    Fantastic Singapore Noodles togo !!!
    Michael C.

I ordered the Singapore noodles with chicken n shrimp as well as light on the oil recently togo. Very moist, soft, plentiful in ingredients and very delicious with a curry spice vibe to it. The protein in it was very well-cooked. The noodles were the most exciting part of the dish imo being very tasty, savory with enough cumin spice and thin like angel hair. The service was very friendly and efficient.

Beautiful restaurant I really enjoyed this place. I went with Family and we had an amazing time. The service was good and the food was so delicious we especially loved the fried shrimp. It came with jalapeños and it was just so good. The food is seasoned and we did not need any soy sauce. Great place to go with family.

The house special singapore noodles is my go to meal at Szechuan Spice. Thin, stir-fried rice vermicelli with a distinct savory, slightly spicy, aromatic curry flavor with pork, chicken and shrimp. Three favor pepper chicken is excellent and the Dan dan noodles were ok. Service was great. I was introduced to a point system where you get discounts on your purchases. The soft glow of the overhead lights created a warm ambiance that encourage me to linger. The staff is friendly and I will definitely go back to visit.

I've had this twice now to go. They're open quite late and is busy everytime I swing in. I love eggplant garlic sauce and orange beef. I do enjoy their 3 pepper fried chicken but normally the amount of chicken is not a whole lot compared to orange chicken. The eggplant dish is plentiful and flavorful. The food comes in a nice reusable to go bag which has come in handy for me already.

Might need to make this a monthly routine with visiting Jason and Lyndsey after shopping. Had not ate and Lyndsey recommended Szechuan Spice, this is her go to. Place is nice conveniently located in strip center. I was open to trying their usual go to meal. Consisting of: Three Favor Pepper Chicken and Beef stir friend udon. The Three Favor Pepper Chicken is their specialty, when I walked in, I saw a couple of tables with it. The presentation is nice, it comes in a cornucopia. The popcorn styled fried chicken is spiced with garlic, dried chili and peppercorn. All blend well that we almost finished it all in one sitting. Was able to have some as leftovers for lunch the next day. My only gripe was that it had a ton of dried chili's. (Reason for the one less star) The beef stir fried udon was just as flavorful and enjoyed every bit along with the company! I can taste why it's their usual go to meal. Aside from the excessive dried chili's (I like spice, but at some point, the chili's just become overbearing) I wouldn't change a thing. I had packed my food to go and forgot to take it with me. Thankfully they answered quickly and told them I forgot my food but was on my way back to pick it up. When I returned, it was waiting at the entry.

Everything was exceptional on this Sunday midday visit to Szechuan Spice restaurant ! This was my first visit and it did not disappoint. From the onset of arriving we were seated immediately and the environment was comfortable and attention was immediate. My friend and I ordered the chili oil wontons and couples tendon for apps, which is always a MUST order for me when visiting any authentic Szechuan spot, and though I've had better wontons, the couples tendon was a 10 outta 10, along with the Singapore noodles ( we ordered the combination and got an extra spice level added) - sooo good, and ordered the crispy spicy fish.. Very crispy , flavorful, and not too spicy as to overwhelm the fish! Excellent!! If you're ever in Pearland , a time well spent!!

I didn't expect to find decent Chinese food outside of Chinatown, especially in pearland, but Szechuan Spice delivered. Boasting a huge menu, it would probably take me several visits to try even half their options. For this visit I went with the beef flat noodles, the orange beef, and the salt and pepper calamari. The salt and pepper calamari was my favorite order. The dish came out with large pieces of crispy and balanced calamari rings sitting on a bed of vegetables. The dish wasn't too salty and can definitely be eaten without rice. The crunch and flavor of the calamari was amazing and the vegetables complimented the squid perfectly. The orange beef also impressed me. The breading on the beef has a very subtle crunch and the sauce is flavorful and sweet. This is a dish best eaten with rice. The flat noodles were a good dish to have as a side to balance out the flavors of the others but was relatively lacking in flavor on its own. I've had better flat noodles with a smokier taste, which is my personal preference. The service was quick, and the place wasn't busy at all on a Saturday night. The restaurant had a calm and relaxing atmosphere and pretty quiet. 7/10 for now, but I definitely need to try more items here since I'm sure I haven't tried the best of what Szechuan Spice has to offer.

This was my first time ordering from here. The chicken was a bit soggy, but the sauce had great flavor. The fried rice was also really good. I might give this restaurant another try to see if it's better next time.

So normally I would go to Chinatown to get my spicy kick in but wanted to try something around Pearland. This gem is WORTH it. First, the spice level is PERFECT. Although some could argue to make it spicier, I like mine where I know I can feel it and still enjoy the tingling sensation and quality of food at the same time. Second, the portions are HUGE. We ordered: -three favor chicken -boiled slice fish -Singapore rice noodles -mapo tofu I love the presentation and creativity that was put into it. The crispy layers of the chicken coated with the seasoning were delicious and the tangy sauce with the boiled fish was phenomenal. Could never go wrong with the mapo tofu and the sauce was thick! (Usually it's watered down elsewhere so I appreciated the fact that it was flavorful this time). We came on a Sunday morning and it was slightly busy. But the servers were very helpful and made rounds as needed. The place itself is huge and cozy. 12/10 recommendations around Pearland. Also - better to come dine in than ordering online due to portion difference

Yes baby!! I love this place. The food is delicious. My favorite to eat here would be the fried chicken with 3 different types of peppers, the Mongolian beef and the orange chicken. It is best eaten at the restaurant when you can still enjoy the crispiness. But I have ordered it for home and it's still delicious even if some of the crisp is gone. The service is wonderful here. They are very attentive. Overall, I love it, parking is great, food is delicious and I will return. Since being introduced, I've eaten here 4 more times.

