They didn't reset my oil levels either, I had to google how to do myself. Luckily the guy from the shop next door came over to run diagnostics for the check engine light and corrected the issue. Everybody who works for xtreme lube continued to watch and laugh. I didn't taunt or disrespect anyone for them to display as rude as they were this morning. I'd hate to make this a racial issue but that's what it felt like. They are under new management so beware.

Once they started my oil change, it took nearly an hour to complete. The service included tire…read morerotation, but the mechanic said that all 20 of my lug nuts were stripped, so he couldn't rotate the tires. They are of course not all stripped, how ridiculous (none seem to be). The only tire that I saw them even check was the rear passenger tire. And now it loses about 10psi of air every day, so I have to air it up several times a week until I fix whatever they messed up there. So now I still have to go somewhere else and pay someone who knows how to rotate tires (after I've already paid Meineke) AND I have to see what damage they've done to my tire. Hopefully that won't cost any more or have me need to replace my tire. I brought my own air filter and new wiper blades and asked if they could also switch those out while they're at it. They charged a little extra for this, and that would be fair. However, the mechanic said that the new blades would not fit. I returned them, thinking I must have made a mistake, but no, they were the correct ones for my car. So I bought them again and changed them myself, and it was so easy I didn't even need a YouTube video to refer to. So after waiting an hour the oil is changed, but other than that my car is in worse shape than when I brought it in. The mechanic couldn't even do the most basic things. Ineptitude is what I ended up paying for. If you want honesty, know-how, reliability, and fairness, avoid this establishment.

They are lovely here - the customer service is phenomenal and they are HONEST to a degree rarely found in this industry. It's always pretty busy, and they don't take appointments - it's always first come, first serve - so I usually try to make it in as early as possible, but I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I know that if I drop my car off in the morning, they'll have it ready for me by the end of the day. They are never trying to gauge you on price - many times I have come in expecting to replace a tire and they've told me it's unnecessary; instead, I've left with a tire patched and paid nothing. Because they are so wonderful here, my whole family really makes an effort to bring all the business we can to them. I'd rather deal with Gateway than a dealership any day! We stumbled upon them about five years ago and we will continue to bring our cars to them as long as they stay in business.

I have brought my car to your establishment in the past but it had been a while. He insinuated because I hadn't been to you that I wasn't taking care of my vehicle. All the staff seems to have the worst attitudes and I am not sure if it's racially motivated but I am uncomfortable. There were people that came after me but got their vehicle back before me. I feel I should have been notified of the status Instead I had approximately a 3 1/2 hour wait. I won't be back to that location. I have a 2015 Nissan Altima.
