Left glove box out when we declined to change cabin filter!!

What kind of business operates like a petty child? When we declined a service to replace the cabin filter, they did not install back into the car when returning it to us! Who does things like this and expects people to keep going back? I'd find a better place that doesn't treat you or your vehicle as poorly as their attitude. This spoke volumes and voids their mediocre services completed anyway. Just sad.

I'm so glad I brought my Lorry truck here for a complete inspection & some routine servicing! Ozzie is super courteous & made sure I understood everything we went over for my Lorry I appreciate his explaining the difference between basic services & cost vs. Ted Wiens in depth services and their slightly higher value point. I very much appreciate that he understood my concerns & wants for my vehicles upkeep and future servicing. I felt heard and respected as a woman who's new in this community. I feel I've found myself a long term mechanic/service station. On a personal note, it really felt nice hearing how well my truck had been cared for by my Uncle who left it to me. I felt the team there respected that and will help me honor his memory by keeping it up to that same level of care. So if you're new in town, or if you're a true blue native... this is the service spot for you. You'll be listened to, heard and respected as a client. You'll be treated like family in a bright clean facility. (Including the Ladies room ) You'll receive text updates all throughout the servicing (personal ones if you opt to wait in store as well) and have access to a full report on your vehicle inspection afterwards. I'm seriously over the moon for this place! 10/10 recommend

Awesome service at Ted Wiens! I spoke to Chris on the phone, and he was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Same thing when I got into the store. I needed to get one of my tires on my Sequoia patched, and needed my super heavy spare re-mounted underneath the truck. I didn't feel like doing it myself because it was 113 degrees outside. Thank goodness for the guys at Ted Weins! My tire technician was Sam. He was super super nice, and had an amazing attitude. I felt bad because I could tell he was STRUGGLING in the heat outside, re-mounting my spare OUTSIDE in the blistering Vegas SUN because the service bays were full... all while I was chillin in the comfort of the leather seats in the air conditioned lounge. I told him it was hard for me to get under the truck in the heat because I had a knee injury. He told me he really felt for me, and he himself had surgery just the other day! (TBH it made me feel like such a wimp. Hahaha) I felt really bad that he had to endure the heat while I was being a lazy pos, so I slipped him some extra cash. I mentione to Chris that I wanted to dismount my tire that blew out (from a spare wheel), and he was super nice and took care of it for me too. Since they took care of my Sequoia and were so cool about it, I'll definitely be coming back here when my other cars and trucks need service. Thanks guys!

I specifically asked them if there were any other leaks and they assured me it was just that. I brought my car in to get fixed and once it was "fixed" I drove it back home which is less than 5 miles. Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me. I'm writing this review based on an experience I had about a year ago that still stands out as one…read moreof the most disappointing service encounters I've ever had. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and was told they did not have the correct oil filter for my vehicle. I was specifically advised to go to the O'Reilly Auto Parts right down the street, purchase the filter myself, and come back--at which point they said they could complete the service. I did exactly that and returned within about 15-20 minutes. When I came back, the staff seemed almost surprised that I had actually followed their recommendation and returned. At that point, I was put into a bay. While sitting in my car, I could hear an impact driver repeatedly hammering underneath, which immediately raised concerns. It sounded like something was being forced rather than carefully removed. A few minutes later, I was told that they "couldn't remove the oil filter cover" because it had supposedly been stripped by the previous shop that serviced my vehicle. This explanation did not align with my prior service history--no shop had ever mentioned an issue with the oil filter housing before. Based on what I heard and observed, it strongly felt like the damage occurred during this visit, yet responsibility was shifted elsewhere. What made this experience especially frustrating was the overall impression that they may not have been familiar or comfortable with servicing my specific vehicle, but instead of being upfront about that, a series of excuses followed. First, I was told they didn't have the filter, which felt like it may have been expected to end the visit entirely. When I returned with the correct part, the situation quickly escalated into mechanical "issues" that had never existed before, followed by blame being placed on a previous shop. The sequence of events gave me the clear impression that they did not know how to properly perform the oil change on my car but were unwilling to say so directly. Because I was concerned about my oil level, I asked if they could at least top off my oil. I was told they would do this free of charge. However, I never saw oil added, and nothing was communicated to confirm it was done. I left feeling uneasy and ended up checking and topping it off myself afterward. At my next oil change, a different shop confirmed that the oil filter housing was stripped. They were able to remove it but strongly advised replacement at the next service. That replacement ended up costing me $50 out of pocket--a problem I never had prior to this visit. Between the lack of professionalism, questionable handling of my vehicle, shifting blame, and failure to perform even the promised oil top-off, this experience left me with serious concerns about honesty, competence, and vehicle safety. I also believe I incurred a $50 expense that I should not have had to pay. I would strongly advise others to be cautious here, especially if you care about your vehicle being handled carefully and transparently.

Was looking to get my oil change and not have to pay dealership prices($400 for an oil change) so…read morewent to my favorite app (talking about you Yelp) to get some quotes and boy was I happy AND glad I did. Within minutes of putting in a request I started to receive quotes. In the end, it was not the price that sold me on LV Mobile Oil Change and Brakes but what Steven wrote on his price quote, it was the type of oil he was going to use for my vehicle: European specific oil blend. After a couple more text over the app, I made an appointment for Sunday. I received an appointment confirmation and a service call the morning of the appointment (nice touch on the call). Steven arrived on time and after asking him a couple of maintenance questions about my vehicle and future service needs, he went to work on the oil change. Oil change took about 20 minutes (way faster than any dealership or oil change garage). I also had him install a new cabin filter (for a small addition fee). Overall, very happy with the service, Steven is very professional and does a quality job. Will definitely use their service again.
