LET THIS BE YOUR WARNING Do the service yourself unless you want to be upsold and overcharged. The service tech said for a cabin and engine air filter "it's normally $80 but I got you for $55"...you can buy both from the store for $35. When I declined, 5 minutes later all of a sudden the guy found a coupon for it and could give both to me for only $20. Then come to find out my bill was $137 with the oil change and the two filters. The total should have been $80 after the discount they gave me applied. If you're going for an oil change, I suggest rolling your window up and only talk to them when they ask you to pay for the service otherwise you'll get every suggestion under the sun and over charged for all of it. read more

Took my car here Sunday and it will be the last time I do so. I usually have a nice experience here but the 3 guys working Sunday were so rude and disrespectful. I mean talking trash about a customer while my window is open and can clearly hear what is being said is so rude. Best customer service I've gotten in a long time. Pulled up hoping to get a quick oil change and that's what I got. Layton helped me out. He was beyond helpful, honest and efficient. He acknowledged a military discount for me and made sure I knew what I was getting and for a great price! These guys are off the list for state inspections. Second time visiting this location only to be told there was a reason they could not perform state inspections. First time state inspection guy didn't show up for work. Today it was the inspection guy was doing interviews and wouldn't be available for an hour. read more

worse experience ever I got there around 7:25pm on 1/31/25 and this dude gabriel was very rude and disrespectful I told him I wanted a oil change and he "sigh" and look at his phone to see what time it was and rudely said go into the 3rd lane , then I go and he's yelling at me asking me how many miles i have I told him and he put the wrong info then snatched my card from me ... I was telling another guy who was very respectful about what was happening and he apologized and said he will tell a manager ... I am a manager my self I would not disrespect any of my customers so this was uncalled for .. he needs more training on how to treat customers it doesn't matter how much of a bad day you are having ... I took my truck to Take 5 off i10 and Pin Oak to ask about a strange magnetic drain plug. The tech tells me it's in the notes from back in 2021 and I should have been notified. I say I was never notified and he told me I should have read the receipt then. I ask him if he is implying it's MY fault that I didn't know they swapped out my factory plug for something else and he says "I'm the store manager. Corporate is going to just reject it but we can start a claim if you want." So I said let's start a claim. 5 minutes later they decide the claim wasn't a good idea, instead they'll try re-tapping my drain pan to see if the threads are bad. They then report they didn't need to re-tap the threads; the new plug went right in with no issue. The whole time, I had my windows down and I could hear the whole shop talking loudly about how stupid I am for coming in over a year later to "get my shit fixed" and how you can't "go to McDonald's 4 years later and say they forgot the cheese on your burger" very immature and unprofessional behavior. This is in addition to an experience where one of the techs asked me if I would pay him $100 through cash app instead of paying $130 through the point of sale system. These people are shady and I will NOT be taking my wife's or my vehicle there anymore. read more

I brought my car here the other week for an oil change. It was my first time coming here, but I thought because I was in a pinch it wouldn't be a big deal. It took about 45-50 minutes to complete my oil change. They didn't properly replace the plug/gasket that they cracked (and then had to run to a parts store to get a replacement) so for the next week and a half, my car leaked oil. Now I'm paying for this to be fixed on top of the oil change that was over priced from this place. I'd say you get what you pay for here, but you don't even get that. Disappointed is an understatement + I definitely won't be returning to use the $10 off coupon they gave me to make up for the 45-50 minute service time. read more
