Nakia absolutely did a good, clean and thorough job of checking everything and changed the oil, replaced the wiper blades and did other minor things that needed attention. She also recommended tires sensor and brake fluid to be changed at a specialty tire place. She was not push but thorough and professional. read more

Went great easy process. The staff was very nice and did a great job with the oil change and wiper change.

Horrible, horrible horrible. I arrived at 10 minutes till 8 o'clock when they should've opened. At exactly 8 o'clock a sleepy guy walks out the office knowing I was there for 10 minutes and literally said "what you want?" no greeting or anything. Then I told him I needed an oil and filter change and he's scratching his head rubbing his eyes and said "well I can't help you. I'm just a staff guy and my manager is not here. He should've been here at 7 o'clock." I'm driving a very expensive car and wearing a suit , so it's not like I didn't look like I was there for business. No thanks Jiffy Lube. read more

Horrible!! Literally directed my son in crooked and pooped his tire. The nice service guy was cool and said sorry. BUT the Manger was totally unprofessional--and said "they don't cover tires". We were not asking for a new tire but just to admit it was their fault. We just asked for a discount on the oil change and the manager said "we don't do that". Rude service, employees loudly using profanity in front of customers, employees having arguments that then turned physical IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Employees did not seem to know what oil my car needed nor how much. If the employees were not busy arguing with each other, trying to fight they were eating in the service bay and on their phones (even while working on my car). Never before I have I felt concern for my personal safety while getting an oil change. Even though I spent a good bit of $$ today I am taking my car to a non Jiffy Lube location to get it checked to make sure everything was done right because I have zero faith in the people who serviced my car today. Very disappointed with the service, I did not appreciate having employees get into a fight right next to my car and making me feel unsafe. Avoid this location. read more

I was just notified by Honda dealership when I went to get my oil changed that the previous place that changed my oil stripped my oil pan, and used an after market plug to try to fix their mistake. You guess it, this was the last place I got my oil changed. Unprofessional, and dishonest. This mistake cost me over $800 read more

Went on a Saturday morning to get an oil change. They had two workers and told me to pull into the bay. When I started to pull in they yelled at me. I tried to adjust and they kept saying it's my problem. I asked if they could pull it in they were very rude and continued to yell so I left. Terrible customer service. read more

This is a rip off oil change location. I had a coupon that they rejected. Then wanted $89.00 for a simple oil change! Ha! The two idiots working there had no clue if the pricing POSTED ON THE WALL. My guess is they were splitting about $40 of the overcharge between them. CAUTION HERE. I went to Valvoline off I-40 exit 18 and they gave me 15% off. Paid $44.00 total. read more

i chose this location because it had the best rating when i searched on Google- from my experience here, i can't fathom how. first of all, for a simple oil change and tire rotation it took an hour and a half, not counting the time it took waiting to have it serviced (while another customer who arrived after me was in the port for service and gone in MUCH less time). when finished, the employee working on the car returned my tire lock key but had managed to completely strip my never-been-used key AND completely sheer off where it connected to the lock. he made no apology and no attempt to fix the damage done- told me it happened "somehow" and that the metal pieces looked like plastic, handed me the pieces and walked away. The hood was still open, and I had to ask twice if he was done i had to take a minute for the shock and disbelief to wear off but was dismissed as if the work was complete to standard before i told the clerk this was not acceptable as i have to drive over 2,000 miles in the coming week and i have no way now to even change a tire if i get a flat, and the destroyed parts had never even been used before. when the manager came out, he did tell me they would order replacements; however, they would not be open the following day and the new parts would not be in before i have to drive to Albuquerque from Memphis and back. i was also concerned that he told me "its no big deal- it happens all the time" as he assured me they would make it right. also, upon inspecting the invoice i noticed the tire pressure was recorded at 35psi- the vehicle info label on the door calls for 33psi and i had just inflated them the day before. Furthermore, they are Nitrogen tires, all with green caps to denote it as such and as i understand it your company does not provide service for these tires. additionally, no other fluids were checked and no other part of the tune up such air filters which do need to be replaced was ever addressed. when i had paid, i used my debit card and entered my PIN and thought the transaction to be over. without telling me anything the clerk reached out and signed the pad in my place to authorize the work received which i didn't realize until inspecting the invoice later. becuase of the damages, i inspected the wheels when i got home- there were obvious fingerprints and handling of 3 tires, but the one with broken key never came off the vehicle which means the tires could not have been properly rotated which was not disclosed to me, i was asked to pay- so i did- before i realized the work was incomplete, and the clerk signed my authorization without my knowledge. from start to finish, every step of this process lacked professionalism and puts me and other drivers on the road at risk, and after payment it felt as if they were just "done" with providing any more customer service. i can't even say in good faith i trust that the oil change was done properly since there were so many other things done wrong, and i DO NOT trust that taking my vehicle back for this team to "make it right" will not incur more damages. on top of everything i have to postpone and reschedule an entire trip because of this blatant recklessness and disregard as it is just not safe to drive over 2000 miles before i can even change a tire. It is unnerving to think that not only one but two employees would let me leave with my vehicle in that state, and one was cited as Team Lead on the invoice. i cannot trust any part of it was actually done correctly and the clerk took the liberty of signing my authorization without my knowledge or consent. I can only imagine with all of the errors made in this service how many other customers have received such unsound work here, and that is very alarming to me. read more

5 Stars for Service This location is by far the superior operation vs. the other Poplar location. The people working here were smiling, helpful, and invested in the business (specifically Letesha). They got the oil change done quickly and she worked with me regarding my specific circumstances. 5 stars for service. Only 4 stars overall because the "waiting room" was a little questionable. Regardless, I will drive the extra distance to this location in the future because of the people. read more

Phillip, Shimmy, and the other dude with the cool tats were cool with me. Quick service around 10 a.m. Phillip caught my dirty air filter which should have been discovered previously (Firestone). Filter was expensive at POS, but the truck is running better. Had an expired Groupon, no problems (Read stipulations). As always at a cooperate mechanic, beware the up-sell. Also, don't EVER assume you know a price until you hear the EXACT price BEFORE services to be performed. read more