    Beef Lo Mein (Stir-Fried Noodle)
    Darlene O.

I have been sleeping on this restaurant. So happy Uber Eats was running a promotion and I decided to try this spot. Very good food. BEEF LO MEIN I wish we had option to make spicy or add comments in Uber Eats. I had to call to request for it to be made spicy and they were accommodating. Just inconvenient to have to take that extra step to call the restaurant. They are pretty quick preparing the food once order is placed. VERY TASTY! I would definitely order this again. Definitely made top three lo mein in Houston. SHRIMP FRIED RICE A bit overcooked both the rice and the shrimp was really overcooked but huge. You get about five pieces. The spice was the same as the beef lo mein. They use jalapeño slices. Doesn't really work as well with rice as it does with the the noodle dish. I am glad I ordered this to try and it is edible but wouldn't order again if that makes sense. EGG DROP SOUP Haven't tried but it has the color and consistency I like which is a great sign. PORK AND SHRIMP SHUMAI Where was the shrimp? It was one big huge meatball. Unless both the pork and shrimp were ground. I did not like this even with the dipping soy sauce accompaniment. I have had way better. Wouldn't order again. Overall I would be back and stick to what I enjoyed.

We ended up at Szechuan Spice for our Christmas dinner. Not our typical routine but do to some random events, here we sat. Surprisingly, the place was almost full and to-go orders flowed all night. Seemed to be a pretty good sign that the food was good. We started with some egg rolls and ordered Szechuan pepper beef, Mongolian beef and Orange chicken. We also had the steamed rice, fried rice and vegetable lo mein. The egg rolls were tiny and basic 4/10. All the entrees were solid 8/10 each. Not the best I've had but would order all of them again. The beef meals were both nice and spicy like we like it. Rice is rice but was cooked well and so was the lo mein. I'd say this is a solid 4 star spot. They have beer and wine options too. Service was real friendly and as good as you could ask for, especially considering how busy they were. I'm sure we will be back. My wife liked it a lot.

    Chicken Fried Rice
    Ethan L.

I did family style with my friend and split the beef lo mein, chicken fried rice, and soup baos. All of the food was super tasty and nothing was left behind. The portions were a good size too and I felt full after finishing our food. My only critique was the lo mein and fried rice were really greasy even though I'm used to eating this style of food. Overall, the service was great. Our server was super kind and took time to answer all our questions regarding the menu and gave good recommendations. The restaurant itself has a lot of space to sit and parts of the venue are dimly lit and would make a perfect place for a casual dinner date with a partner or small group of friends. I also saw a lot of people doing to-go so this may be a good place to order from when you don't want to cook for a meal!

So I'm glad this one in Pearland opened up fairly recently and we got to go here with good friends! The place was bustling on a Monday night with several diners coming in and out and various takeout orders being made. We skipped the dumplings and went straight for the plates. We ordered the Dry Fried Spicy Popcorn Chicken, Mabo Tofu, Ground Pork with Bean Sauce Dry Noodles, and the Mix Flavor Eggplant. The Dry Fried Spicy Popcorn Chicken came out as a huge portion - this is a must-do anytime we get Szechuan food. The chicken was crispy and the side of rice was served on the plate. The Mabo (Mapo? never seen it spelled that way) Tofu was flavorful. It had a good spice to it and was big enough to share. The Ground Pork with Bean Sauce noodles was tasty - the pork paired well with the bean sauce and the dish was topped with sliced cucumbers and peanuts, which made me connect this as a sibling dan dan noodles. The mix flavor eggplant as seasoned really well and was a nice veggie to balance out the other meats we ordered. I expected this to just be a stir fry dish of sauced eggplant, but to my surprise, it was served on top of their signature handmade noodles. Service was friendly and efficient. Our food started coming out within 5 minutes of ordering and the servers kept our waters filled. The only disappointment here was that we asked for scissors to cut the long hand-pulled noodles; they gave us a knife because they didn't have any clean scissors. NOT THE SAME. We hinted that if a pair of scissors happened to get cleaned, we'd love to get it, but we never did unfortunately. So we struggled and played spaghetti with our noods, not necessarily a bad thing. Towards the end of our meal, there were still a few tables dining in, and our table stayed to chat a bit. The staff had no problem with this and even still refilled our waters after we checked out. We had a great experience at the Pearland Noodle Master and will definitely return again soon.

On my most recent visit we ordered mapo tofu with pork intestines off the specials menu - a hybrid of two of my favorite Sichuan-style dishes. The blend of bouncy, savory morsels amidst tender, saucy tofu was at once revolutionary and so obvious; why hadn't I yet seen this at any other restaurant? And sure, innards may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's important for you to know that none of my past orders from the 50+ item menu have ever failed me, whether enjoyed in the restaurant or at home. Maybe you'd prefer the aromatic, classic, perfectly balanced three-cup chicken? Or the sweet-skinned duck, glazed so delicately that specks of sugar crystal threaten to jump off onto the plate as you pick up a juicy slice with your chopsticks? And if you're vegetarian, might you consider the punchy garlic eggplant or the wok-kissed string beans? I could go on. Do yourself a favor and come see for yourself, though I'd recommend parallel parking on the neighborhood streets behind the restaurant rather than the rocky parking lot, to save you some trouble. Bring friends and chow down family style - you'll need help covering as much of the menu as you can, but you'll definitely have to come back to try everything.
