Kym was very nice to me when I arrived. The construction threw me off and I came in the parking lot kinda weird. Lol. She asked me what I needed and helped me right away. No wait. Mr. Patrick came by and showed me my filter and educated me on what to look for in the future. Told me my wipers were too big for my car that auto zone installed and what my car needed and when. They were all veryyyyy thorough even the gentleman that took my glove box off to check something. This was my first visit and I will never go to another location. Great customer service is hard to find especially being new here. I would recommend this location for anything they offer simply because you'll be treated like a normal person while getting your car repaired. The best car service I have had in a long time. Came here recently and usually the service is good but I got an inspection and one of the workers left the cover for where the coolant goes loose. My engine started overheating cause all the coolant sprayed out and called to complain and they said to bring it in to top it off. I had to top it off myself because there was no way it was going to make it back without it. I still brought it back because it was still overheating and they did fix the issue, gave a free transmission fluid change, and half off next oil change (though I do think it should be free given how severe this could've been). read more

We barely made it through Katy when we smelled gas and pulled over to see gas gushing put from the underside of our F250. made it to this Jiffy Lube just in time. the crew jumped into action and went to get parts to replace a fuel filter that erupted! we would never had made it to Austin had it not been for their quick action! very friendly staff that went above and beyond to take care of our family. read more

I would say we are so glad that there is such a good place with great staff that make our life so easier. I went in the store for a falling apart front bottom plastic cover in my car. I barely made through the shop with a 10 mph speed from my home. Shout out to Mason. He greeted me and inspected my car, said let us try. After about 10 minutes, the problem was solved. Update: Never heard from these people! I took my car back on my own to this location, they finally got my door panel on right, and they didn't apologize or offer any compensation for the time any money I had to spend bringing it back. In addition, needed my back windshield wiper replaced it cost much more than at the auto parts store. He told me one price at first and than another price at the register, by that time he had already replaced it! I told him that I should be giving some type of discount for all the inconvenience I experienced. I had to bring my handicapped mother with me because it was the only time available between her hospital and doctors appointments. The manager Anthony gave me a so called discount, I stilled paid over $26 for a small back wiper blade. If I wasn't so overwhelmed with my sick parent I would have told him to take it off. He also told me that my replacement part that I brought with me was in the box in my car, but the box was empty. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! I'm glad that this location is open Sundays because I desperately needed to get my state safety inspection done for my vehicle renewal (my EV doesn't require emissions testing). I arrived about 40 minutes before closing time, and as soon as I pulled up to the entrance of one of the bays, an employee came out to greet me. I told them I just needed a safety inspection, and she let me know that there were approximately two cars in front of me and that it would be about a 30 minute wait. She provided clear instructions on where to park while I waited, and her time estimate was right on point. When it was my turn, she came out to get my car key. She was very helpful and provided a quick rundown of what they would check for the safety inspection, how long it would take, and where I could wait while they worked on it. She explained where I could find bathrooms if needed, and also let me know that they had wifi and coffee in their waiting room. In the end she finished in less than the 10 minutes she quoted, and pulled my car around to the front for me once they were done. The process was quick and easy, and their hours are so convenient! I will definitely be back for my safety inspections in the future! read more

