I like China so much. It is a great country and it has Delicious food. I admire Chinese people that they Can enjoy such food everyday. read more

The wonton soup had absolutely no flavor and clearly had yellow food coloring in it. It was awful. The General Tso taste like General Tso, which is good I guess? Clearly not freshly fried or breaded chicken. Just a disappointment. read more

This place is awesome. Michael our waiter was super cordial and kind to our daughter. The food was exceptional. I was quite surprised. My steamed tofu vegetables were perfect. We will be visiting again. The prices were fair. read more

Wow such a great restaurant! Ordered delivery and was eating my meal within 20 min. Made a few special requests that were honored. Such as making sure not to add any sweet flavors to my Mongolian Beef. The food arrived hot and fresh. Portion sizes were above average. Even the spring rolls were a nice size. Enjoyed the shrimp roll the most. Best Hot & Sour Soup and Mongolian Beef! Nice to have another great restaurant in Pearland! read more

Tang's Kitchen - Great delivery! - Chinese Near Me - Pearland, Texas

Absolutely stellar! I had the combo that was basically two of everything. The amount of food was more or less for three or four people, and for an exceptional price. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place, and will definitely keep it bookmarked for the future. read more

This is my go to for Chinese take out and delivery. They are right up the street from me. The food is tasty. Delivery takes some time, so be patient (40-45+). We always get a fried rice, beef and broccoli, and orange or general tsos chicken. Tried their egg rolls recently and they are seriously some of the best egg rolls I have had. The reason their rating isn't better is because as I write this review, I am waiting on them to correct my order. Today they delivered the wrong thing. Delivered an oniony, peppery, beef dish...not beef and broccoli...the only thing my 5 yo eats. They were very apologetic and delivered the correct dish. My very hungry 5 yo had to wait another 20 minutes. Hoping to change this review if they have no other mishaps. read more

Ordered delivery. Got the Mongolian beef and chicken and vegetables. It was just ok. The fried rice was actually burnt rice. The order came pretty quickly. I feel like the website can be more descriptive (like their menu at the restaurant) Probably won't order again. read more

I was very disappointed by the taste of the food, the last time I ordered from here. I ordered two chicken dishes and they were so disgusting that we had to throw them away. The chicken tasted stale or maybe it was freezer burn. The sauces had no flavor. I really hope that they improve the quality of their food. read more

Had a good size order today that included two shrimp dishes. Everything thing else was fine except those two dishes. The shrimp tasted like ammonia! I've ordered from here several times and never had a problem until now..... read more

Alright thats it's. I am done with this place. I ordered double cooked pork and it seriously was the WORST CHINESE MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I thought pork was supposed to be tender and fatty. This was dry and leathery. Tasted like a charred version of the red bits in a pork fried rice. The lo me in tasted like the instany ones you get at HEB. I know this place is clean and well kept. Its probably the only decent LOOKING Chinese establishment for miles. But besides their egg rolls, crab Rangoon the food is ghastly. I guess being frequenting China town at least 2 to 3x a month for delicious and authentic szechuan and hunanese meals can taint every other meal. Well the verdict is in. We will keep driving 35mins+ for good food. We will no longer sacrifice good food for proximity, and easy access. It is not worth the money. Farewell TANGS. Final score: F- for taste. B for everything else. read more

We've had Tang's a handful of times. Portions are plentiful, service is good and prompt, and pricing is reasonable/comparable for chinese restaurant and take out. They also do delivery for take out which is super convenient and they're usually fast. Food is pretty good, somethings are better than others. Special fried rice, chicken wings, wonton soup and moo goo gai pan are very good. Egg rolls, general tso's and other popular dishes aren't as great and the reason I couldn't give a higher rating. read more

This is probably the best Chinese food you can get in Pearland. Their beef and shrimp combo fried rice is superb! They have yummy, crispy veggie spring roll appetizers which I love. My favorite entrees here are the four treasures which is a mixture of beef, chicken, shrimp and scallops stir fried with veggies and their Kung pao chicken dish. I've only ever ordered to-go so I haven't had a chance to dine-in yet. They put a hefty amount of food in each container. We always have leftovers for the next day when ordering from here. They have lunch specials during the week which are pretty good when dining alone or when you're not interested in a family-style meal. Price-wise, I think it's pretty comparable to nearby places except this is a better deal because the food is actually good. Finally, Chinese food take-out we actually like out here in the suburbs. We'll be back for sure! read more

This is one of my favorite chinese restaurants in Pearland great food, very friendly staff and reasonable lunch prices a hidden gem.

