They always do a great job here! They're fast and efficient every time ! They top of all fluids, fill tires and will give a courtesy top off as long as you come before your miles are due. They aren't pushy about getting repairs done and adding on a bunch of things but definitely make suggestions which is appreciated. They send out good coupons too so that helps with the cost of everything . read more

Today, my experience at this location was not good. As a regular customer since they opened, I've noticed a decline in service. When I was guided into a service bay, I sat there for close to 20 mins. and no technician approached me as to why there was such a long wait. 3 technicians working on one car while customers are waiting. I finally told one of the technician's to close my hood and I'll go somewhere else. He didn't care at all, no apologies or explanation. Such poor customer service. Why hire people who have little regard for customers. Is hiring good help in this city that difficult? I don't know, all I know is how I was treated today, poorly! read more

Went there because they kept popping up on my social media so I told myself I would give them a try. Based on other reviews the service should take about 10minutes and it is done with you in the car. My car needed an oil change so I decided to try them out. When I arrived I was the only car so they had me pull my vehicle right in. I was immediately impressed because there were female technicians-big shout out to all my girlies! Folio was the person who was setting up my service and taking my information. Kind, friendly and professional. Offered me a nice icy cold bottle of water while they began my service. He explained what would be done today when it came to my oil change in addition to checking my tire pressure and topping off other fluids. The service was completely done in less than 30 minutes with no waiting. I paid about $120 dollars for the service which I thought was reasonable and within the range my dealership charges. Overall great value, would recommend due to no waiting, and professionalism of the staff. read more

I stopped by Take 5 today and was lucky to be helped by Paris and Orlando. Let me just say, their customer service is top-tier! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience super smooth. What really stood out was how attentive they were. They offered me a complimentary water while I waited in my car, checked everything thoroughly, and even put air in my tires. They also inspected my cabin filter, and I found out I didn't even have one! It's rare to find a place where the staff truly goes above and beyond like this. Great service, great people. Easy 10/10--I'll definitely be coming back! I got an oil change and my filters changed, as well as all my liquids topped off. They even offer military discount! And very affordable. read more

Andrew and Adrian were very quick and helpful. I hadn't gotten my car serviced in so long due to personal issues and I felt a bit embarrassed to come in after neglecting my car for so long. The guys didn't make me feel embarrassed or chastised, which eased my anxiety. Andrew explained everything to me and answered any of my questions, including pricing. He offered a great deal on a fluid replacement or flush, I can't remember the term. I would've taken him up on it if I wasn't short on cash, but I really appreciated the offer! They worked fast and efficiently. I will definitely be back to get my car serviced here! read more

The staff here are top-notch! As soon as you pull up they always offer you a water. Theyre very informative and efficient. I've brought three of my vehicles to get an oil change and they ALWAYS take care of me. Best customer service, best oil change in vegas!! read more

I can appreciate the convenience of being able to stay in your car while getting your oil changed, but the price is on the very high side, so much so, that I won't go back. The workers, however, definitely made up the expensive oil change because they were kind and offered me water while I was waiting. read more

Ali and his team are amazing! Very polite and informative. For the first time getting my car serviced it did not feel like I was just being upsold but educated on what my vehicle needed to operate optimally. I will be recommending this location to my friends. Keep up the good work gentleman! read more

Really friendly service but very expensive ... I would t have come here if I knew I would still be paying the same or higher prices than my previous oil change place. And now I know why they never put the prices on the website. No one would show up to pay $100 dollars for an oil change this would be my only time coming that's for sure read more

My first visit... only one car ahead of me... I was pulling into the garage within a few minutes. Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient guys working here. Kinda cool staying in your car too! The convenience is reflected in the price, but they gave me a $20 off coupon for next time. Fantastic service! read more

This was the greatest experience for an oil change I've ever had! Ali and Junior are suuuper professional and friendly. It's a little more expensive than others but I will never go anywhere else again. I got the oil, cabin, and air filters replaced and they washed the windshield, put air in the tires etc. Just fantastic, thank you. read more

