Nice young man directed me over to the Geek Squad area. Told me you have to have an appointment, which I did not. They were not busy, one man waiting, took a chair and 5 min later a sweet young man, Skylar approached me and I told him about my phone. Thought it was the battery, once he started checking around he said it wasn't the battery and was able to unlock my phone and he explained it was a vintage phone 11Pro Max. He estimated that probably in a year, it would have to be replaced with a new phone. Gosh, I was thrilled he got it working for me, no charge! Was very helpful in answering my questions. Clean store, nice people, lots of inventory. My experience was a good one. Thank you Skylar!!

Told me I'll just move your car to the other bay when we aren't doing the install. We have cameras in the bay, and nice 4k cameras in the lot. I get my car back, the bumper is smashed. He asks if maybe I did it. He doesn't know if it happened in the bay or outside. Then the manager wasn't there and I'd have to come back in the morning. I get back 10am sharp and they supposedly went through a week of footage and don't know what happened. The installer advised me to go make a police report for a hit and run. Essentially denying responsibility. I had to go to Taylor PD and file a report. Not worth the 1500 spent when I have about 1500 done in damages. My car was all stock now it's damaged under their watch and I'm getting the run around. Ron is not an honorable man. Looked me in the eye and lied in front of the manager.

I brought in my iPad for a screen repair, and once I got it home, it immediately started glitching. I brought it back, and they attempted to fix it again. Unfortunately, the same issue returned. They then said it might be the button, so I had that repaired too. Once again, the problem started as soon as I got home. They did try to make it right, and I appreciated their efforts and patience, but after multiple visits with no lasting fix, I decided to take my iPad elsewhere. It was repaired at another location for only $75--including both the screen and button--and I've had zero issues since. For how expensive this place was, I expected better quality. Great customer service--but unfortunately, the technical work just didn't hold up in my case.

Predatory, truthful, malicious (it seems)…read more I went into the store to upgrade and get my daughter a phone and the man who claims to be the store manager lied/misled on some very significant things that are lots of money? 1) 4 lines is the same price or cheaper the 3, for me it wasn't. 3 lines are 5.99 a month cheaper. 2) I believed the 4 line thing, so I got and I was getting my child a first phone. They put the installment on a "no device " line, and the set up my child's phone in store with a different number, with no installment. I figured out that 3 lines a cheaper, and wanted to cancel the no device line, but I can't unless I pay off the device. So now I have to pay off the installment or change my daughter's phone number. Everything was set up in store by the store manager. Feels predatory, because now it's hard to cancel the 4th line. 3) They are peddling watches. I was told, I would receive a credit and the net increase to my bill would be nothing, I got 2 watches for my kids. The net increase was $47 a month. 10.99 a month per line plus installment. I can't cancel the line until the installment is paid off. So pretty much, they are thieves there, doing anything they can to lock you into a higher bill for 36 months. I paid one watch off. I'll get the other soon. Then my daughter's phone,then mine. Then adios AT&T forever and they're predatory selling habits. I did tell corporate, if they even care. My other choice would be let all this crap go to collections because the world is falling apart anyway.

I had stopped in around 330/4pm with a few questions about upgrading devices and was very happy with numbers so I came back with my girl about an hour later when she got off work and we both ordered the new iPhone 17s. Amy was able to help me set up one of the discounts that for some reason had disappeared off my account a while back (first net) and helped reduce my bill to save me money:) Overall very happy with our visit!

The prices are too high, the contracts are too long, and Verizon often advertises misleading offers and doesn't give their employees enough information about said offers so incorrect information is stated to the customer when purchasing the product(s). It took me 11 months to receive part of my promotion, not to mention employees misquoted how much I would be paying for the rest of the promotion because they weren't told how much certain things were worth or cost. I was locked into a 3 year contract with Verizon where I couldn't opt out without paying an obnoxious price, but Verizon could change the price of different products at any time. My bill raised several times while under contract with Verizon because their employees failed to adequately answer my questions about the prices when I purchased the advertised offer. If one employee had made the mistake, I would think it was a fluke. However, when several employees are unable to answer questions about one advertised promotion, it shows a lack of training on the company as a whole, something I'm sure is done so Verizon can't be held legally responsible for. When I called to cancel service (because they don't have an easy online option to do that), not only was I charged again, but they didn't cancel all of my devices as requested. Then I tried to login to my account to verify the billing was correct, only to discover the removed my account while leaving active devices on it I'd requested they remove. Their customer service is horrible, no one ever knows what they're doing. Don't be fooled like I was. Buy your phone without getting into contract with them and never sign up for "free" stuff because nothing is ever free with them. If an offer sounds too good to be true, just know that it is (no matter how much their employees tell you otherwise) and you'll be paying for it one way or another. I learned recently that you can purchase monthly service through U.S. Mobile and still use Verizon towers (with the Warp package) for a significantly discounted rate. I am in no way sponsored or affiliated with U.S. Mobile, it was just a company a family member recommended to me and after being with them for less than a week I'm already tremendously more happy with their customer service and up front pricing. Verizon is a joke and I'll never sign up for one of their promotions or contracts again.

He not refused to do it. He was completely rude and why I believe my son is because when I went to the same store the last time that man was completely rude. Acted like I was bothering him and all I'm trying to do is pay my bills. I don't know if it's just that particular gentleman or I wouldn't even call the gentleman.
