Amazing team and outstanding services provided by George, Madilyn, Erik, Dewayne and Shane. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and brake replacement all taken care of In less than 20mins and repair costs were reasonable. Will definitely come back. read more

Zierra was so helpful and friendly thank you! Very prompt efficient service will definitely be back

I've been bringing my car here since I got it in March of this year. Each time I have came the service team is prepared, efficient, and honest. So I continue to bring my car in for regular oil changes, fluid top offs, and other maintenance, as they are also reasonably priced. I first had a great experience with Matt, he seemed very experienced, honest, and took the time to educate me on my car. So far it seems this goes for the rest of the team here. I'll continue to recommend this location, not just because jiffy lube is a trustworthy name but because of THIS service team. And for today, Darush & Travion Thank you! read more

Went to this location because I had a great experience here previously. I wanted a diagnostic on my car, for someone to actually take a look at it and take it apart. Guy with red hair, beard, and mustache seriously told me to go to AutoZone. I don't want somebody to just put a scanner to my car. I wanted you to actually look at my car! Seemed more like he just didn't wanna do any work cause no one else was there when I got there. read more

Team was friendly. They did a great fast oil change and had me on the road in no time.

It was a very quick and professional servuce by Travion,Erik and Shane Im very impressed

All hands on! Awesome help, thank you! Friendly and helpful. Wheezy, Shane, Eric, Shawn, Darush, Zierra, Dante

I experienced verbal abuse and physical assault by a male worker at this location. He used zip ties on my car, which is unprofessional, and when I asked for the job to be done properly, as they already stated could be handled, he refused and began screaming, shouting, and berating me, and then he physically tried to harm me. He physically pushed/shoved me, which is considered physical assault and elder abuse, given my age (65 years old). I had to call the police to protect myself, and 3 policemen showed up to the store. I do not know the name of this worker, but the names on my receipt are: Dewayne B., Shane G., Travion C. One of these employees verbally abused and physically assaulted me. read more

They don't look happy, and their pricing is terrible--they're basically stealing money from people. It's really hard to remain a decent person; customer satisfaction might improve if the pricing were a bit more reasonable. read more

I just want to give a shout out to Bam. I have been trying to get my headlight figured out for days and was having a lot of trouble and just really needed help while I'm dealing with a family emergency and he was so helpful and pulled my car in and figured everything out I think in less than 20 minutes and it was such a small ask but you guys have no idea how much that helped me today. Give that man a raise! read more

Like some have said in past comments, they didn't offer me the coupon price on my oil change even when I inquired. I found the customer service lackluster at best. Even I tend to drop the f bomb a lot but I would recommend not consistently doing it when you have customers in the waiting room. I always appreciated going to this location because they were great at taking care of people no matter how small the issue was, and that kept me bringing back all our cars along with my in laws car, but I don't think we will be returning. read more

Great customer service! Thank you George for getting me in and out so quickly - this will be the only place I take my Jeep read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Excellent customer service and a quick in and out for an oil change...only 10 minutes.

I showed up early Saturday morning. I was the 3rd car there. They notified me it would be about 30 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour later they walked in and asked if I still wanted the tire rotation. I was confused but, I said yes, that's why I'm here. The woman continued to let me know it would be a minimum of an hour before they could get started. Someone who came much later than me had their car on the lift, and my truck would have to wait. I decided to skip the tire rotation. When we closed out I had a coupon. Before even looking they said we don't accept that one. Which was an email directly from Jiffy Lube. Then while finishing the close out she covered what they did. Then she let me know she discounted the tire rotation. Which they didn't do. I pay for the convenience at Jiffy Lube, their speed and service. I've gotten it at other locations. I won't be back to this location. read more

Wrote a not to good review of the Jiffy Lube on Eastern. Guest Relations asked a lot of questions. I told them I was very unhappy, charged the highest price for the lube and oil without giving a choice of which one i wanted. Also no explanation as to why I wasn't given the available coupon. And that was that...No further communication. So if you go to the one on Eastern my suggestion is to come with knowledge about any coupon offers and above ALL..ask questions. read more

