Do not give these fearmongerers and scammers your business. Their shiny new interior is paid for by your dollars, once they scare you into paying for things you don't need. He appeared knowledgeable about the repair and explained that the driveshaft would need to be removed. I supplied the proper differential fluid myself. What I was NOT given beforehand was an agreed-upon $500 price. After completing the work, he told me I owed approximately $500. When I questioned the amount because we had never agreed to that price beforehand, he tried to get aggressive with me repeatedly started yelling, "Just pay my money!" I had to make him wait before paying him until he stopped all the hollering Later, while I was in another state, I took my BMW to an actual BMW dealership for some totally different and was informed that my rear differential was still leaking. This was the exact issue I had just paid him hundreds of dollars to repair. I contacted him immediately. He initially told me he was going to "handle it." After that, he stopped responding to me completely. Since he would not resolve the situation, I disputed the payment through my bank. After investigating the claim, my bank credited me and closed the dispute in my favor. Based on my experience, I would be extremely careful dealing with this mechanic. Get the FULL PRICE in writing before he touches your vehicle. Get exactly what work he is supposed to perform in writing. Keep your receipts, messages, pictures, and any professional inspection or diagnosis afterward. And if you pay for a repair that you believe was not properly completed and the mechanic refuses to make it right, know that you may have options through your bank or card issuer to dispute the transaction. Provide them with your documentation and let them investigate it. I'm leaving this review because I wish I had researched his reviews more thoroughly before hiring him. When I was looking to purchase a spare tire being these big rigs come without one) I certainly couldn't settle for anything less than what came on my rig. After speaking with a number of my fellow RVers who's opinions differ than mine, being it's just a spare and there are much cheaper options and it's likely that once you get to a service center you can have the original tire with the issue repaired or replaced so a spare is just a spare so save some money - to each his own I guess my mind doesn't work like that. I'll carry this tire unmounted being I would never attempt to change a tire of this size anyways, for one I don't have the equipment to do the work even if I wanted too and this spare tire can be mounted on any axel by the roadside assistance technician. This 275/80R 22.5 weighs about 114 pound off the rim and is about 40" in diameter and holds up to 120 psi (pounds per square inch) of compressed air, I run about 36 psi in my Jeep tires, these big rig tires requirement a professional. These tire aren't inexpensive but it's all relative - with Michelin's 700,000 mile or 7 year tread warranty it likely these tires will date code out long before they show much wear, at least in this application. There are lots of options out there but in my experience these guys are the industry's leader so I'll save my money and when it come time to replace all of my rig's tires I'll ante up and buy these again - for me it's all about trust, confidence and most importantly it's about safety and I'm not prepared to put a price on that...
