The attendants touch the screen and swipe your card for you so you don't have to reach out of your car. Super helpful for short people like me. They also provide free towels. I haven't used their vacuums yet, but I'm sure they're fine. I'll update my review if they don't work well for me.

When I went to OB the manager said she was going to take it up to higher management and get back with me. She could tell that my sicker had not been removed when she checked. I was told the only way to get the membership back was to spend 2 extra dollars a month. I never heard back from that manager. We went back by, with the other car, and the guy that was there said if the other manager had not taken care of it he would. I gave him my name and number, and it has been 2 weeks. My husband and I went back by today with both cars so he could check on things and the on duty "manager" did not understand why the other manager had not called me. He was trying to show me something on their system and telling me that the only way I could use their system was to pay 2 dollars more a month. I was getting very frustrated and then told him to just cancel the other car too. My husband then came in and tried to ignore me and talk to my husband because I was upset. There were people there from facility dept and they checked on what was going on and he kept telling the "manager" to be quiet and let me talk and he did not and kept talking over me which the funny thing is that is what he was doing to me in the office. I was taught when I was beginning in the service industry that the customer is always right. They called me a liar by saying my sticker was off the window and canceled my membership. The "manager" tried to mansplain to me that they could not help me with the original price and the new cost would be $2 more.