This is my second time to come to Tang's Kitchen and the food/service are both awesome! I will come back for the best Chinese food around where I live. So glad I tried this place out over Easter weekend! Will continue to come back over and over again! read more

Picked up my order which was ready as promised. The food is always fresh and delicious! This will always be my go to spot for Chinese food!

First time ordering from here and via take out. Its SO good! The food was hot out of the pan and the eggrolls and fried biscuits are really tasty too! I ordered the combination lo mein and it was delicious. The only thing I questioned is the chicken. It's a little too "floppy" for my liking but I'd absolutely order from here again and maybe just omit the chicken next time. read more

The hubs and I ordered Shrimp fried rice, chicken wings and bourbon chicken. The rice was fresh and the shrimp were huge. The appetizer chicken wings were crispy and season well! The bourbon chicken was definitely a miss for us. We'll gladly explore other menu items. read more

For delivery is always on time or sooner. Always hot and good each time. Will definitely order again and also recommend.

This is a mediocre Chinese spot. I ordered the spring rolls which were the best thing on the menu. The bourbon chicken wasn't good, some pieces of chicken were tough and other pieces were extremely dry. I could get better bourbon chicken at the mall. The fried rice also wasn't anything to brag about, it was edible. If you're very hungry, you could give it a try, but there's better. read more

Although my first experience was brief ( I placed a carry-out order), it was great! I ordered Butter Chicken and steamed rice. It didn't knock my socks of, but iy was greatly executed. The chicken was so good that I didn't want to put it down. My mind was telling me to stop, but my tastebuds forced out me to continue bite after bite. The only let down was my fortune cookie, which was kind of stale. Luckily I ate that first, so everything tasted exponentially better from there. I look forward to receiving returning to try more! read more

Not Worth It! We tried this place twice & will not go for round three. For the price & portion size its not worth it. Rice lacks flavor & their potstickers ate gross. We now go to Imperial Cafe, better flavor & larger portions. read more

Best Chinese takeout in Pearland. We love the food and sometimes wish we could have it delivered but it's a very long wait; so we pick it up instead. I guess that's because everybody loves their food too and there's too many orders. Anyway give this place a shot you won't be disappointed. read more

First time trying this place out. I ordered takeout through the Yelp app. Food was hot & ready when I arrived. The waiter that greeted me & the cashier that checked me out were both very friendly. I ordered Butter Chicken and Beef with brocoli off the lunch menu. The portions were generous and the food was yummy. I didn't know what Butter Chicken was prior to ordering, but wanted to try something different...it's basically lightly battered chicken pieces seasoned with black pepper, onions & butter - no sauce. The taste was good but I felt like I needed some kind of sauce to go along with it. Overall, I was very pleased with my 1st experience at Tang's Kitchen and I will be back. read more

First time here, AMAZING! Pearland has been missing decent Chinese food for some time. Stopped in because of the reviews and we're leaving happy, stuffed, and impressed. Started with the fried dumplings which were the best we've had in a very long time. Had the crab Rangoon's - fantastic! For Entrees we had Generals Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Both were excellent and huge portions! Next time we'll split! We'll be back very soon! read more

Delicious food. Always hot & ready when I arrive. The hunan shrimp and sweet and sour chicken are my favs. Chicken wings are fire. Eating a crab rangoon now .. delish. Just try it for yourself. read more

First of all, I'm super picky and critical about Chinese food because I'm from NYC, which is closer to China than China or San Francisco... With that said, I'm giving this Asian fusion restaurant high marks for: Quality, Taste and Value ($). I had the lunch special (L30) Shrimp w/garlic sauce. The food was fresh, tasty and hot. It took more than 12 min to get my food which was bad considering the restaurant itself has four flat screen TVs and free wifi, so the wait didn't seem long. The Shrimp w/garlic had large chunks of vegetables and large shrimp; the brown sauce was thick and not too garlicky - had an appropriate amount of "kick". The meal also came with a egg roll, wonton soup and fried rice. The portion size was more than I expected for $6.75. They say first impressions are the lasting impressions, Tang's will definitely get my business again. read more

