Especially for a walk in appointment! I don't think I even got through a whole chapter, they were so quick! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My wife called me with the news, and I was concerned that during the holidays, service and parts resources would be limited. I was able to get a fix on my wife's location and immediately reached out to local repair shops, only to find, as expected, that many were closed for the holidays. Dynamic answered the call and provided the most needed assistance. My wife arrived at the location an hour before opening. Once the mechanics arrived and opened the doors, they quickly evaluated my wife's car. The tension in the situation was relieved when the concern was identified and its severity reduced. We cleared the EVAP system error code, and my wife continued her journey home. There were some complications with administering compensation for the services, but we worked them out.

I will say that each time I have taken my SUV in for an oil change, they always come back with suggestions of other things to replace/service. This is great and while I appreciate them making me aware, I have always just taken the list of suggestions and done the replacements (air filter, mainly) myself. This saves me money in the long run because they tend to mark it up when they do it. There is a rewards system that Meineke offers that I would suggest checking out if you are a loyal customer. They also have email subscriptions that you can sign up for where they will send you coupons for discounted services or specials that they are running. Being the anti-email-subscription person that I am, this is one that does not bother me at all. They do not send junk, and they do not bombard your email daily or even weekly; they only email relevant things every so often. The "take away" from my experience with this Meineke location is that, while super conveniently located, you cannot just walk in; you have to make an appointment in advance if you hope to get your car serviced. The process for making an appointment is super easy, though! You can either give them a call or go to their website and make an appointment from there. (I always make my appointments online!) Overall, I've always had good experiences here so I have no hesitation recommending it to others!
