If I could give a zero, I would. Number one, the day I came the guy stopped mid sentence to leave and help a customer that came in after me which was rude. Number two, he tried to tell me to just accept the fact that he had poorly placed the screen cover and only after I firmly stood my ground did he fix it. Then to make things worse, the screen protector took one drop and no completely shattered. Tempered glass, I thought. Then when I came in to ask to see the packaging to see about a warranty he informed me that they don't have the packaging. I called the company and they told me this guy is being shady Don't trust them read more

They charged me $140 for replacing screen. After replacement finger print doesn't work and intermittently screen freezes. After lot of back and forth discussion with them, they refuse any refund nor discount. I ended up leaving them 2 rating. Next day glue started coming off and now when I goto them to claim warranty, they refuse service as I left low rating for their work. They are not evening moving a inch to earn customer satisfaction to improve rating and still very rude. The person at counter says do whatever you can and we are in business for last 10+ yrs. highly unprofessional. read more

I tried to fix my phone at the stand by the Khols. The dude had a super bad attitude. And most importantly, he made a mess with my phone. It didn't get fixed. So we put the original screen back on. And I found a dead hole in the screen. And when I finally get my phone fixed at a different place, we found that guy left a lot of dirty stuff in the phone. What an amateur! Don't fix your phone with them. You never know what they gonna leave under the hood. read more

Great customer service! I dropped my phone into the toilet at the mall and I was so lucky to have a place to fix my phone near by. They charged me $25 to see if my phone could be fixed. The representative, Jenny, completely took my phone apart to see if she could dry it completely and save the phone. Unfortunately, the mother board was damaged so my phone could not be saved. I spoke with the manager, Ayyaz, and he was great. He introduced me to a used phone that is in great quality. He also provided a receipt with all of the necessary information and gave me a one month warranty. If your phone gets cracked or broken, I recommend Talk N' Fix at the Great Mall! read more

My iPhone 6plus had a broken screen that needed repairing. When at the location the representative asked me to come back tomorrow because it was close to closing hours. I had no sense of urgency because I was purchasing a new phone plus I've received service through this company before and figured it would be fine. Today, when picking up my cell I'm told they have no recollection of me or my cell and that it's my fault because I failed to pick it up. Furthermore I was not given a receipt because at the time of the drop, the service had not been fulfilled. Desired Resolution: Finish the Job Desired Outcome I would like my cell phone repaired and returned. I will pay for the repair- not a problem! read more

Needed to get the charging port replaced on the Ipad Pro (liquid got in). Of all the places I called to gat availabity and quote, they provided the direct price and what to expect when dropping of the Ipad. Dropped off Ipad at the Great Mall location (in front of Uniqlo and Food Court) and was told it would take 3-5 business day as parts needed to be order. Paid for the service (as I was quoted). Shortly after an hour or two, received that the part was available and Ipad will be done in a hour or so. They even tested and showed me that the charging port is working at the site. This is what I expect when dealing with vendors to provide reasonable timelines and prices (end even exceeded it). Compared to the other places I called (including Genius Bar and Geek Squad), this place is direct to the point (no BS). One of the others places told me they'll call me back and never did. Very pleased with the over all experience. Thanks so much! read more

These people are fucking scammers that make a living by fucking up people's phones. I took my iphone 12 to get the back camera fixed that's it. My phone has never been cracked before and was working perfectly with a broke back camera. After they fixed my camera my phone worked fine for the first week. A couple weeks later it starts to glitch for no reason and have these lines across the screen. I went back to talk to the two guys that fixed it for me. They kept blaming me for the phone not working when it hadn't had a problem until they "fixed" it. They told me they'd only fix it if I paid them more than what I had already given them. SAVE YOUR MONEY and just go to a professional and not these bullshit people. They are scammers and deserve to be shitted on. read more