WOW! I normally take my car to a mechanic that takes awhile to get in with and a while to get to your car. I didn't have the time so I googled take 5 and so happy I did! It took about 10 mins! The employees were so KIND! So knowledgeable! So helpful! I'm in shock! They offer a great military discount as well! Will be back for the next service! read more

Services are always clearly communicated and the culture is very hospitable! I love coming here for an oil change rather than paying the same/cheaper price at the dealership because the convenience and attentiveness is unbeatable. And to be honest, the prices here aren't even that bad for the type of service that you receive. They really give you more than what you're paying for in my opinion! Thank you always!!! read more

Came here around 3pm on a time crunch looking to get my oil changed quickly. But unfortunately employee explained I came during their lunch break and I wouldn't be able to seen for at least an hour. Kind of weird to for all employees to be all going to lunch together at once during business hours and declining service. But good thing there's more than one place to get your oil changed read more

I called on 6/5/2025 A young lady by the name of "Monse" Is very unprofessional, I asked two very simple questions, Monse couldn't answer either or, first question was the address Of the establishment , second question was the starting price for a oil change. She then forgot to hang up , and was bad mouthing me for 5 min non stop . I stayed on the phone and heard it all . Have the recording too , take 5 oil change needs to resolve this issue and re-train "Monse" read more

3 stars but maybe it should be two. The positive is that the service of the employees was very friendly and water being offered. That's where the positive ends. Yes you do get to stay in your car but you will definitely wait, I waited approximately 30-40 minutes to get serviced. My mistake was not asking for price or investigating myself, but absolutely absurd and not worth it. I did deny service upon learning the price and service got pretty cold from that but I'm just not going to drop almost $100 on an oil change. The dealer does $120 and throws in tire rotations and inspections, and a closer spot does $35-$50 oil changes. So there's just no reason for me to come here. read more

I asked for an oil change, the workers must have made a mess with the oil leading to them spraying the engine down with water causing many problems for my car. They send me to a shop to see if it was caused by them. The shop said it was and take 5 still refuses to take accountability for causing many problems to my car. Do not go here or to any take 5 they will not take responsibility if they make a mistake and they are supposedly ran by the same manager who believes he has the authority of all take 5 oil changes. read more

Wish I would have read recent reviews first before coming to this location. 3 guys working on 1 car. We waited about 45 minutes before even getting up to them. Then they told us they were out of economy, which was crazy. Then they wouldn't accept our coupon. We ended up leaving to the one down the street, they took 10 minutes. read more

Went in to get my oil changed and was taken care of quickly and efficiently! Was immediately greeted with cold water bottles from the hot weather, then offered them again before we left. Employees were INCREDIBLY kind and walked me through every step, didn't try to upsell me on anything and gave me extra information on my car I wasn't aware of. Appreciate yall! read more

Great service. Polite and tells you what they are doing. Marcus was wonderful. Friendly and professional. Well done!!! No gimmick and don't try to take your money from you. They do the job and get it done. Honesty is the best policy and they have that. read more

Upon arrival we were greeted by Aden, super friendly and helpful. Our oil change service was done by Moses and Aden handled the paperwork. Moses did a very comprehensive job on our DuraMax diesel truck. It took a bit of extra work but Aden kept us informed throughout. Price was exceptional. We got a great discount that Aden told us about. At the end the manager Dom came over to make sure we got everything we asked for and to make sure we were happy with the service. This Take 5 location is on Lake Mead Blvd and I absolutely recommend it..!!! read more

I want to say that I've been going to take 5 oil change for 2 years and every time I go they make me feel welcomed, their service skills are A1. Raul and Orlando took great care of me and we I'm definitely coming back in 3 months. read more

The service they provide is top notch!!! Very polite and speedy. This our 2nd time here and we will keep coming back.

