How someone "loses" a phone number to encryption, I have no idea. The employee was new and was alone on the job without having any idea what she was doing. My sister called many stores in the area, all who told her "too bad, so sad." Everything is linked to a phone number now days and their lack of empathy was striking. Lost in a medialess world, she met me so upset and frustrated. I spent an entire hour on the phone with a wonderful customer service tech who said he had never seen anything like it. He worked tirelessly to figure out the problem and was able to fix it and reassign her phone number. Lesson learned, Boost apparently does not provide adequate training to employees before releasing them onto the job by themselves.

I take back everything positive that I ever said about this store. They're scam artists that play…read moreshell games with their customers, their phones, and even their parent company. They lied to my wife and I, when we upgraded our phones, telling us that our old phones were bought back at full price, and that our old contracts were now terminated. We left with smiles, and our new phones. Fast forward 3 months, and we receive a bill for over $800. Naturally, we call the corporate office, and they tell us that the satellite store told them that they never had our phones in their possession. Corporate then relays that information to me. Imagine the mushroom cloud over my home. After disputing this with corporate, they dug a little deeper and called their satellite to re-inquire the store's claim. The store claims that they already sent our phones back. Even though corporate has NO record of receiving the old phones. Shell. Game. So in the eyes of corporate, we were still on the hook for $800+. After SIX HOURS on the phone with corporate, raising holy hell, and travelling back and forth between our home and the satellite store, Sprint corporate took care of us. To be honest, we've never had an issue dealing with corporate that wasn't resolved. But this particular location is as crooked, and dirty as they come. Stay away from this place. Jason is the "manager" at this location, and he is nothing more than a scam artist. He reassuringly smiles at you, while he knows full-well that he is screwing you over in the end. He is nothing more than a lying dog. You've been warned.

She absolutely refuses to go to any other shop, even though there are many others that are closer. They not only assisted her when she was in need of a new phone, but also found options good for not only her need but also her budget. They provided the transfer of information as many others do, but also took the time to show her how to actually use some of her new phones features. The hours of operation are accurate, however at times there will be a sign showing that they will be back in a few minutes, when only one person is on staff. There is a parking lot and the storefront is highly accessible.