My iPhone 8 screen cracked and I wanted it fixed and this place said they could. I didn't realize until later all they did was replace the screen, and as I started using it the touch felt different and it was harder to swipe and type. I didn't have time to go back until recently before the 30 day warranty was up. But of course there was another crack by my home button. The guy immediately said I dropped my phone and that the problem was because of that crack and they wouldn't do anything about it. In all my years having iPhones I had never had a cracked screen until this year, and the minute they replace it it already had cracked? Cheap screen replacement, makes the touch worse, and cracks easier. And the guy who works there was totally rude as well. Avoid using this place. Look for a better place to have your screen fixed read more

A kid named Othman helped me out in less than an hour and it was actually high ass quality

Excellent place to fix iPhone. I visited here for the first time to fix my IPhone 8 plus. They had a big line of people waiting for their phones but their technicians are so professional, they fixed all the devices so quickly and efficiently and I was able to see them that how they are doing. They have a kiosk and they are fixing in front of you. I really liked that. I have learned some extra knowledge from them too. On the top their customer service was great I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Went in today to replace a battery on my iPhone 7 Plus. I had some lunch and returned to find that my phone didnt have the home button working. Once i told him he said he would take a look, and in that moment called the manager and said they werent sure if that was the case before i came to the store to fix my phone so theyre not responsible. I told him how could that be if i came in and it worked. The young man who fixed my phone lied and said it came like that when i brought it in. They said there was no way they could repair the button even if i paid. Called another shop and they said that was a lie too and fixed my home button. These people are rude and will say anything to keep your money. NO REFUNDS even if they just hand you your phone and its worse than before. DO NOT COME HERE read more

I am very pleased with the service they delivered. The first phone I brought in for screen replacement was a breeze. The second phone was more complicated and had more issues but Ayyez and Khalid were able to fix it. I'm happy I brought it to Talk N' Fix because these guys are pros and know what they're doing. They are honest and efficient so I highly recommend them for your smartphone issues. read more

iPhone 6s Plus screen cost $99 to fix. Good custom service the guy was friendly and it only took around 15-20 minutes if that. He was super quick and efficient and made sure to show me everything works. Update: put different case and glass screen protected and dropped my phone one foot from the ground (on accident) and the screen shattered underneath the glass. Don't know if it was low quality replacement or what but very disappointed:-/ such a low drop on carpet shouldn't have cracked it the way it did read more

DO NOT COME HERE to get your phone fixed. I came here about a month ago to get my screen fixed and I was optimistic about their services. Their prices are pretty steep but I needed my phone fixed fast. They threw in a tempered glass that cracks really easily... And my phone screen although it is no longer cracked, it is also slowly becoming detached from the base of the phone. Which in turn is causing damage to the hardware.. So I say again, do not come here. Also they don't keep invoices or give refunds for their terrible services. But what company doesn't keep their invoices?? read more

Called them yesterday regarding an iphone 5s repair. They said it would be about 99 plus tax usually, but he said since the mall is slow he would give me a deal for 85 dollars. Seems like a reasonable price, but i asked him further questions on stuff that is really important. Like: 1.Does it come with a warranty? The guy said it comes with a one month warranty and i wanted more info, but he couldnt provide me with an explanation. Cause i wanted to know what it covers. 2. Where are the parts from? Never heard of the parts before, says it was apple approved parts but the title of the company sounded as if it was a fake chinese part. I would say stay away from this company, they dont seem like they know what there doing, you gotta think about overall customer service that you received. I would definitely go to another phone repair business if I were you. STAY AWAY. read more

