. They always greet you warmly and congratulate you on pounds lost. They are also helpful and will give you suggestions when they see your weight stalling, which has been so helpful to me. I love the accountability I have with this clinic. The shots are very helpful too and they really do help speed up the weight loss process, as long as you put in the effort in diet and exercise!! The girls are also willing to answer questions and give you guidance whenever you have any questions and/or concerns. I have been very successful with this clinic and this is the only clinic I have visited so far because it is very close to my home. I have lost more pounds than I thought my body was capable of doing in such a short period of time and the best part is I have never really felt hungry or deprived. I have not cheated on the diet and have followed is thoroughly and added moderate activity and the pounds just came off, I only have 8 more pounds to reach my goal and still have a few weeks of my diet program with them. ******UPDATE...I have been doing the program with substantial success. I have, however, found that the support and guidance I get at weigh ins is very hit or miss. Some of the nurses have said that they don't know a lot about the program and are more interested in being RNs. That's great...but, I need recommendations on menu, shots, etc. on a day to day basis. The advice I get from one person to the next is very inconsistent. Often times I walk in to find that the front desk and the nurses are so wrapped up in their own conversations that I have to wait to be helped. It is unprofessional and a little disappointing. I do not feel any sort of personalized support. The girls are nice, but I don't get that anybody really cares whether I am losing weight, at a plateau, or have gained a pound. It is as if they are on auto pilot and I am just a number. The diet works, but I definitely feel that I am completely on my own. Original post: Lindora is great. I do not recommend starting, however, unless your head is in the game and you are 100% motivated. The diet is a no-brainer and you are guaranteed to lose weight--IF you follow it exactly. I have not only lost weight, but my blood pressure has dropped significantly after being somewhat elevated prior to starting the diet. I feel great, have more energy, and am very satisfied with the program. The women at the Glendale location are amazing and extremely supportive. They are my cheerleaders when I need them and offer lots of helpful tips and tricks for success. Like any diet--this only works if you follow it completely. If you have serious medical issues, like another reviewer, you would be negligent not to also consult your own personal physician before starting this program. If you are healthy--the nurses at the clinic are knowledgable and competent. I have never had a parking issue. I have always found a spot somewhere out front---sometimes it's a ways down, but walking 1/2 a block will only help you with the program. I think I have had to circle the block to find a space one time. But, really---if you have an issue walking a VERY SHORT distance, maybe you are not ready for the program. read more

while lindora is a good weight loss clinic,the good will and public relations is lacking.i had ordered raspberry hot cocoa and even though they had it at another location they would not release it to me.also,when they ordered it at corporate, they kept me waiting for it for over a month.every week they said it was going to be in their next shipment.the point is, when these things happen,some sort of compensation is usually offered as a gesture of good will instead of just an apology.this company "lindora" does not have the public relations aspect of a business that truly cares about their customers. read more

Beware*** once you sign the dotted line for this program there is No Turning Back or any way out!!! Had a Death in my Family and just could not commit or focus on this program, I tried but also thought their food was terrible and diet not something that I considered a "life long" realistic diet. What is unfortunate is how do you know that without trying it. Most business work with unsatisfied customers but Not Lindora. There is no way of getting them to work with me on a pro-rated amount and for sure, they refused to cancel. Every month the took my money and I had to pay. Just REALLY make sure this program is the right direction for you before signing the dotted line. They are a greedy-money hungry company, with no compassion or understanding that their program is not for everyone and things happen in life. Once they have you, you are in. Horrible location. Zero support unless they are trying to sell you something. They have their receptionist weigh you in and even take your blood pressure. They say it is to limit you time waiting, which I appreciate. That is until the actual nurse comes in and gives you a booster shot and sends you on your way. There is no discussion of what I'm eating, if I'm following the program correctly, nothing. This happened continuously at this location. It would be nice to have a little support and maybe gain some knowledge to lose weight properly. I did lose some weight, but it had nothing to do with the people who work here. Customer service was pretty bad at this location. The 'nurses' talk to you in a condescending manner, try to upsell you all the time and are very pushy about it. I have completed a 6 week program before at a different branch, and they were better, but not much. I also gained back 10 more lbs than when I started the last diet just 3 months later. They don't have enough staff in the mornings so you will probably arrive late to work. Waiting 30 minutes for a quick weigh in, to be talked down to like an ignorant person, is not an enjoyable way to start the day. The diet does work, but very easy to gain it back. Not conducive for long term weight-loss, and the diet is impossible to keep up. 99% of the food products are pretty terrible; I had to throw out most of them. No refunds on this foul tasting food- and it is very expensive. Paying for the diet is also a huge waste of money when you can follow it with just a photocopy of the diet plan. I recommend only if you have a week to lose 10lbs, but be ready for huge headaches and crippling nausea. Also- expect to be called once or twice a week to try to get coerced into buying a new program. They also push you to lose more weight, even if you are happy at your current weight. read more
