Worst service ever. I was told the phone's lcd will be fixed in 40 minutes. It took them 2 hours to fix the phone. I ended up waiting for 2 hours and everytime i asked about the phone, the guy said "sir 15 more minutes". read more

I was told the phone will be fixed for $60 and in 30 minutes. So went there after an hour and he said i will cost $75 and only tomorrow he can give me the phone. But I asked why did he asked me to wait then. He said he is transferring money to India and that took more time so only started checking the phone when I was there after an hour. Very irresponsible way to treat a customer. read more

After weeks of waiting for Talk N' Fix to receive the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge + back glass from China, i was finally able to get my phone repaired. My back glass cover was shattered after dropping it on the driveway without a case. I looked online on how to repair it myself from Youtube and priced around for the back glass cover. Price for the cover was around $20 on Amazon and Ebay. The instructions on how to replace the back glass looks easy to do. Heat the back glass cover with a heat gun, pry the glass case out, and replace with new. But i didn't feel comfortable performing the repair. My cellphone provider was charging $200+ to get it sent out and repaired. I searched around locally at various stores and booths at the mall, but they all said that they couldn't repair the back glass cover for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge +. At Great Mall in Milpitas, CA i finally found a place that will repair the back glass cover of my phone. The booth is located at Gate 1 next to Old Navy, Red Ribbon, Jollibee.Talk N' Fix was the only place out of dozens that was able to repair it locally. Jay, told me he was able to repair it without a doubt but he has to get the part from China and it may take a while to receive the parts as it was backordered i believe. I had patience and called Jay every other day and week to find out if he has the back glass cover on hand. Finally today, i spoke with Jay and he told me he had the part on hand! I came by and the representative told me to come back in 45 minutes as Jay will repair my phone. Walked a lap around the mall and shopped and when i came back to the booth my phone was repaired! Repair looks clean and professional! Great quality and customer service. I would recommend others for cellphone repair to Talk N' Fix. Not to mention, they have affordable and competitive pricing for repair! Check them out! Thank you Jay! read more

They were extremely professional and their price is the best amongst all the places in and around this area. Great prices on their phone cases as well. read more

This place is a robber and a liar. told me only $40 for my i pad screen fix .but later charged me $280. don't go this place. never pay after

Don't come here , never never, bad service, I went there to fix my iPhone X , he fix 1 thing and break other

I brought my iPhone here to replace my cracked screen. My daughter was playing games on it up till the moment I handed the phone to the guys here. They said 20 minutes to fix. When I came back 20 minutes later my phone was open and he asked me "was your phone working when you handed it to me?" He proceeded to tell me I already broke my phone when I dropped it so the "motherboard" needs to be replaced. I was in complete shock! From changing just the screen to a broken phone! They assured me they will fix it within 3 business days and no charge. 4 business days and still no call from them I finally got a hold of the manager who said I'd get my phone next day. I drove over an hour there to pick up my phone. It was working but he says I should help them cover the $100 it costed them to repair my phone which they still said was my fault. Is this a scam?? Then I get all the way home to find out my phone no longer charges! It's stuck at 3% even with all day charging. Ridiculous. Now I have a broken phone with even more issues. What a waste of time! I gave these guys a chance and I got scammed! read more

PLEASE JUST SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! they gave me the best deal on replacing my phone screen. I was really pleased at the price and how fast they were able to fix my phone. However I should've known that if sounds too good to be true it probably is! Ever since my screen was replaced the battery is drained like crazy. My phone is a year and a half old and can't stay charged more than 1.5 hours. So i called them and he told me this has nothing to do with the screen. After 2 days i decided to take my phone to the apple store to see what was causing the issue. The tech there informed me that Talk n Fix used a poor quality screen that never truly "turns off" even when you lock the phone. so it completely ruins your battery. Not only did i have to get a new screen directly from apple, i had to get a new battery thanks to the poor work that Talk N Fix has done!! They do not care and refuse to refund the money-- it's sad. Very nice when taking my money and replacing the screen but now very rude and argumentative. Please just spend the extra money and go somewhere else read more

I have i phones 6s, broken glasses ask to replaced he did it but i went back cause he make it worse. I will not recomend this place.

Talk N' Fix - This is shop - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Milpitas, California

I came here about 5 months ago with a 2nd gen, LG Flex that stopped functioning 7 months after I bought it. The phone travelled with me through 3 continents and over a space of 3 years looking for a fix from one repair shop to another but without luck. Interestingly, I pass by "Talk N Fix" so often but never stopped by because I had no confidence in the small kiosk. When I finally decided to stop by for a diagnosis, Taran assured me this was an easy fix which of-course I vehemently contested by reminding him how many continents and repair shop I had been too. Diagnosis was less than 2 mins and in 2 days the phone was fixed and ready for pickup at a reasonable price. It's been 5 months after the repair and my LG Flex is perfect ! The crew was friendly and confident in their expertise. Thank you for your service ! read more

DO NOT GIVE THEM A DOLLAR!! I payed 85 dollars to repair my iPhone 6 plus screen only to last 2 months. Right away I noticed that the screen was lightly flickering and was killing the battery dramatically. But after the one month after the warranty expired my iPhone Went haywire. I took it to a local phone repair store and they said that it was the LCD which is part of the screen. They replaced the cheap screen that Talk n Fix gave me and now its like brand now. I highly do not recommend this business. read more

Great selection on the latest phone cases. Aiman was quick in helping me while fixing an iPhone at the same time. She is very professional. Thanks to your team for getting it right again. This is my 2nd satisfying experience @ this kiosk store. You dont have any real expectations when shopping at a mall kiosk. They've got my business for any future phone related needs. Last time they got me past the dreaded google gmail password protection in 20 minutes. No one and I mean no one else in this area and Anne Arundel county whom I called which was everyone I could find could do this. The only other place said I'd need to leave the phone and it was going to be 125$ to attempt and there were no guarantees and it could be even over 200$. I would have had to leave my phone for up to 72 hrs. I was like no way in hell they gave me no confidence. Talk n fix gave me a flat rate and it was done before my daughter and I finished slices of pizza at the food court. Cost was about 1/2 of the others diagnostic fee. Great job to these folks. read more

I previously taken my phone to a shop called Cellular Link and they messed up my home button and my home screen was shitty quality. I couldn't use my home button for the longest time. Then I cracked my screen and took it to this place! They did an amazing job! It was $130 to fix my cracked screen and my broken home button but I feel like it was worth it since they finished my phone in 30 minutes (hence it was a weekend). Then I paid another $20 for a glass screen protector! What a deal. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BATTERY REPLACEMENT for 45$ We had only a battery issue with Nexus 6p and everything else working fine. The guy at the counter Taran didn't tell that he was trying to fix a nexus 6p battery for the first time . He asked us to collect the phone an hour later. An hour later when we reached back, he told the New battery which we gave for replacement was not working. That's when we asked him to place the old battery, he said even that was not working. To our utter shock we noticed cracks on the screen. When we pointed out this to him he started behaving as though he was completely unaware of it. During the process he also broke the glass covering for back camera lens which he took out hesitantly from the dustbin. He started telling that he tried his best, these mistakes can happen and we need to get a LCD display (which would cost 120$ approx) by ourselves to make it work. The way he handled the phone was unprofessional. There were so many dents and scratches on the phone. They don't take responsibility for the work they do...our phones are the guinea pigs .Strongly suggest you avoid this place. They do cheap labor with horrible service.... NO STARS.... read more
