Their service was ok a little expensive and time consuming. They're still worth recommending.

I had been going to this Jiffy lube for years to get my inspection. They have always been nice before but this time was different. They told me my brakes would not pass and my brake fluid which was on the min line was too low. They then tried to sell me a $400 brake job. I went to the toyota dealer because I had warranty work that needed to be done my brakes were measured the same way was 6mm and the only requirement for your brake fluid is that you need to have some in the car. I went back to them because they have to do it again for free took the documentation and they passed me. This is straight up trying to con people. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with the service I received at Jiffy Lube. The employees were unprofessional, and more importantly, their negligence created a serious safety issue. After my oil change, screws were left out of my engine's undershielding. While driving down Highway 147 at 65 mph, the shield came loose on the highway -- a terrifying and dangerous situation that should never happen from routine maintenance. When I called, I was told to simply bring it back for repair. I received no apology, no acknowledgment of the danger they put me in -- just a lousy handwritten note offering 50% off my next oil change. Why would I ever return after that? As the saying goes: First time, shame on them. Next time, shame on me. BEWARE. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly urge anyone considering service here to think twice. read more

I wouldn't send my enemy to jiffy lube!! I took my Mustang in for an oil change. I used a groupon. they said I needed additional oil. drive off and my car started smoking and I couldn't accelerate. I was able to make it back and they told me there was too much oil! huh?? . I heard from jiffy lube who then sent me to email to express my concerns. haven't heard a thing since!! now my car won't hold a charge. I have to take off from work. Have it towed to Ford service. they can't look at it until Monday. my dishe daughter graduates this weekend with her doctorate and it's Mother's Day and I don't have transportation. Spend money on a rental I don't have and days off from work. it's 250 just for Ford to check it . I am HOT and no response from jiffy lube! read more

I went there for an oil change and they took the oil out of my car but literally put no oil back in, they would have totally destroyed my CRV if I didn't check when I got home. the people that work here are thieves or idiots. read more

They forced me to replace my wipers to pass inspection and my wipers were fine. They told me it was $25.99 per wiper and they charged me 29.99. They force to buy their crap to pass inspection or they will fail you and still have to it for half the inspection. It's a lose lose situation. read more

I've gotten my oil changed here maybe 6 times, received a state inspection, and had my AC refreshed (so glad they offer this service). The folks here have been courteous and helpful and they do a good job at getting the job done quickly, even if there are a fair amount of other cars around. During my most recent two experiences, I felt I was well taken care of by Roy, David K., and two other gentlemen I didn't catch the names of. They walked me through the air conditioning refresh steps & explained to me what was wrong with my AC in layman's terms, and then fixed the problem once I got the necessary manufacturer's part from a dealership. read more

I used to bring my car to this location all the time until I realized it was costing me more to upkeep to fix the issues Jiffy Lube was introducing. In general, the staff is nice enough. As someone else noted, they'll open the door for you and will most definitely inform you of every little problem they see with your car. Depending on the staff and the season, they can be a bit careless. In addition to getting oil changes, I was getting tire rotations and they'd carelessly put in the tire lug nuts on the tire in such a way that they'd either snap off or would need to be jack-hammered out. This happened on numerous occasions and lead to the car needing to be taken elsewhere just to get the issue fixed because they wouldn't even replace the lug nuts they were snapping off or breaking. One of the workers, who seems to be a supervisor, would rarely be cordial or pleasant to deal with and his remedy for most issues would be to recommend the car be taken elsewhere to be fixed. Finally, I took his advice and started getting my oil change, tire rotations and everything else I would pay Jiffy Lube to do done by people that actually knew what they were doing. This location is great to take your car to if it's a bit on the newer side it seems because they don't do well dealing with older models. They are also good at doing simple state inspections and can usually actually do these in a very "jiffy" manner. read more

Never had a problem with this Jiffy Lube. Usually lives up to its name (i.e., doesn't take too long -- some other locations I've been to over the past few years have taken a while). Always has coupon books and a willingness to let you use multiple ones at once for different services. Waiting room can be pretty full. Free wireless is nice. I'm wary about where I bring my car, but I haven't had trouble at this location and it's nice to have an alternative when I haven't bothered to make an appointment at the dealer, where I usually try to take it. That said, I've only done oil changes (and a new air filter) here, and I doubt I would do other services. Nothing against this place. read more

Possibly the best car maintenance experience I have ever had. Brought in one of the cars for an oil change. They helped open doors, showed me the waiting area (which had clean, nice chairs, drink machine, and free, open wifi!), and kept me informed each step along the way. Removed air filter and cabin filter so that I could determine if I wanted to change them. Broke down pricing for every product, allowing me to make choices and ask questions before getting started. These guys set the standard for customer service in the quick-change industry. My dealer is a little better, in that they wash the car and provide free oil changes during warranty service, but I didn't buy my car from these nice folks! I'll keep bringing in the out-of-warranty models! read more

OMG. I'll try to make this short as possible. Make sure you ask how much your oil change will be before they do it. I have a 2005 Toyota Prius and they charged me $80 for a high mileage oil change, when I asked for the basic more than once. No, they didn't do anything extra. I constantly told the pregnant manager I wanted a basic oil change and even called my son to tell her what I wanted because she clearly didn't get it. I could've went to a Toyota Dealership or Walmart and it would've been much cheaper. The staff lack professionalism. The younger men walking around there just cussing like it normal. Bless the elderly gentleman who did my service and had no idea how to start my car. Also they lied on the check off sheet about vacuuming my car. The didn't vacuum nothing. The guys at this Jiffy Lube were great! I called ahead to make sure they could take care of me (I have a Chevy Silverado and some Jiffy Lubes don't have the right lift to rotate my tires). They welcomed me and got my truck in immediately. I also asked the guy at the front desk about an electrical problem I had (they don't deal with electrical issues but he checked my fuse and let me know how I could fix it myself). AWFUL EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE! I went for an early inspection, knowing there was nothing wrong with my 2006 Jaguar. They couldn't find anything ---so they claimed I needed new wiper blades (to pass inspection) GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE! The blades were fine and I would have gone to the Jaguar dealership to replace them if needed. They couldn't get them off - I told them I didn't want Jiffy Lube wipers on my car ----so they passed my inspection. When they returned my key, they lost my gym key tag and later found it somewhere on the ground. Then when I finally get in the car, they had misplaced my car registration!!! Bad experience ---stay away from this place. I will never go there again! read more

Had taken my car to Jiffy Lube for oil changes the past few times because of the groupon which included tire rotation, etc. After my most recent trip, I was noticing some weird behavior from my car while driving. I have realized they forgot or neglected to replace 5 lug nuts among 3 of the tires when doing the tire rotation, and failed to tighten one of the tires all the way, such that it came loose while driving. Would not recommend under any circumstances, sometimes you get what you pay (or don't pay) for. read more

Had high hopes on trusting this location but I was proven wrong. Someone went through my personal belongings and removed an item belonging to me from my center console. Once I returned to the location in a rage, all of the representatives were "clueless" as to what had happened while having my vehicle serviced at their location. One went as far as to pulling his own money from his pockets to reimburse me of my stolen item, following behind that action, several others began to do the same thing totaling up to $80. I will not state that every rep at the location is a thief but it definitely makes that location as well as the Franchise look BAD. I will NEVER return to the location and I urge others to do the same for they can not be trusted to perform services. read more
