So I finally called the local AT&T store in Belleville and Brian, was such a great customer service experience! Not only did he go above and beyond but he got me going with my DIRECTV streaming service even though I started it from the 800 number. I hear great things about the store, but unfortunately if you want to see Brian you're gonna have to go to his new location in ypsi! Either way whatever store you go to, Belleville or Ypsilanti you'll be in good hands! Thanks for such great customer service!

    AT&T Authorized Dealer store in Belleville, Michigan sucks…read more I went in for a simple upgrade on my phone. They added another line of an IPHONE 12 (I did not ask for) and accessories I didn't want and need, they also added the highest plan. Not only was I not added to my existing account, but they made up a new one. Matthew K the salesman, purposely did not include a receipt, which he also lied and said it was in the bag. When I called to get it cleared up, they lied and hung up. When I went into the store to get it cleared up, the salesman Matthew K ran to the back and did not face me. When I walked in and asked for the manager, a guy named Brian went into the back and came back out with a manager shirt and name tag on. (Mind you when I walked in he was a salesman) They gave me the runaround about who the manager was. And when I asked for the district managers name and number, they again lied. Claiming he would pass it on to him when he came in. The district manager is a woman named Tiffany. I stumbled on her name and number by calling all of their stores, and one person finally gave it to me. She lied too. Miss Tiffany was mad someone gave her number out and kept asking who gave it to me. If you ride by notice , they have taken Authorized dealer off their sign to confuse customers into thinking they are actually a Att store.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I would give this place zero stars if I could. Back in November, my boyfriend…read moregot a new phone here. An employee named Corey was supposed to handle the data transfer. He never asked if my boyfriend's phone was backed up to iCloud or if a phone-to-phone transfer was needed. My boyfriend hadn't used iCloud since 2020, but Corey didn't bother to check. Instead, Corey transferred everything from the outdated iCloud backup--missing years of data--and then, without even confirming that the new phone had everything, completely wiped the old phone. As a result, my boyfriend lost five years of photos and memories along with all his other important content. When my boyfriend understandably became upset, Corey's only "solution" was to give him a free phone case. Later, my boyfriend went back to speak with the store manager, James. James was rude, unapologetic, and offered no kind of compensation--no discount on the phone, no bill adjustment, nothing. My boyfriend posted a review, and the store replied that they would reach out to help. They never did. We also took the phone to the Apple Store to see if anything could be recovered. Apple couldn't help and even mentioned this kind of mistake happens often at carrier stores.

They helped me every single day to resolve a complicated phone transfer from Xfinity, and their patience, knowledge, and dedication truly stood out. Even when my phone wasn't working and they couldn't reach me, James went above and beyond--driving to the nearby hotel where I was staying to leave a message at the front desk so I could return to the store. That level of care is rare. Each time I came in, they made me feel welcomed and supported, never rushed or dismissed. They worked a couple hours a day from Monday through Thursday to troubleshoot and coordinate with customer service, and I'm so grateful for their persistence and professionalism. This team exemplifies what great customer service should be. Thank you all!
