Horrible customer service man refused to wait on my son who is 18 told him he needed ID went home and got the ID that he made him go all the way to the back of the line and wait he was there over a half hour waiting just to pay a bill he's trying to give you the money and your man there refused to do it. He not refused to do it. He was completely rude and why I believe my son is because when I went to the same store the last time that man was completely rude. Acted like I was bothering him and all I'm trying to do is pay my bills. I don't know if it's just that particular gentleman or I wouldn't even call the gentleman. I'd call a pig a male pig and his customer service are driving your customers away because I am not a bone I'm actually a healthcare professional that sees patients and I work for a major Medical Center and multiple hospitals around that I have, but I'm gonna make sure I tell everybody not to come to your company all because of your customer service reps. If there you are getting one stars and every day I'm gonna find time to go online and put this horrible review of my experience on your customer service line so that everybody can read how horrible you are. You're already been getting reviews of you upping and taking and jacking up all the prices. Maybe it's time to go back to Verizon and get better service read more

In November I upgraded my phone plan taking advantage of a promotion that advertised FREE 4 G phones. The details of the promotion were that I had to pay for the phones then I would be reimbursed in the form of T-Mobile Visa Gift cards. When I got my gift cards in the mail I was only reimbursed for half the price of the phones. I went to the store to get to the bottom of this discrepancy. The day I went the assistant manager made up lame excuses blaming the issue on an employee who was no longer there (even tho that employee was not my original sales person) and said she could not help me but took my number and said she'd have the manager call me. This original visit was in February. I called multiple times for the next month and a 1/2 and every time I called I was told the manager was off or was in meetings and that he would call me back. It is now May and I have not gotten one phone call back! I have been a customer of T-Mobile for almost 10 years now and I have NEVER experience any issues until I visited this store. They have left a sour taste in my mouth I will NEVER return to this store and because of them I will probably be leaving T-Mobile once my contract is up. read more

My husband availed the promotion of T-Mobile last week and the person who helped us said that he will get a trade in value of $415 from his old phone, so we went on with the process eventhough my husband was not going to trade in his old phone in the first place. We were told that a one time $175 bill credit will be applied to our future bill and the rest will be divided into 24 month bill credit. He also said that WE will have to mail ourselves the old phone because they don't do it from the store. Guess what? I found out from a T-Mobile representative yesterday that if you process your upgrade through the store, that $175 credit can be used on the spot as downpayment and can be deducted from your out of pocket due. My husband had to pay the out of pocket full price of the downpayment and service fee. Also, they can also mail the trade in phone from the store for you according to T-Mobile representative. What a bunch of scammers and liars! Never will we do business with this store ever!!! read more

The women manager is HORRIBLE and a scam artist. Avoid this place at all cost!! They will be fake nice to you in store, then put added charges onto your bill months later. I'm so happy I switched to verizon. Also the price is comparable to t mobile, even though they make you belive otherwise, with far superior service and quality! read more

Friendly and helpful management and staff. Willing to stay late and go the extra mile for their customers. I notice other feedback from customers have comments about promotions and other charges. As with any type of service, there are always misc fees, service charges that are added by the billing dept, not necessarily the sales team; this is why it's important to always ask questions and read the fine print. Sales team at this location has always been willing to contact customer care and mgr when necessary. read more

They seemed nice in person. Then I got my first bill and saw the list of "add-on" services that were loaded onto my account without my authorization. All of them were removed without any expense incurred on my part, but it was still a hassle. An unknowing person could easily have gone 2-3 billing cycles before noticing the charges. Been a T-Mobile customer for years. Something new they started is to add $20 charge per line every time your phone line gets shut off I have five lines four phone one tablet, at the charge of $120 a month every time I miss a payment. Just be warned instead of going to T-Mobile you can get a better deal in a place like metro it's not going to charge you double. read more
