I had Hello Tech come to my business to install wiring for phone service. The technician left my office a total mess. He removed ceiling tiles and never replaced them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Recently bought a new TV from Walmart and they had HelloTech as the service provider to mount the TV. When the guy arrived, he was mad professional. Since the TV was going in my bedroom, I asked him to hang the TV low because I didn't want to look up while I'm laying in bed. He did just opposite now. The TV is super high and now I have to reach out to someone else to fix the problem. Thanks read more

Ronyale went above and beyond for us!!! The TV ended up being damaged upon arrival which was super disappointing but Ronyale helped us through the process of getting in touch with Walmart customer service and starting the replacement process. Thank you so much for your help with us today!!! Our experience was great because of Ronyale. Definitely worth any cost and the cost is low to begin with! read more

Terrible, terrible service. They cancelled on me 2x's without notification, just didn't show up. Wasted two afternoons waiting for them. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it wasn't required. Impossible to talk to a live person. read more

Representatives for this company are unprofessional and inconsiderate. They leave you on the phone waiting while they do absolutely nothing. Don't waste your money on this company read more

I scheduled someone to install a coax cable for my router and had to reschedule 4 times. each time they never sent an email or text to tell me so I had to go into their website and check after no one showed up. Save the headache and use a different company. read more

I scheduled a technician from Xfinity to come out. When they arrived they told me that they couldn't fish an Ethernet or install a coaxial outlet. He sends me a link to HelloTech to schedule this job for the same day from 5pm-6pm (this is at 10am). The appointment is specifically scheduled for 6pm a couple hours after. I wait until 5:21pm and noticed a missed phone call from 9 minutes prior 5:12pm. I immediately call back, and confirm I want to stick with my appointment time. While calling a get a text notification saying my 6pm appointment had been pushed to 4pm the next day. When I asked how that's possible I get a response that says "techs can reschedule". Super annoying to wait around all day on a weekend and then get rescheduled at the drop of a hat. read more

I had a confirmed date, that was canceled the morning of. I was offered to select 2 more dates/times that were never picked up, so I requested a refund and was told it will take 2-4 weeks!!! NEVER AGAIN read more

Absolutely unbelievable horror. first, they attached my TV so low to the furniture that the remote could not read the sensor unless I raised my hand over my head. Second, they overcharged me with no explanation or communication as to why. The price quoted was $332.80 and they put 388.40 on the card. I have been calling every day almost since the 9th of December and always their response is it takes 48 hours. read more

I had HelloTech install a Nest Hello video doorbell for me. I have an old home with an old doorbell, so wasn't sure how it was going to work. Michael was professional, friendly, and got in touch with me to let me know about his arrival and what I'd need to make the install go smoothly. He quickly assessed the situation and found that we could move forward with the install. After that, everything was quick and easy. read more

My tech Nicholas did a great job installing my wireless doorbell. He was knowledgable and friendly

Oliver did an excellent install of a new video doorbell. He explained what he was doing and made sure it was working correctly.

Your Tech Omar H called 1 hour before the appt. And asked if I was allset for the work. I told him I was but wasn't sure if I had the all the right supplies needed. He said it wasn't a problem, he would come ck out the job and if he need anything we would go get it at store. I told him I was just sitting at home waiting for him. He asked if I would like him to come earlier. I told it wouldn't be a problem, He arrived 30min later. He ck out the job and had it up in working probably within 30 to 45 minutes. He didn't need any of the cables I had, But he had brought a cable that did the job. He was quiet, knowledgeable of what he was doing. Once he was done, he explained what he had done and how to use the system. I would use Hellotech again! Gary N read more

I had couple of Ring devices set up by Hello Tech . They charge reasonable prices and provide excellent support !

Absolutely wonderful. They gave me an appointment for the next day. Mike called to say he was running a little late. He arrived at my home only about 15 minutes late. He was very friendly and supportive and determined to get my Ring Doorbells set up and working before he left, despite having a few WiFi issues. I really appreciated his service. Everything is now working great. I would definitely call them for service again. The Ring instructions claimed that it would only take 15 minutes for a novice to install. I read the instructions that looked pretty simple and straight forward. However, I needed to check my transformer. I had no clue. I was so glad I called HelloTech. I watched Mike. He answered all my questions. We ran into problems and I would have had to give up in frustration. Ultimately, there was no way I could have confidently set this up myself. It took a knowledgeable tech over 4 hours to get it up and working. read more

Horrible service. I requested an asap remote service call for a computer tune up at apprx 11 AM on Sat., 2/10/18. I expected that being that it was the weekend I would hear from someone within 8 hours (thought that was generous) being that it didn't require an on site visit. To my dismay, I didn't even get a confirmation, let alone a response until more than 48 hours. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to sit and wait for a reply as like most people I have a career that takes me out of the house Mon - Fri from 7 AM - 3 PM. So when I finally talked to a "rep" 4 days later I asked what my expectations of ASAP should be? When I couldn't get an acceptable answer I asked that a supervisor/manager contact me after 4 PM that day (2/13/18) as I was at work and didn't have the computer that needed svc with me and I was at work. They called me back within an hour at apprx noon (I had asked for after 4 as I was at work) and said they would wait to hear from me.... POOR customer service!! Very dissatisfied and as I had just signed up for this horrible service will be canceling and disputing charges through my bank... HELLOTECH you SUCK!!! read more
