My husband told me about this location which is a little hidden but close by I-285 on Lavista Rd on the on the south side of the road. We came on a Wednesday around 10 am. I like how this location has three bays and how we did not have to wait long for our turn (less than a minute). While we were waiting, the staff gave each of us a cold bottle of water. I also found a coupon which they had texted me back in June which expired at end of October. The technician also showed us the dip stick which was clean. They also recommended our coolant to be changed which husband declined due to time. They treat you well and take care of business in good time! They also filled our tires with air as a bonus. I tried this first time. Arrived at 10:45am Monday. There are three bays. The bays were full and one car in front of me. Waited about 25 minutes to get into a bay. It was a pleasant experience, you just stay in your car, they ask what service level, I chose $99. They changed the oil recommended engine air filter replacement. It was black. That cost $28. They finished in about 10 minutes. Cleaned the windshield. One surprise I was charged extra for a new oil filter, I assumed it was included in the $99 price but charged extra $15. Total with tax $143. Good experience but took off 1 star for the oil filter extra charge. read more

They just opened this place around last Thanksgiving day about 4 months now. They will explain and suggest you the right oil for your car. They showed me upfront pricing and what would best benefit my car. You don't have to get out of your car and you just stay inside while they service your car. The service was quick and fast. A pleasant oil change experience. I'll admit, I'm not the best driver so I would prefer if they navigated my car over those guards for me but it's not their fault that I struggle with straight lines. It has been a long time since I said "Wow!" about an oil change. I mean, it's an oil change, right? But I was greeted immediately by the manager who handed me a bottle of cold water. Then the staff guided me in to the bay and descended on my car, checking my tires and topping off various fluids. They communicated very well with each other, and made good notes about whatever they experienced while changing my oil. The Service Writer looked up the specs for my car, and verified with the manager that it was okay to put a heavier grade of oil in at my request. Everything seemed to be covered, including the five-second wait to check for leaks after the engine had turned over with new oil in it. The thing that stands out to me about the whole experience wasn't the attention to service and detail. It was the idea that these folks seemed to genuinely enjoy working with each other. So I'm the type of consumer that believes in a second chance - every business is gonna have a bad day or an experience that is less than good. So this is the 3rd time I've stopped at this location this year and it just didn't feel good. Today we pulled it at 4:32 pm - ok it's Sunday I get it you want to go home, but my oil change normally doesn't even take a full 20 mins once they get started. So as we pull around to the bay - there is an employee literally dancing around in the lot "hollering" that he's been there since 9am and "we trying to keep him there till 9" tonight - so....I may typically have just laughed it off - but given my two previous visits were not good at all - I sat for a second and decided to reverse and leave. If you close and 5 and need to be out at 5 maybe put up a sign "last oil change" @ whatever time works to ensure that happens. I hate that this has happened here - when they first opened, everything flowed like a well managed business that was happy to have customers. You were presented with a bottle of water and welcomed in - it felt like they were glad to have you as a customer. The last two times and today not so much - I even wrote the Corp folks last time - no response. There was a vehicle parked in the back with 2 flat tires and it appears to be full of personal belongings - this 3rd time was my last - the location over in Lilburn on Lawrenceville Hwy is still delivering a good experience so I'll just drive over there. The old oil change place was awesome, no slimy gimmicky sales pitch every single time you come in and they just get you in and out with a smile and they were knowledgeable this crew is all kids it's a really big corporation that bought the old business they've been spreading in a bunch of different southern states like a cancer in the south and their model is to try to upsell you 1 million things while you're sitting in their bay and it takes them half an hour to change your oil. As soon as I pulled up to the garage a representative came out and greeted me, asked me if I would like bottle of water and directed me to one of the three garage doors. There were 3 cars in the garage and 3 waiting in line, I was #4. The first time I took my car to them they poured at least half a quart of my purchased synthetic oil down the front of my engine over my exhaust manifold where smoke was billowing up and they tried to clean it up but my car smelled for three weeks as it burnt. Strangely they didn't come back with the half quart to put more in my engine??? I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but the second time the pushiness set in, belittling and arrogant service techs and a $109 bill for an oil change? They checked my car & found the oil filter hadn't been tightened from a competitor doing the service. They showed me pictures & used oil in Quart bottles so I could see they were using the correct weight. They didn't try to Upsale me anything I didn't need. i will recommend. This place is under new ownership and having just been there and dealt with the manager herself I can tell you these people are straight up gougers masquerading as a customer service oriented business. It was only when I was in the bay and my oil had been removed that they told me they only use synthetic oil (for those of you that aren't aware synthetic oil is about twice the price of non-synthetic oil) and then backed up their decision to not give the customer a choice by using scare tactics that a large number of people would have taken as gospel (they mentioned Carfax and that by choosing to use non-synthetic oil I would be voiding my car warranty). The entire reason I use to drive clear across Atlanta to go to this specific oil change place was that they weren't like the other places and didn't take advantage of customers by pressure selling and price fluctuations. They just changed your oil at a fair price. These new people told me I needed a new air filter and when I asked how much they said $22 - when I declined they immediately offered me the same air filter for $12... so basically if I hadn't declined that's what I would have paid. The bottom line is that offering someone a bottle of water (then giving you one anyway even though you said no the first time they asked) and cleaning your front windshield (but leaving the back dirty) does not excuse you from gouging people with the ol' bait n' switch... you may have gotten me today but I'll never be back - I know that means less today than it used to but I went to that location every 3k miles for the last several years (and so did my wife and anyone else who asked me for a recommendation) and will be finding a new place to go from here on out. read more
