iPhone 4s had a cracked screen. They quoted an awesome price so I dropped off the phone to be fixed and picked up in about an hour. When I got it back I was dissatisfied with the repair; loose home button and lower corner. Jay, the manager, came by and fixed the problem. He offered a free case for the inconvenience. I was surprised when I got the phone back because it looked brand new. I told him that wasn't my phone and he said he replaced some other parts. Okay- way to kick up the customer service. Right on! I was told that this place is under new ownership and they're doing a great job. 4 star and not 5 because of the very long wait. I have a couple other devices and will be bringing it here to get fixed. Thanks! read more

Grade A service. Love that they were able to fix on the spot and gave me a discount that I wasn't expecting. Two thumbs up! read more

Hello, I came here to fix 3 phones and I realized that their phone screens are EXTREMELY CHEAP, because they break with a slap, and the screen starts moving by their selfs and the other phone isn't touchable at all. Do not go here they are expensive and very one of them the screen keeps moving by itself and the other is not working at all . I went back tried fixing it they said they couldn't do anything about it . They rush to fix the screen so I'm pretty sure it is defective due to them not repairing it carefully . Yes I left and it was working but only for certain hours. When I went back they were rude , they have no type of customer service. So I would not recommend you coming here wasting your money on poor quality work and utilities. read more

Really great rates depending on the kind of phone you have. The guys working here are super quick and efficient. I noticed some of the reviews mention that they take an hour but nah, they'll fix it right before you in like ~15 minutes. They're really precise in fitting screens as well. Highly recommend getting rid of your spider web screen here! You can also get different colored skins for your phones (noticed they had it for iPhones in particular?) read more

Went here to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed and they helped me out! 2 weeks later I managed to get a defective screen :( and it sucks because I lost my receipt Luckily john and prateek helped me find the receipt AND fixed it! They have a 30 day guarantee. I'm pretty sure no other place in the mall would have provided me with awesome customer service like these guys! I'll definitely be sending people here for their drunken nights when their phone gets cracked ;) great customer service at a good price! read more

Awesome & quick service. I came in get to a price quote to fix the battery and charging port on my phone (iphone 6). Glad I stopped by since 2 other stores gave me incorrect info as to what was wrong with my phone and they recommended that I need a completely new one saying it wasn't fixable. They gave me the correct diagnosis and I was able to get my phone fixed at a really affordable price. I would recommend their services to others. read more

My experience was awesome with this location. Customer service was great even though it was super busy in the mall. They set the expectation of the wait time to fix it (45 minutes). I wasn't the only one getting helped out. I saw 5 other phones being fixed. So I shopped around for about 30 minutes then came back to check up on my phone and they were just finishing up with it! Overall looked pretty good. Felt brand new! They even cleaned up the dust inside the phone jack and speaker and i They gave me a pretty nice deal on a phone case as well! I am most definitely referring all my friends and family here to fix any of their phone needs! They have 2 locations. One by the big fountain in neighborhood 1 and then another right by the Starbucks Kiosk and XFINITY kiosk in Neighborhood 3! Their prices are extremely reasonable as well! Thanks JAY for all the Help! read more

So I wanted to repair my 5th generation iPod touch. And I searched on yelp and saw that this place had good reviews. All I needed fixed was my home button because it was stuck and I could not use it. When I received my iPod touch back I noticed that my screen protector had glue all over the sides of it. And also the bottom of my screen was lifted. My home button was not flush with the screen the first time I got it back. I asked them to clean my iPod and clean the screen protector. When I asked them to fix it they nicely gave me a new screen protector. But not all the glue was cleaned off the iPod! They fixed the home button issue but who knows how long that will last. I was helped by John. And he was very helpful unlike the other workers. So if you plan on coming to get your phone repaired, make sure john is there to "supervise" or actually do the work himself. Cause it seems like he knows what he's talking about. But overall, I am not satisfied with my repair. read more

Went to great mall to find a place to fix my nephews S9+ broken screen, Taran was very respectful and outstanding with handling his customers. Stumbled upon some phone issues and he immidiately offered a solutions( tried another screen which he is aware that it would cost him a cut in his pay check yet still went for it) talked to his managers just to fix the issue. It took him a long time and did not leave the mall until closing time just to provide an exceptional customer service. I highly recommend getting your device fixed in his location, it is by water fountain in Kohls and Vans area. Would definitely come back in the future. Very Happy with the service that he provided. It's rare to find a person who goes above and beyond with his work now a days. read more

Great service. I went to get my IPhone 6plus screen fixed, which was in pretty bad condition, but luckily it was still able to work and turn on. Taran, the clerk that helped me, explained to me what it was and gave me the price of $80. I expected it to be more, after taxes it came out to $109. So I went for it. He told me to come back in twenty minutes and in twenty minutes I was surprised. My phone was fixed. Very professional, punctual, and helpful. I'd recommend it. read more

They fix my iphone 6s screen which im very happy about for $80 tax free because i paid cash, once it was fix and i arrive to pick it up the guy ask for my passcode and i gave it to him, he started going thru my personal info, facebook, instagram, and like status of friends with out my permission, to the point that he open the yelp app and want a leave a yelp review with my app!!! This is very UNETHICAL!!! I had to grab my phone from him and take it away before he did such a thing!!! Be careful!! Do not give the passcode to them as they might try to do such a things with out you noticing!!! DO NOT GIVE THE PASSCODE WHEN YOU DROPPED OFF YOUR PHONE, Who knows what else they do while you're not there and they have the passcode, Keep in mind most spam in the USA is done by people from india and they can take your info back it up and go thru it, i hope this helps you, and you dont have to go thru it, not because they fix screens means that we are stupid and wont take notice on what they are trying to do. read more

I found this place while I was looking to fix my broken Samsung galaxy S7 edge screen. They made lot of promise and extended my warranty for up to 6 months. I got my screen fixed by paying around $350. I bought some accessories like tempered glass and phone case for $50 more to protect my phone from future damage. Few days later, tempered glass was making click sound whenever, I touch the top right corner for general phone use cases like facebook messenger and as such. I ignored it thinking it's a normal thing.1 month down the lane, the tempered glass forced a pink line to appear. It was visible , but could press top edge and it would disappear. Slowly, the lines started increasing and I got occupied. 3 months down the lane. I visit the shop and ask them if something can be done. Their answer was to replace it by paying $350 again. I could have bought a new phone with that extra money. Once the service was done, they never ever value their promises. They had put a fake and cheap screen for $350, which couldn't even take the tempered glass they had only put. NEVER GO HERE. Get it done by going to Ubreakifix, you might spend $50 more, but it's worth it. Ubreakifix atleast puts Samsung's genuine parts. I learnt a hard lesson by trying to save $50. read more

Went here to get my Samsung S4 screen fixed and thought it was ok. Noticed my front camera was not clear. Went back o get it fixed and on the receipt it said 30 day warranty. When I went back and explained the situation, the guy was rude and interrupted me. I'm all about customer service. Their customer service IS REALLY BAD. Don't trust their WARRANTY. It's all verbal so it can change. My boss said this and that kind of thing. I didn't get my screen fixed. They just want your money. Oh yea. They don't have a tech that fixes Samsungs on Weekdays.