Brought my car in for an oil change where I was guided into the bay by Gage. From there he informed me of some recommendations (simple fluids) based on my mileage. I waited outside because there was a nice breeze. Gage kept me informed of the progress and a few of the other workers and I chatted about cars for a few minutes and then I was out of there. 20 mins tops. This is the Only Place I trust with my car for an oil change and it's been my go to for the last 4 changes. Much quicker and CHEAPER than the dealer. The service is top notch. Head to this Jiffy Lube for your next oil change and you won't be disappointed. Shout out to the entire crew: Gage, Zackary, Aidyn, and Bamidele. Two thumbs up!! read more

These guys and gal really make getting my oil change experience so much better than the dealer did. Shout out to Zierra, James, George, & Erik for outstanding service appreciate you all. In and out in maybe 30 minutes probably less. Will continue to get my business into the future. Very satisfied with the price. read more

Definitely they don't take care the customers. I had to come back to the shop 3 times to complain about my front break that I spent over $600 to replace and after I left from there started whistles when I break and after that I replaced my rear breaks and also my shock absorber. I had a drive test with Ben which kept saying that wasn't hearing any noise coming from there. I have spent over $1200 for a shit service. You might have an oil change there but definitely don't try to repair or replace any parts in your car. That was the worse one. I hope this review helps new customers and also the management because it try to convince that you don't know about your car and have no mechanical knowledge. read more

George was extremely helpful, friendly and fast. him and his crew went the extra mile to service our vehicle and get us the best product and deal. thank you George! read more

Great customer service from Zierra and Zach. Would highly recommend in and out within 15 minutes.

I came in to the Eastern Ave location for rideshare inspections (both Uber and Lyft) and everything went very smoothly. Darush was very courteous, friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I will come back here in the future! read more

Every person I encountered was so nice and ready to help. I thought I needed my tires rotated and expected to pay for that and they told me I didn't need it this time but probably the next. Didn't try to push extra services on me at all which I really appreciate. They handled everything quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Bunch of guys standing around not wanting to do anything. Didn't check tire pressure after I asked them to. Left the filter loose from the oil change which caused me further issues and oil stains to deal with. Go somewhere else. read more

Charles the "manager on duty" was extremely rude when we expressed our concern that the info that popped up in his system was not ours! I have been changing my oil here for years and have never come across this issue before. When I asked if there was somebody else that I can talk to or if he can do it again, he simply shrugged his shoulders, looked at me and said I don't know what else you want me to do. Extremely poor customer service, especially for a "manager" and unfortunately, you just lost my four cars business because of the lack of service from this one time. Every other time, the gentleman that I speak to one is an African-American, and one is a Hispanic man both extremely pleasant to deal with this gentleman was unpleasant, and unfortunately, there went my business and hopefully other people that wanna be treated properly will take their business elsewhere read more

Very easy and quick, I came in for an oil change and everyone was helpful and nice which is rare these days, zierra was the main person assisting me and I have 0 complaints. They weren't pushy on any add ons as far as air filters and all the other stuff. Great experience. read more

Not handicapped friendly. The door is extremely heavy! Pulled up for service. No one greeted me so I tried to go inside. Can't open the door due to a medical condition, weakness in hands, so I went back to my car and then was greeted. The man showed me that the door was not locked, and opened it with his back. Sorry, if I can't open the door, I'm not coming in! read more

Charles was so helpful! Explained what my car needed and I was out of there in like 20 mins

Great service, professional and very friendly staff. Fast service, great price! Made a few recommendations, didn't feel pressured for the 'up sell'. Didn't at all feel like a used car lot (not that there's anything wrong with used car lots). Will be back! read more

I didn't get her name but she's the only girl there the cashier. The girl was so kind and really helpful and made everything easy. I'll be coming back and I'm already telling my friends and family to go to this Jiffy Lube because of her great service. read more

Fast service, very clear pricing (if not a little high). Didn't try to upsell unnecessary products.