If you own a BMW, do not bring it to this location. I unfortunately made this mistake a few months ago instead of taking it to my regular place. Long story short, the tech over torqued the drain plug, put a temporary seal on it after the plug was stripped from over torquing, resulting in a $1400 replacement of my oil pan. Steer clear - I've definitely learned my lesson. Update - after providing my info a week ago per the 'response' to my review, NO ONE has reached out to me. DO NOT do business here, not worth it. I called in to check on the wait time since it is Holiday season and they had a very short wait time so I drove on over. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by multiple staff members who were courteous and helpful, even though I drove to the wrong side of the establishment (the exit is at the front of the store and the entrance for your car is out the back of the store.) They asked if it was my first time and, upon confirmation, they gave me the layout of the store including where the restrooms were located, the water fountains, and the Keurig coffee machine. The waiting room was nice and spacious with ample seating and television. They have complimentary inspections on tires, blinkers, fluid levels, engine and cabin air filter, brake pads, etc. They seemed very fair about what needed changing and what did not (gave me an approximate time frame when I would need to look at the things that were ok or borderline needing service) and did not pressure me to get things looked at or try to upcharfe me on anything. Also let me know what things could be looked at on my own if I wanted to or they could do for me in store since I was here (I choose in store cause I'm lazy.) They also have a warrantee (or service feature?) that they will top off any fluid level within 3k miles of service (there was a time constraint but I don't remember it). Went in for an oil change and a state inspection. Beware of the VERY aggressive upsell. The tech who greeted me told me my headlights would certainly fail inspection just by looking at them, and tried to sell me the $60 headlight renewal. I told him to test them first... guess what, they passed. Upsells tried on both air filters, brake fluid exchange, additives for high mileage to my oil, windshield wipers (which were only a month old), etc. I get upsells are part of the business, but borderline lying to get them is a huge turn-off. Honesty and integrity matter. Pros: Quick service and friendly staff. Cons: Pushy upsells and over-priced services ($79 for a synthetic blend oil change, $99 for full synthetic). Maybe they work better if you walk in stating "I want an OIL CHANGE and no additional services from you!" These folks spent most of their time talking to EVERYTHING on my care OTHER than my oil. I was there for about 90 minutes. I know the oil & filter change can't take more than fifteen. I know I could change it myself (with my limited tools) in less than thirty minutes. Most of the time seems to be taken up by removing cabin filters and air filters so they can show you how dirty they are. Hey, they even took the time to tell me my license plate bulb was out. HUH? I brought my car in for an oil change and annual DMV renewal inspection but left SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED. As I was about to leave, I got in my car and opened the glove box and it fell right off due to improper re-installation after they changed the cabin filter. I had to install it back correctly while the crew just stood there watching, with no attempt to correct their mistake. Their LACK OF ATTENTION and INTEGRITY is CONCERNING and UNACCEPTABLE. I question the quality of work being done here, am appalled at the terrible customer service, and will definitely not be back! read more

I came here for the alignment work to be done on my Titan XD truck. Staff are friendly, but service sucks. Technician was trying to use adjustable wrench to do the front-end alignment, which is a no-no, but could not break loose the toe. Shop manager Raphael came and said the work was completed but the toe could not be adjusted. Basically, the alignment work was not successfully done. He was trying to charge me full amount of $99 + tax. I asked him if the alignment was done. He said part of the work was done and hence, I should pay. I argued that the work was not completed. He then lowered it down to half of the price. However, I still hesitated to pay any amount since work wasn't completed. I asked him if he could contact another Jiffy Lube so I could bring the truck there to have the alignment done properly. He hesitated to do so and said I should find out myself. He then told me to walk off without charge. When I drove my truck away, it was way worse than when I brought it in. First time here with hope of having a good experience for a last long relationship, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a no-no. Maybe this shop is good at doing oil change services, but for alignment. I would not recommend anyone to use it here. read more

Nice people and quick service. Unfortunately the trained professional who changed oil in my Jeep has no idea how to close the hood. I watched them struggle with it but didn't realize until a month later they had actually bent back the safety catch in order to close the hood. Glad my rubber hood latches didn't snap because the hood would've then flown into the windshield! I simply removed the catch and repaired it myself. A very unreliable place that gave an unusual service experience. I had to go multiple times to get the vehicle inspection done, for wheel alignment I went thrice so far with no luck. I am stuck with them as I bought a Groupon. The standard greeting from the staff is "Did you suddenly decide to have an engine oil changes, wheel alignment etc.?" Not a service orientated place. I took two Land Rovers to this location following the floods in Houston. On the first they installed the wrong size oil filter and on the other they charged me for changing the front differential oil (as I had requested) but I found out later that they did not change the oil. When the diff started to rumble I took it to a Land Rover specialist who found the front diff was full of water (which is why I had asked Jiffy Lube to change the oil). The first issue could have been a simple mistake but not changing the diff oil was no mistake. They also over filled the oil in the engine. I have used another Jiffy Lube location for years with no issues but I cannot recommend this location at all. read more
