This was my first experience of an oil change while staying in the car. The service took less than 20 minutes altogether. The pricing is satisfactory to the service in my opinion too. They also offer a 25% discount to Military Healthcare workers. I appreciated not having an upsell forced on me. The crew was very communicative throughout the process. i had a bad experience with their work AND the customer service from the manager was deplorable. They cross threaded the bolt in the oil pan so my car was leaking oil, which I discovered a day later on my vacation at the beach. I took it to the local Toyota dealership where the entire pan needed to be replaced since the bolt was hopelessly stuck. When I returned to Take Five, the manager was rude, accepted no responsibility, saying that I must have tampered with their work. He then made a misogynist comment that because I'm a woman I must have been fooled by the dealership. Terrible work and unacceptable customer relations. Never again. read more

Take 5 is actually amazing. They don't try to up-charge you and the customer service is unmatched. They told us it was less expensive if we bought our own oil and filter so we did and they changed it for us without charge. Added coolant, wiper fluid, and put air in my tires. Took my truck that I just bought for an oil change, next day my motor was knocking. By Wednesday, it's was so loud. Had. Afew mechanics look at it and listen to it. Was told its the bottom end​ going out. And!! All the oil was gone. I will never go again. Don't take your vehicle to Take 5. Granted, they refunded my money buts that's not going to fix the problem. This is the second time that I had been to this location and it's the second time that I got awesome courteous and quick service! When it came time to pay, i was short on my credit card balance. The guys and gals there assured me that they understood and in minutes, i had the issue sorted and all was good to go. I have been behind the register when the customer has come up short. Waited ~15 min for an oil change (they were busy upselling the customer in front of me). Charged me $105 (including a first-time customer discount of $10). As I drove it out, the car started shaking. They had no idea what it was, but after a couple of minutes, it stopped. So, they said it's fine. Driving it home, the transmission was not engaging well, the shaking returned and got increasingly worse, and the check engine light came on. Got it towed to a Ford dealership. They ran a diagnostic and determined that the air-intake hose was very loose and the air filter was not reset properly. The diagnostic cost $150. Draw your own conclusions. read more

We got a new car and when the previous owners changed the oil filter it was not put back on right. Needless to say the car started leaking oil and we did not find out till we were practically out of oil. Took it to Take 5 oil change and they put a new filter and topped the oil off on the house! My initial encounter with Take 5 was amazing, fast, efficient and I love the part about not having to get out of the car. I was a little hesitant about going to this location as they are new to the area but against my better judgment, I did which I would soon regret. After getting my oil change about a week later I was getting some other work done to my car in which I was told that whoever put my oil filter cap on did so to tight and didn't lubricate the housing the oil filter was in which then became stuck and impossible to remove without breaking it. So, I took it back to Take 5 to get them to loosen it up only to be told by the manager they didn't do it and there was nothing that could be done which I found out later something could have been done after speaking to the regional manager Mr. Benthal who offered me some free oil changes which I politely turned down. I was forced to go to another establishment to get them to fix the issue Take 5 did since I initial was told by the Manager on site nothing could be done. So, I reached out to Take 5 to see if I could be compensated for me having to fix the issue that they caused and didn't seem fair that I should have to foot the whole bill especially since they were the ones that put the cap on to tight, and I didn't even ask for the full amount only half in which I was told no. So as of right now I plan to take this a step further until something is done. So, customer beware when dealing with this location they have lost this customer for good. read more