We pulled right up and had no wait. The young gentleman that helped us was polite and friendly. The oil change took no more than 15-20 mins. We felt confident in their work and paid about 80 after our military discount. Everyone there worked as a team. The manager checked on us to make sure all was good. They didn't have coolant at the time, but called me when it came in stock for me to come back in. There was no pressure to get additional items you sometimes get at these services. I was just made aware of the options and that was it. Much appreciated! We'll definitely be back for our next oil change. read more

Andrew was extremely nice as well as the rest of the crew. They not only did an oil change they checked out and put in a new air filter as well as the cabin air filter. This was my first time using Take 5. Orlando made sure that everything was done right and that there were no leaks. Andrew checked the air pressure on the tires and even offered to clean my windshield. read more

Employees are very nice and helpful :) Got an oil change and love how you can stay in the car

My vehicle was serviced by Techs Miguel and Orlando. About a day after having the oil changed I began noticing oil leaks on my drive way. I immediately contacted Take 5 who initially were willing to inspect the leak. However after I returned I was told that my vehicle was damaged and the leak was pre existing. They told me that I would need to take my car to a "repair shop". After having a mechanic inspect my vehicle, he explained the oil leak was due to a missing drain plug gasket as seen in the photos. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability is the reason I am leaving a poor review and will not be retuning to Take 5 for any future service. Invoice #5313 - 07/07/24 read more

This place was great. I felt like I was in a race car pit. These guys had it going on. It was amazing to see this little shop do such a great job. Both guys were in sink with each other. The communication was on point. Great job guys. They even let you know to come back to check all your fluids and will fill them up, up until your next oil change! (3000 miles) Love that. They checked and filled my tires, washed my windows and gave me a bottle of water!! This place is definitely old school service! I will definitely be back and will recommend! read more

What is the point of the sales pitch being a fast service when your stuck sitting and waiting bc they only do one car at a time.

If you're still searching for a place to take your car for an oil change, look no further!!! It was my first experience here today and I'm very happy that I checked these guys out. Super friendly staff and very informative about the services my vehicle was receiving. They even hooked me up with a free drain plug since my existing one was really bad looking...really nice of them to do that, and I've been to many different shops in the past but nothing can compare to how stellar their service, pricing and just all around good vibes. They got me in and out of there very quickly and with no pushy up sells. Because of how great my experience was, I will forever be there loyal customer and will recommend these guys to anyone asking about a great oil change shop! Thanks again everyone! You guys did an excellent job to my vehicle as well as making me feel welcomed. Keep it up! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I hope if you read this review, YOU WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON. I went here on 12-6-25 for a basic oil change. I'm very upset because now my car has been leaking oil ever since going here 10 days ago. My car had zero leaks when I drove into their garage. Also, one of the guys working on my car dropped one of the bolts to my vehicle & when I asked him if he lost it, he then lied to my face & said he had the bolt. I heard the other employee say the bolt went into the oil. The next day I noticed my car was leaking oil so I opened the hood to my car & there is a missing bolt. I spoke to the manager Ali & he tried to convince me it's not their fault that my car is leaking & that it's just a coincidence that my car started leaking on the exact same day that I took my car to their establishment for an oil change. I wanted my money refunded. He said no. And I now have to go to my real mechanic & have him fix the damages these buffoons did on Dec. 6, 2025. Don't take your car here. They will mess it up & it will just cost you more money because you're going to have to pay someone else to fix their screw ups. I HOPE I CAN SAVE ONE PERSON FROM GOING THRU THE SAME EXPERIENCE I JUST HAD WITH THESE GUYS. A quick oil change is now an ongoing hassle that I'm going to have to take time off of work for & spend more money to fix what should have been an easy oil change. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! NO stars for this place. read more

Came in again to get another oil change after the great service. Went ahead and got my coolant flushed as well. Saved so much time with how quick they are. Still amazing customer service.