I ordered lunch takeout (around 12:45p) for me and the hubby and it was ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes. Great food, good price and huge portion. It was definitely a good choice. I like their menu because it shows whether the plate is spicy or not. read more

Tangs never does any wrong. They are quick and always serve us piping hot food. This is a restaurant that we go to every month. Thanks guys

Horrible service! Guy who served up smelled like cigarettes. Never came to check on us or refill our drink one time. Sat all the way to the left and played on his phone the whole time. read more

I came in on a Tuesday night, there was no one else in the restaurant. The staff was very attentive though, which is rare whenever there's no customers. I came in to pick up food for my class pot luck the next day. The menu is great but a little more expensive than a normal place. This is very much meant to be a sit down restaurant. The fried rice I got was great and worth the price. The mongolian beef was not. It had a bed of fried noodles on the bottom which i thought was a yummy touch but the texture of the meat was worse than what I could get at Panda Express. For 11 bucks, I was very unimpressed. To be fair, I am an Asian food snob, so taste, texture, and presentation must be on point for me to say a meat dish is good. 4 for service. 3 for meat quality. 3.5 read more

We tried Tang's omg it was good. I consider myself a foodie and we usually drive to Houston for asian food but this will probably be our new date night spot. Here are the things I loved....check in on Yelp & you get free sake I hate sake but I actually loved theirs and ordered more. David was our server and he was awesome and made the visit even better. They have a minimal $5 corking fee so we enjoyed our own wine. For $2 you can add a couple of appetizers to your entree, the crab ragoons are great & my boyfriend loved the egg rolls. We ordered... Kung Pao Chicken: typically not a fan but they have great sauce and there is nothing better than bitting into actual chicken peices & a great variety of veggies in it too Sizzling Beef Short Ribs: Served on a hot sizzling plate with a great savory sauce. Hot Spicy Shrimp:My faaaaavorite. Shrimp with a spicy pepper sauce, chopped green beans& onions. I will probably add some red bell pepper next time. Szechuan Beef: was the only negative thing about this place. I was hoping the beef would be a little crispy but is was more of a rubber texture and the sauce wasn't my favorite. Everything else was 5 stars and we can't wait to go back. read more

Their process to pick up food safely it's quick easy and efficient. Ordered through Grubhub which is awesome cause I paid with my app and didn't have to do anything else. Food was great as always and left the family full. Will definitely go back later on this month! read more

Service has greatly improved, and the food has generous portions. The food is good, and delivery has been very reliable lately.

Excited to have an Asian spot closer to home and saw a review from someone we knew so we gave it a try. Bad service was expected, although you see this type of service moreso in Chinatown rather than the burbs. Then again, you never go to these types of places for the service. Ordered the wings appetizer, butter chicken, and beef short ribs. Asked what the butter chicken was--the waitress said, "You need to ask the manager that." We asked if SHE could ask her manager. Shouldn't you train your staff on all items? She came back and said oh it's just chicken and pepper. Didn't make it sound appetizing. Luckily went for it anyway and it was delicious! Cubes of chicken tossed in tons of onions, pepper, and butter you can taste. Simple dish, but we liked it. We ordered Beef Ribs, not Sizzling Beef. They brought sizzling beef. When asked why, the manager ran to the kitchen. Came back and said the chef decided to sub the dish we ordered with that dish bc they ran out of beef ribs. What? We don't get a choice? You're just gonna switch and not say anything? When he saw we weren't happy, he offered 30% off that dish. We said no thanks, we'll order something else. Got the seafood soup, which is pricey for $8 for a small bowl...but SO good. Your typical thick white broth, but it was full of seafood, including scallop. We would def get it again. Lastly, our wings appetizer came. She should have warned us it would take so long. Don't be fooled by 8 wings for $5. Tiniest wings we have ever seen...about the length of my thumb. We also had to salt and pepper them for taste. Overall the food was good, but the service was lacking as other reviews suggested. Don't mind slow service, maybe even rude service....but don't sub my item and expect me to pay for another item of your choosing! We would still try again...the Mongolian Beef the next table ordered looked amazing! read more

Good food. Much yum. They are able to prepare it quickly as well - it takes about 15 minutes, and it's ready.