I could give 0 STARS , but in the end we solved our problem after 5 days. We went to change screen of iphone 7. The phone was working properly, all functions working properly, we just went to change screen around 8:30 pm on Friday. We went shopping and then we should go back to get our phone, and then it all started. When we got back we checked the phone and saw that the camera was dirty from inside, so he took the screen apart again and tried to clean it. This done, we saw that he did not put the screws correctly and then he opened it again but this time he was already in a hurry bc he wants to go home around 8:50pm and did not turn off the iphone to open the screen again, and the third time he opened the iphone without turn off again and this time the homebotton no longer worked. He got nervous and so did we because he insisted that homebottom wasn't working when he got it fixed ..... WHATTTTTT ????? Everything was working. We were sure, we wouldn't try to get a new phone just fix the screen. And then he would open and close the phone to try to fix the homebottom that was no longer fixed. He called his boss who said he would go to their store and try to fix it. Waiting, my husband said he didn't have a good character because he knew the phone was working before he opened 2x without turning off the phone and abruptly opening a piece that is sensitive breaking the homebottom and he just said to me and my husband FUCK YOU. With the owner already in the store his name I guess is Aiiaz , we explained what had happened he tried to explain kindly but we knew our phone was working before so there would be no agreement if it was not to fix our phone we would not go away. In the end, the owner said we could go to the Apple store that he would pay the cost of a new homebottom or another iphone. That was Friday, so Monday we went to the apple store we stayed there 5 hours, and they said they couldn't fix it. we went back there and then he said he would get another iphone that we could come back 2 days later to pick up. We have an obvious used iPhone but good shape, but we found it fair and were pleased. We also paid $100 for the screen of the old iPhone. We think he tried to help us the best way and good for both and gave us his word. In addition the iphone have 30 days warranty. I believe the guy who disrespected us and messed up our phone no longer works with him. We never saw him again. Thank you Aiiaz for being honest at that point. read more

Changed screen for Nexus 5 here paying $100 and the screen stopped working after a week. Since I was on vacation and out of country I could only come back after a month to get it fixed. The guys sitting there were so arrogant and told that they would charge $100 bucks to repair it. Come on that was a brand new screen they gave me for a 100 and that lasted only for a week. Please DO NOT go to these guys. They are running a scam shop with low quality items. There are plenty of shops around the area. read more

Don't waste your Time and Money on these Scamsters!!! After 6 trips to this place and $95 - my problem only worsened with added side effects. Details: I dropped by this place to replace my wife's phone's shattered display screen. They ordered a new screen and mentioned it will take 5 business days for them to receive the display screen. Yep, they did receive and replaced the shattered display screen within 5 days as promised. But in the process they messed the phone big time. 1. The display itself looks way to different compared to the original. It looks way too hazy and the colors are skewed hence ending up with a more bluer display. They mentioned since it is not factory replacement there will be some difference, well this is a lot different. 2. Side Effect: Home button with finger print sensor started popping off and eventually fell out. Just within few hours of display replacement the home button started popping up. Again we had to drop by this place the next day wasting 2-3 hours, these guys applyied some glue mentioned it won't pop up. Guess what within few hours it started popping out. And eventually FELL OFF in 3 days. 3. We took the phone to the so called Manager / Owner of this place - Khalid. He started playing defense, behaved rudely and mentioned it's my problem and accusing me of ripping out the home button. Asking for $45 more and 5 Days to fix this home button. No way on Earth to these Lousy and Crappy place again. read more

Couple years ago I had my son's iPad 2 fix and the guy that used to work there knew what he was doing Until Oct 2015 I had to bring in my daughter's mini iPad and her iPhone 6 which both was cracked. When I went to picked up and payed my daughter's gadgets and the next day I saw that the mini iPad not glued tightly and my daughter's iPhone 6 was screwed on unevenly and which made the iPhone cracked. I spoke with manager JAY and I'm sure he saw it too that it was uneven, yet he blame on Apple that it was thin and he said my daughter must did something or had some type of stuff in her back pocket to make it cracked. I would not recommend anyone to fix their gadget there, if they do please make sure you look throughly. I will never come here again and get it fix, I rather find another kiosk that fix their customers gadget with CARE!! read more

I got my iPhone 6 digitizer fixed here last Monday about 45 minutes before closing. The manager noticed that my may have problem with the logic board and mentioned that might be additional fix. I appreciate the honesty since I didn't realize I had two issues. He was able to show me what was causing my pixelation issue. His assistant Jenny was able to fix the digitizer in about 20 minutes; all for a reasonable price. The phone is like brand new. Hopefully my logic board will last a bit longer. Thanks to the manager and Jenny for their great service. I will definitely recommend them, excellent customer service and friendly. read more
